THE TIME MACHINE by H.G. Wells - FULL AudioBook | Greatest Audio Books - The Time Machine is a science fiction novella by H. G. Wells, published in 1895. Although Wells is generally credited with the popularisation of the concept of time travel by using a vehicle that allows an operator to travel purposefully and selectively, The Clock That Went Backward by Edward Page Mitchell was published in 1881 and involves a clock that allows a person to travel backwards in time. The term "time machine", coined by Wells, is now universally used to refer to such a vehicle. This work is an early example of the Dying Earth subgenre.
The Time Machine has since been adapted into two feature films of the same name, as well as two television versions, and a large number of comic book adaptations. was expounding a recondite matter to us. His grey eyes shone and twinkled, and his usually pale face was flushed and animated. The fire burned brightly, and the soft radiance of the incandescent lights in the lilies of silver caught the bubbles that flashed and passed in our glasses. Our chairs, being his patents, embraced and caressed us rather than submitted to be sat upon, and there was that luxurious after-dinner atmosphere when thought roams gracefully free of the trammels of precision. And he put it to us in this way--marking the points with a lean forefinger--as we sat and lazily admired his earnestness over this new paradox (as we thought it) and his fecundity.
'You must follow me carefully. I shall have to controvert one or two
ideas that are almost universally accepted. The geometry, for
instance, they taught you at school is founded on a misconception.'
'Is not that rather a large thing to expect us to begin upon?'
said Filby, an argumentative person with red hair.
'I do not mean to ask you to accept anything without reasonable
ground for it. You will soon admit as much as I need from you. You
know of course that a mathematical line, a line of thickness _nil_,
has no real existence. They taught you that? Neither has a
mathematical plane. These things are mere abstractions.'
'That is all right,' said the Psychologist.
'Nor, having only length, breadth, and thickness, can a cube have a real existence.'
'There I object,' said Filby. 'Of course a solid body may exist. All
real things--'
'So most people think. But wait a moment. Can an _instantaneous_
cube exist?'
'Don't follow you,' said Filby.
'Can a cube that does not last for any time at all, have a real
existence?'
Filby became pensive. 'Clearly,' the Time Traveller proceeded, 'any
real body must have extension in _four_ directions: it must have
Length, Breadth, Thickness, and--Duration. But through a natural
infirmity of the flesh, which I will explain to you in a moment, we
incline to overlook this fact. There are really four dimensions,
three which we call the three planes of Space, and a fourth, Time.
There is, however, a tendency to draw an unreal distinction between the former three dimensions and the latter, because it happens that our consciousness moves intermittently in one direction along the latter from the beginning to the end of our lives.'"....CONTINUED...

(Watch in Hd+Small screen) Behold my 20th AB video! I can't believe that this is my 20th and the drama hasn't even aired yet. I wonder how many more I'll have done by the time it actually begins.
This song has always been one of my good, old favourites. I just had to use it. I can't even describe my love for these two pairings. WZS and XDY are so damn sweet it hurts my heart. But, I would've included PZ and ZZ in this video but there just isn't enough footage at ALL for those two and it would've gone quite well with this song too.
Cannot stress how much my body was against me doing my video. It would've been done yesterday but I was in the worst pain possible last night. I'm not too bad right now but damn my eyes :/

The Time Ships
The Time Ships is a 1995 science fiction novel by Stephen Baxter. A sequel to The Time Machine by H. G. Wells, it was officially authorised by the Wells estate to mark the centenary of the original's publication. It won the John W. Campbell Memorial Award and the Philip K. Dick Award in 1996, as well as the British Science Fiction Association Award in 1995. It was also nominated for the Hugo, Clarke, and Locus Awards in 1996.
Plot summary
After the events related in The Time Machine, the Time Traveller (his first name, Moses, is given in the novel but applied to the Time Traveller's younger self) prepares, in 1891, to return to the year 802,701 and save Weena, the Eloi who died in the fire with the Morlocks. He reveals that the quartz construction of the time machine is suffused with a radioactive substance he calls Plattnerite for the mysterious benefactor who gave him the sample to study twenty years earlier, in 1871.
The Time Traveller departs into the future and stops in AD 657,208 when he notes the daytime sky has gone permanently dark. He arrives and is abducted by a branch of Morlocks more culturally advanced than the ones he met before. One of their number, Nebogipfel (the name of a character from Wells's The Chronic Argonauts), explains after hearing the Time Traveller's own story that the conflict between Eloi and Morlocks never occurred due to the Writer's publication of the story that became The Time Machine. The timeline he sought to go to is inaccessible to him now. The Morlocks of this timeline have constructed a Dyson sphere around the inner solar system and use the Sun's energy to power it. Humans as the Time Traveller knows them live on the sunlit inner surface of the Sphere while the Morlocks live on the outer shell. The Time Traveller convinces Nebogipfel that he will help him understand the time travelling mechanism of the Time machine if the Morlock takes him back to it.

