Nigerian Asylum Seeker called 'Benson' (who has a toothbrush) cheats his way into the UK and possibly Europe.
The vast majority of asylum seekers are bogus, many are criminals. The come to Europe and claim asylum under false pretenses to abuse the system and often to engage in criminal activity.
The laughing sound effects help highlight what a joke it is that even when they can't get their lies straight they still gain access in to the country. The same crap is happening in Ireland as well as other countries in Europe.

On 17 February, a 23-year-old Iranian man named Reza Barati was killed during clashes at an Australian detention centre housing asylum seekers on Manus Island, Papua New Guinea. This is just the latest in a long string of incidents at Australia's immigration facilities, and in the past few years the government has been facing increasing criticism over its treatment of asylum seekers and refugees, in particular those arriving by boat, known as "boat people". German Chancellor Angela Merkel was left in a tricky situation on Wednesday (15 July) when she was confronted by a girl who, along with her family, was nearly deported from Germany to Lebanon.
The situation arose during a citizens' dialogue session in Rostock, titled "Good life in Germany", which included a question and answer session with 32 students (aged between 14-17).

A refugee is a person who is outside their country of origin or habitual residence because they have suffered persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or because they are a member of a persecuted 'social group'. Such a person may be referred to as an 'asylum seeker' until recognized by the state where (s)he makes his(er) claim.
Refugee women and children represent an additional subsection of refugees that need special attention. For the refugee system to work successfully, countries must be prepared to allow Open borders for people fleeing conflict, particularly for countries closest to the conflict. This is a program that has helped many people, but people still believe there are flaws. Getting to a refugee camp is extremely difficult.
As of December 31, 2005, the largest source countries of refugees are Afghanistan, Iraq, Sierra Leone, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, and the Palestinian Territories.[clarification needed] The country with the largest number of IDPs is South Sudan, with over 5 million. As of 2006, with 800,000 refugees and IDPs, Azerbaijan had the highest per capita IDP population in the world.

Asylum Seekers in Switzerland Struggle Due to Lack of Refugee Identity
Many asylum seekers in Switzerland are finding life hard in the country as they lack the proper refugee identity documents. More than 30,000 asylum seekers are living in Switzerland on a temporary F permit. "[Asylum seekers with] the F status they get 11 francs and 50 cents each day, to manage their lives. It means to buy the food, to buy the soap, then you get specially paid. You get your apartment, so the rooms to live, and the health insurance," said Kurt Strehler, a refugee department official in the canton of Uri for the Swiss Red Cross. Those granted a refugee identity can get 960 Swiss francs (about 980 U.S. dollars) of government relief per month. Avramopoulos said the 28-member bloc has adopted a relocation mechanism, which needs immediate implementation. He made the remarks during a visit to a camp at Idomeni village on the Greek-Macedonian border. Avramopoulos described the situation at the camp as “tragic”. You get your apartment, so the rooms to live, and the health insurance," said Kurt Strehler, a refugee department official in the canton of Uri for the Swiss Red Cross.
Those granted a refugee identity can get 960 Swiss francs (about 980 U.S. dollars) of government relief per month.
In Switzerland, even a bottle of water at the supermarket will cost around five Swiss francs, so asylum seekers with a temporary permit have to buy life necessities at the flea markets.
At least 15,000 asylum seekers with F permits have stayed in the country for more than seven years, some have even stayed for 16 years.
"We don't have a chance to have the residential papers here in Switzerland for Iraqi people. Only F, some kind of protection for the Iraqi people until the situation gets better in Iraq, and they send them back," said an Iraqi asylum seekers who has been in Switzerland for over a decade.
The Swiss government has arranged for the refugees to attend social service programs that they can earn around 200 Swiss francs (about 204 U.S. dollars) each month besides government relief, including bike repairs and kitchen work.
"Now I got seven years. In Switzerland, we don't have any profession, now I'm starting to [be trained as a kitchen assistant]. So, at the end of this I will try it," said an asylum seeker from Sudan.

