Throws didn't count unless they produced a KO yet we use judo mats, look what happens when a judoka inadvertently lands on timber, he was eliminated by injury out of the contest. That adds credibility to the unpopular view that throws should be KO for Ippon (hard fast and on their back impact only... Another throw clearly shows a wrestler avoiding landing a judoka on the wood to avoid injury, and a teenager throwing an adult in what would normally incapacitate (perhaps both in this case) without judo mats.
For the athlete's sake we pad the floor. Should we have equal padding thickness in MMA cage on their gloves to the floor??? Why favour the strikers??? Why ignore the impact aspect of throws yet blatantly compete on mats so you don't get hurt??? This is ignorant of the efficacy of throwing impact in combat. I am not suggesting taking away mats and competing on concrete, lol, but ask yourself... that Ippon Judo score become a part of submission wrestling/BJJ etc.

Just some No-Gi Takedowns. Kinda sloppy but all tested in several sparring and or live competition scenarios. I should mention that its actually a "knee bump to hip toss" not a "hip bump" and the arm screw is more effective if the head is tucked into the opponent's shoulder. And a warning on the waist drag, If you sit on or trap the opponent's foot and keep it from twisting when you drag them down you risk injuring their knee. Also the "head to knee" should be used with caution. UPDATE!!! I was unaware that the leg scissor are so dangerous to execute on an opponent since I never had a problem with them myself. But much smarter and better guys than myself have educated me on the matter. So please be careful.

A throw is a martial arts term for a wrestling technique that involves off-balancing or lifting an opponent, and throwing them to the ground in Japanese martial arts referred to as nage-waza, 投げ技, "throwing technique". Throws usually involve a rotating motion and the combatant performing the throw disconnects with the opponent, and ends balanced and on the feet as opposed to a takedown where both finish on the ground. Throws can however also be followed into a top position, in which case the person executing the throw does not disconnect with the opponent. Certain throwing techniques called sacrifice throws (sutemi-waza, 捨身技, "sacrifice technique") involve putting oneself in a potentially disadvantageous position, such as on the ground, to execute a throw.
There are several major types of throw, among Asian martial arts, judo has the most developed throwing techniques and throws are considered its specialty.
Most throws are named by describing the circumvention point of the throw (e.g. hip throw, shoulder throw, wrist throw etc.), or the nature of effect of the throw on the opponent (e.g. heaven and earth throw, valley drop, body drop) with variations are given descriptive names. The names used here are attributed to Jujutsu throws (and hence judo/aikido throws) are descriptions in Japanese. It is conventional for the Japanese to name their throws in this manner, and many western martial art dojo's have given English names to the throws feeling that it is easier for English speaking students to remember the names of throws if they can associate the throws by the descriptive nature of the throw name.

Submission Grappling tournament Nov 2014 for a great cause ($1700 raised for lifeline) Johnny Pitman Cup Throws didn't count unless they produced a KO yet we use judo mats, look what happens when a judoka inadvertently lands on timber, he was eliminated by injury out of the contest. That adds credibility to the unpopular view that throws should be KO for Ippon (hard fast and on their back impact only... Another throw clearly shows a wrestler avoiding landing a judoka on the wood to avoid injury, and a teenager throwing an adult in what would normally incapacitate (perhaps both in this case) without judo mats. Just some No-Gi Takedowns. Kinda sloppy but all tested in several sparring and or live competition scenarios. I should mention that its actually a "knee bump to hip toss" not a "hip bump" and the arm screw is more effective if the head is tucked into the opponent's shoulder. And a warning on the waist drag, If you sit on or trap the opponent's foot and keep it from twisting when you drag them down you risk injuring their knee. Also the "head to knee" should be used with caution. UPDATE!!! I was unaware that the leg scissor are so dangerous to execute on an opponent since I never had a problem with them myself. I couldn’t figure out what it was for weeks. I finally figured it out, and what it was, was one of the footage slots was showing Crane in Third Person instead of First person. Doing further research I found that you can INDEED play Dying Light in Third-Person, on Custom Maps. I test out what it’s like to play third person, talk about a few speculations, why First person is better and also show you what grappling looks like.

He was also extremely apologetic afterwards, but it was my fault for not realizing how important it was to free that overhook.

Keep in mind that some are consensual and some are not. This video displays BJJ and grappling tactics used in lethal and non-lethal situations by skilled and unskilled persons. Before you TMA dumbfucks say there's no real danger, no multiple attackers, blah blah blah, get a reality check. You CANNOT subjectively change the variables in the video for self-serving bias. Example: "oh but if that guy had his buddy, then he woulda gotten KO'd." Apparently you didn't paid any attention to the video.

The Nosgoth Scout Guide is a complete guide and video tutorial of the Scout class in Nosgoth. It covers the special abilities: Throw Knives, Volley, Trap, Turret, Camouflage, Mark Target, Grappling Hook. Weapons covered are: Warbow, Swift Bow, Compound Bow, and Storm Bow.
The Scout is mostly a long range burst DPS class that excels in finishing off foes at a distance by blowing large holes into their body the second they poke out of cover. He excels at delivering the finishing blow as well as dropping down huge chunks of damage in an instant. His burst damage is hitscan and when his bow is charged he becomes the quad damage nightmare. His strength lies in his ability to be everywhere but nowhere instantly ready to add to the corpses in his field of death.
His abilities typically concentrate on interrupting foes in CQB and making the sky a terrible place to be in. He can handle himself 1 on 1 and choose to hide amongst the death.
He is a sniper and if played properly can be more punishing than a proud mother of a beauty pageant quern, or if played improperly can be less of a threat than a kid tied up to a tree pant-less in the woods making new friends with the animal kingdom. This video concentrates on tips and tactics rather than specific builds, due to the fact that builds such as a "Scout dps build" will change every patch.

The Scout is mostly a long range burst DPS class that excels in finishing off foes at a distance by blowing large holes into their body the second they poke out of cover. He excels at delivering the finishing blow as well as dropping down huge chunks of damage in an instant. His burst damage is hitscan and when his bow is charged he becomes the quad damage nightmare. His strength lies in his ability to be everywhere but nowhere instantly ready to add to the corpses in his field of death.
His abilities typically concentrate on interrupting foes in CQB and making the sky a terrible place to be in. He can handle himself 1 on 1 and choose to hide amongst the death.
He is a sniper and if played properly can be more punishing than a proud mother of a beauty pageant quern, or if played improperly can be less of a threat than a kid tied up to a tree pant-less in the woods making new friends with the animal kingdom. This video concentrates on tips and tactics rather than specific builds, due to the fact that builds such as a "Scout dps build" will change every patch.