Audiobook
An audiobook (or talking book) is a recording of a text being read. A reading of the complete text is noted as "unabridged", while readings of a reduced version, or abridgement of the text are labeled as "abridged".
Spoken audio has been available in schools and public libraries and to a lesser extent in music shops since the 1930s. Many spoken word albums were made prior to the age of videocassettes, DVDs, compact discs, and downloadable audio, however often of poetry and plays rather than books. It was not until the 1980s that the medium began to attract book retailers, and then book retailers started displaying audiobooks on bookshelves rather than in separate displays.
Etymology
The term "talking book" came into being in the 1930s with government programs designed for blind readers, while the term "audiobook" came into use during the 1970s when audiocassettes began to replace records. In 1994, the Audio Publishers Association established the term "audiobook" as the industry standard.

Subscribe for new videos: http://goo.gl/SaufF4 7: The MS Explorer The MS Explorer had sailed the Antarctic region for almost 40 years before meeting its end on November 11, 2007. After its expeditionary voyage in 1969, the Little Red Ship, as it was nicknamed, had been considered the pioneer of maritime tourism in the Antarctic region. It was the first cruise ship purposefully designed for sailing the Antarctic Ocean. On November 11, 2007 6: The MTS Oceanos On the 3rd of August, 1991 the Oceanos was en course to Durban from East London, South Africa. Before long the ship started facing harsh weather conditions. The 40-knot winds and 30 feet swells brought about by the storm started to roll the ship from side to side. A muffled explosion was heard and then the Oceanos lost its power. Captain Yiannis Avranas was informed by one of his chief engineers that the generator room was in danger of being flooded. The generators were shut down as the crew feared they would short circuit. The vessel was left adrift. The explosion had caused a 3.9 inch hole in the bulkhead and the water levels soon began 5: The Costa Concordia Over 4000 crew and passengers were on board the Costa Concordia when it crashed on January 12, 2012, due to a critical error made by its captain, Francesco Schettino. The incident happened only hours after the Costa Concordia left the Italian port of Civitavecchia. The ship’s initial course was a week-long cruise on the Mediterranean. As it made its way along the Italian coastline, Schettino ordered the steering of the ship closer to the island of Giglio, as a ‘salute’ to the locals. After the ship’s ‘black box’ was recovered a recording was found in which Schettino 4: The RMS Empress of Ireland May 29, 1914.The Empress of Ireland cruise liner left Canada's Quebec Harbor on a course for Liverpool, England. Not long after the ship had left the port, the crew saw the masthead lights of Storstad, a Norwegian collier, several miles in the distance. The initial sighting took place in clear weather conditions from the ship's starboard side. However, a dense curtain of fog soon fell upon the two ships. Crews from both vessels made extensive use of their fog whistles. The desperate warning attempt did little to prevent the tragedy that followed. At 02:00 local time, the two ships 3: The MS Estonia In September 1994, in what was considered one of the worst maritime disasters of the 20th century, the MS Estonia, previously known as Viking Sally, sank in the Baltic Sea. The ship was travelling to Stockholm, Sweden from Tallinn, Estonia. There have been many speculations throughout the years as to what truly caused the shipwreck. Some experts have cited the turbulent conditions of the Baltic Sea as being a factor, with the ship having been hit repeatedly be heavy gales. This reportedly made steering difficult. Others blame the structural integrity of the ship as it was designed for coastal waters and not the Baltic’s open regions. The official report stated that the locks on the bow door had snapped under the pressure of the waves separating