Countries neighboring conflict areas are reaching their maximum capacity to absorb any more refugees. Without legal alternative routes for refugees to enter European countries, people fleeing conflicts in the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere have taken matters into their own hands.” Those are just excerpts of statements by human rights organizations about the global asylum-seeker crisis. In the face of tragedies in Austria & Libya, questions are being asked about how Europe’s foreign policy has contributed to this current situation, while some of its right-wingers stoke the flames of hatred.

We examine and review three compelling documentaries from three very different situations from three different parts of the world and engage a wider conversation drawing on our expert guests' knowledge and experience.
In this episode we review films about asylum seekers and human trafficking. Another Life is a film about Africa's "fortune seekers", men prepared to risk death crossing the Sahara to reach the fabled shores of Europe for the dream of a better life. Wadim is a very personal story of a young man and his family's displacement and eventually his tragic suicide. Wadim was born in Latvia but his parents (who are Russian Latvian) lost their full citizenship rights in the revolution of 1991. Our third film, Desert Riders looks at the story of young boys who have been trafficked from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mauritania and other countries to work as camel jockeys in the United Arab Emirates under excruciating conditions.
The panellists include David Manne, Executive Director of the Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre in Australia and Charlie Bagnall, an immigration lawyer from London. And we are lucky to have presenter Lucy Rhoades who previously worked at the BBC as a journalist.

It's an attempt to make Resident Evil with Hellboy and it apparently went through development hell only to come out on the far side a broken, horrible mess.

Right now there are over 4,000 people held in immigration detention centres across Australia. On average, asylum seekers remain in detention for around a year, but that figure hides a group of people who remain locked away for much longer periods of time. Just over a year ago, the Federal Government announced it would begin releasing children into the community to minimise the harm caused by their incarceration. At the same time, thousands of adults remain locked away in detention centres remote from the rest of the world - a situation that's concerning to many healthcare professionals. Says one:
"What we've observed is people who seem to be in detention for periods of 12 to 15 months onwards, start to develop very significant mental health problems and certainly people who've been in detention 15, 18 plus months have very high rates of psychiatric morbidity."
Despite a massive debate about Australia's asylum seeker policy, few people know what life is really like inside detention camps. According to refugee activists, the reason is simple - the Government does not want the broader population seeing the conditions inside and the impact the camps are having on the detainees. Now, reporter Sarah Ferguson has gathered together startling evidence exposing the truth about life inside; how medication prescribed to asylum seekers is being misused and how many cases of self harm are going unreported, giving the public a false impression of conditions behind the wire.
In the wake of the Government's failure to engineer an offshore processing solution, and with detention centres close to capacity, the Government is now exploring alternatives, such as community detention. But that does not help the people who remain locked inside the camps. With a growing body of evidence that shows detention can cause long term psychological harm, what are the consequences of the current policy? Are people being damaged for life? If they are finally given refugee status, will they ever be able to participate fully in community life - being trained, winning jobs and raising families - or will they simply become a problem that future generations will have to deal with?

A man of action Kon Karapanagiotidis founded what is now Australia's largest asylum seeker organisation, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, in just 8 weeks over 10 years ago. In this talk Kon again sets out a plan of action to enable refugees to thrive.
Over the past 22 years Kon has worked at the grassroots with marginalized communities as a lawyer, social worker and teacher. Inspired by the struggles of his parents and his own experiences of racism growing up, Kon founded the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) in 2001. In just eight weeks with the help of TAFE students he was teaching at the time, the ASRC opened its doors. Since then, the ASRC has become the largest asylum seeker organization in Australia.
The ASRC has assisted over 10,000 asylum seekers, provided over 2.5 million hours of free assistance worth over 200 million dollars, all without Federal Government funding. The power of the ASRC is in its ground breaking holistic, one stop shop model that delivers 23 direct lifesaving programs across its pillars of aid, justice, empowerment and community with a team of over 800 volunteers & 40 staff.
Kon's work has been recognized with an Order of Australia Medal, a Churchill Fellowship, La Trobe University Young Achiever Award, a finalist for the Human Rights Medal and finalist for Australian of the Year in Victoria.
