The Enneagram of Personality (or simply the Enneagram, from the Greek words ennea [nine] and grammos [something written or drawn]) is a model of human personality which is principally used as a typology of nine interconnected personality types. Principally developed by Oscar Ichazo and Claudio Naranjo, it is also partly based on earlier teachings of G. I. Gurdjieff. The typology defines nine personality types (sometimes referred to as "enneatypes"), which are represented by the points of a geometric figure called an enneagram, which also indicates some of the connections between the types. As there are different schools of thought among Enneagram theorists about some aspects of how it is understood, its interpretation is not always unified or consistent.
The Enneagram of Personality is not a typology that is commonly taught or researched in academic psychology. It has been widely promoted in both business management and spiritual contexts through seminars, conferences, books, magazines and DVDs. In business contexts it is generally used as a typology to gain insights into workplace dynamics; in spirituality it is more commonly presented as a path to higher states of being, essence and enlightenment. It has been described as a method for self-understanding and self-development but has been criticized as being subject to interpretation, making it difficult to test or validate scientifically.
Time 100 is an annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, as assembled by Time. First published in 1999 as a result of a debate among several academics, the list has become an annual event.
The list was started with a debate at a symposium in Washington, D.C., on February 1, 1998, with panel participants CBS news anchor Dan Rather, historian Doris Kearns Goodwin, former New York governor Mario Cuomo, then–political science professor Condoleezza Rice, neoconservative publisher Irving Kristol and Time managing editor Walter Isaacson.
The list was first published in 1999, when Time magazine named the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. Based on the popularity of the installment, in 2004 Time magazine decided to make it an annual issue, listing the 100 people most influencing the world. Making the list is frequently mistaken as an honor; however, Time makes it very clear that people are recognized for changing the world, for better or for worse. Those recognized fall in one of five categories: Leaders & Revolutionaries, Builders & Titans, Artists & Entertainers, Scientists & Thinkers, and Heroes & Icons. Within each category, the 20 most influential people (sometimes pairs or small groups) are selected, for a grand total of 100 each year.

Become a Goal Achiever Instead of a Goal Setter
As a child they me told I
would never learn to fly
but with some paper and some twine
a set of wings grew from my spine
I climbed my parents tree
and shouted out so proudly
I will learn to fly
You will not talk me down this time
Diving from the tree
I truly do believe
that the clouds and I would meet
but the cuts upon my knees
Disagree
Well I'll climb this ladder with pride
to the top of my home town's water supply.
You can point and laugh all night,
I'll watch your jaws drop while I take to the skies.
Alright
Take Flight
Concrete's what ends my consciousness tonight.
Six months in a hospital bed
the doctor said i should be dead
my parents spoke of my tenacity
they said "dear drew,
there's nothing in this life you can't achieve, believe"
Achiever
You know you made me a believer
You can tell me I'll never fly
but I will face defeat before I ever try.
Dive into the street
I truly do believe
that the stars and I will meet,
but the scars upon my knees
Disagree
This is not a defeat