the door 2: The RMS Lusitania On February 18, 1915, during World War I, luxury liner RMS Lusitania sank after being hit by torpedoes launched by a German submarine. In response to the blockade imposed on Germany and the Central Powers by Great Britain and its allies, Germany announced that its naval forces would operate under a policy of ‘unrestricted submarine warfare’. At the time of its maiden voyage, in 1907, the 32.000 ton heavy, 240 meter long RMS Lusitania had been considered the largest, fastest and most luxurious passenger liner in the world. As it set off from New York with a course for Liverpool, in May 1915, passengers could read a warning issued by the Imperial German Embassy which said ‘Vessels flying the flag 1: The MV Wilhelm Gustloff Initially designed as a Nazi cruise ship for the ‘Strength through joy’ organization in 1937, the MV Wilhelm Gustloff was ultimately used in 1945 to transport evacuees. As the Red Army was closing in on East Prusia, the German forces launched Operation Hannibal, coordinated by Admiral Karl Dönitz. Wilhelm Gustloff was among the ships used to evacuate German civilians, military personnel, advanced weapon technicians and Nazi officials from several Baltic areas. The evacuation was completed. It states that by uniting the fields of electromagnetism with gravity, light will bend, along with space and time. Alfred Bielek, a scientist present on the decks of the Eldridge claims the ship was indeed sent back in time, although the U.S. Navy to this day still denies all allegations. This song has always been one of my good, old favourites. I just had to use it. I can't even describe my love for these two pairings. WZS and XDY are so damn sweet it hurts my heart. The second half of an epic Alaska trip at SEABA Heli. The end of AK was cut short unfortunately, but it was still one of the best times ever. Afterwards, the ship sailed south to Superpark at Mt Bachelor, Oregon, with the CAPiTA crew. Always a good time with the best shred family ever. The ship then sailed many places, and returned to Oregon to post up at Mt Hood with High Cascade Snowboard Camp. The fire burned brightly, and the soft radiance of the incandescent lights in the lilies of silver caught the bubbles that flashed and passed in our glasses. Our chairs, being his patents, embraced and caressed us rather than submitted to be sat upon, and there was that luxurious after-dinner atmosphere when thought roams gracefully free of the trammels of precision. And he put it to us in this way--marking the points with a lean forefinger--as we sat and lazily admired his earnestness over this new paradox (as we thought it) and his fecundity.
'You must follow me carefully. I shall have to controvert one or two
ideas that are almost universally accepted. The geometry, for
instance, they taught you at school is founded on a misconception.'
'Is not that rather a large thing to expect us to begin upon?'
said Filby, an argumentative person with red hair.
'I do not mean to ask you to accept anything without reasonable
ground for it. You will soon admit as much as I need from you. You
know of course that a mathematical line, a line of thickness _nil_,
has no real existence. They taught you that? Neither has a
mathematical plane. These things are mere abstractions.'
'That is all right,' said the Psychologist.
'Nor, having only length, breadth, and thickness, can a cube have a real existence.'
'There I object,' said Filby. 'Of course a solid body may exist. All
real things--'
'So most people think. But wait a moment. Can an _instantaneous_
cube exist?'
'Don't follow you,' said Filby.
'Can a cube that does not last for any time at all, have a real
existence?'
Filby became pensive. 'Clearly,' the Time Traveller proceeded, 'any
real body must have extension in _four_ directions: it must have
Length, Breadth, Thickness, and--Duration. But through a natural
infirmity of the flesh, which I will explain to you in a moment, we
incline to overlook this fact. There are really four dimensions,
three which we call the three planes of Space, and a fourth, Time.

"The Time Traveller (for so it will be convenient to speak of him)

The fire burned brightly, and the soft radiance of the incandescent lights in the lilies of silver caught the bubbles that flashed and passed in our glasses. Our chairs, being his patents, embraced and caressed us rather than submitted to be sat upon, and there was that luxurious after-dinner atmosphere when thought roams gracefully free of the trammels of precision. And he put it to us in this way--marking the points with a lean forefinger--as we sat and lazily admired his earnestness over this new paradox (as we thought it) and his fecundity.
'You must follow me carefully. I shall have to controvert one or two
ideas that are almost universally accepted. The geometry, for
instance, they taught you at school is founded on a misconception.'
'Is not that rather a large thing to expect us to begin upon?'
said Filby, an argumentative person with red hair.
'I do not mean to ask you to accept anything without reasonable
ground for it. You will soon admit as much as I need from you. You
know of course that a mathematical line, a line of thickness _nil_,
has no real existence. They taught you that? Neither has a
mathematical plane. These things are mere abstractions.'
'That is all right,' said the Psychologist.
'Nor, having only length, breadth, and thickness, can a cube have a real existence.'
'There I object,' said Filby. 'Of course a solid body may exist. All

'So most people think. But wait a moment. Can an _instantaneous_
cube exist?'

'Can a cube that does not last for any time at all, have a real

real body must have extension in _four_ directions: it must have
Length, Breadth, Thickness, and--Duration. But through a natural
infirmity of the flesh, which I will explain to you in a moment, we
incline to overlook this fact. There are really four dimensions,
three which we call the three planes of Space, and a fourth, Time.

This song has always been one of my good, old favourites. I just had to use it. I can't even describe my love for these two pairings. WZS and XDY are so damn sweet it hurts my heart. But, I would've included PZ and ZZ in this video but there just isn't enough footage at ALL for those two and it would've gone quite well with this song too.
Cannot stress how much my body was against me doing my video. It would've been done yesterday but I was in the worst pain possible last night. I'm not too bad right now but damn my eyes :/

This time-lapse documents the 2600 km/134 hour journey of the Norwegian "Hurtigruten" from Bergen to Kirkenes, by some described as the world's most beautiful sea voyage. Norwegian public broadcaster NRK aired the entire journey live from the 16th to the 22nd of June 2011. Shortly after, Guinness Book of Records approved it as the longest continuously aired documentary in the world.

With less than one week’s notice from the time of departure I was able take off of work, overnight ship camera gear, and hop in the car for the 800 mile drive from Philadelphia to Georgia with no idea what to expect.

The second half of an epic Alaska trip at SEABA Heli. The end of AK was cut short unfortunately, but it was still one of the best times ever. Afterwards, the ship sailed south to Superpark at Mt Bachelor, Oregon, with the CAPiTA crew. Always a good time with the best shred family ever.
The ship then sailed many places, and returned to Oregon to post up at Mt Hood with High Cascade Snowboard Camp. It was rad shredding with the homeys, getting some sun, and chillin a little before heading south. Next stop: SGT Argentina for a summer full of POW. It's going to be ridiculous.

The Philadelphia Experiment was a military program reportedly carried out in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard around October of 1943. It is alleged that naval destroyer USS Eldridge was rendered invisible, allowing it to be hidden from enemy devices. The experiment was based on the Unified Field Theory, a term coined by Albert Einstein. It states that by uniting the fields of electromagnetism with gravity, light will bend, along with space and time. 'You must follow me carefully. I shall have to controvert one or two
ideas that are almost universally accepted. The geometry, for
instance, they taught you at school is founded on a misconception.'
'Is not that rather a large thing to expect us to begin upon?'
said Filby, an argumentative person with red hair.
'I do not mean to ask you to accept anything without reasonable
ground for it. You will soon admit as much as I need from you. You
know of course that a mathematical line, a line of thickness _nil_,
has no real existence. They taught you that? Neither has a
mathematical plane. These things are mere abstractions.'
'That is all right,' said the Psychologist.
'Nor, having only length, breadth, and thickness, can a cube have a real existence.'
'There I object,' said Filby. 'Of course a solid body may exist. All
real things--'
'So most people think. But wait a moment. Can an _instantaneous_
cube exist?'
'Don't follow you,' said Filby.
'Can a cube that does not last for any time at all, have a real

Filby became pensive. 'Clearly,' the Time Traveller proceeded, 'any
real body must have extension in _four_ directions: it must have

infirmity of the flesh, which I will explain to you in a moment, we

three which we call the three planes of Space, and a fourth, Time.

"The Time Traveller (for so it will be convenient to speak of him)

The fire burned brightly, and the soft radiance of the incandescent lights in the lilies of silver caught the bubbles that flashed and passed in our glasses. Our chairs, being his patents, embraced and caressed us rather than submitted to be sat upon, and there was that luxurious after-dinner atmosphere when thought roams gracefully free of the trammels of precision. And he put it to us in this way--marking the points with a lean forefinger--as we sat and lazily admired his earnestness over this new paradox (as we thought it) and his fecundity.
'You must follow me carefully. I shall have to controvert one or two
ideas that are almost universally accepted. The geometry, for
instance, they taught you at school is founded on a misconception.'
'Is not that rather a large thing to expect us to begin upon?'
said Filby, an argumentative person with red hair.
'I do not mean to ask you to accept anything without reasonable
ground for it. You will soon admit as much as I need from you. You
know of course that a mathematical line, a line of thickness _nil_,
has no real existence. They taught you that? Neither has a
mathematical plane. These things are mere abstractions.'
'That is all right,' said the Psychologist.
'Nor, having only length, breadth, and thickness, can a cube have a real existence.'
'There I object,' said Filby. 'Of course a solid body may exist. All

'So most people think. But wait a moment. Can an _instantaneous_
cube exist?'

'Can a cube that does not last for any time at all, have a real

real body must have extension in _four_ directions: it must have
Length, Breadth, Thickness, and--Duration. But through a natural
infirmity of the flesh, which I will explain to you in a moment, we
incline to overlook this fact. There are really four dimensions,
three which we call the three planes of Space, and a fourth, Time.

This song has always been one of my good, old favourites. I just had to use it. I can't even describe my love for these two pairings. WZS and XDY are so damn sweet it hurts my heart. But, I would've included PZ and ZZ in this video but there just isn't enough footage at ALL for those two and it would've gone quite well with this song too.
Cannot stress how much my body was against me doing my video. It would've been done yesterday but I was in the worst pain possible last night. I'm not too bad right now but damn my eyes :/

This time-lapse documents the 2600 km/134 hour journey of the Norwegian "Hurtigruten" from Bergen to Kirkenes, by some described as the world's most beautiful sea voyage. Norwegian public broadcaster NRK aired the entire journey live from the 16th to the 22nd of June 2011. Shortly after, Guinness Book of Records approved it as the longest continuously aired documentary in the world.

The second half of an epic Alaska trip at SEABA Heli. The end of AK was cut short unfortunately, but it was still one of the best times ever. Afterwards, the ship sailed south to Superpark at Mt Bachelor, Oregon, with the CAPiTA crew. Always a good time with the best shred family ever.
The ship then sailed many places, and returned to Oregon to post up at Mt Hood with High Cascade Snowboard Camp. It was rad shredding with the homeys, getting some sun, and chillin a little before heading south. Next stop: SGT Argentina for a summer full of POW. It's going to be ridiculous.

Few Fishermen find an unconscious man on a boat. They realise that he is a part of an Explorer group. So they bring him to the shore and treat him. This is when he tells them that someone has been behind his life from the time he won the Diary of a Spanish Ship ‘Andromeda’s’ Captain in a bid. The Ship had sunk in mysterious circumstances but the diary was kept in a museum all these years. The Fishermen go back to look out for the diary but when they return the man has been killed. This is when CID is called to solve the mystery. CID soon finds out that the man is Manoj but according to official records he was declared dead 3 months back. The search bring the CID team to the Mysterious Barguda Island.

One long Hour long video for little kids with compilation of most of our machines vehicles excavators diggers, tractors, bulldozers, helicopters, trucks, monsters truck cartoons. It is a wild ride of loading and unloading crashing into cubes and some education too as well as digger ball and dancing big monster truck billy. we have all characters you may already know from our videos. We got big monster truck billy, Jimmy the motorcycle is back in action too and mostly our cute and funny highly realistic henry the digger. we also feature our port crane loading and unloading ships and helicopter and cubes as well. Kids love these things and when parents need time to commit to family and do their own thing there is no better way that to entertain those toddlers by playing an hour long compilation of cartoons in 3d. There is also our firetruck extinguishing fire here. a lot a lot of cartoons in one video. Bulldozers for kids are featured too in our signature cubes videos. Forklift joe auto loader is not missing either and we also have tank and cars with jars of paint video too. so this is basicaly a kids cartoon paradise.
