Dr. Know - demo + Live 1983

Dr. Know was a hardcore band from Los Angeles. The demo has very good sound quality and the Cathay show is an audience recording with good sound quality. Both of these recordings were on the ends of tapes and neither is complete. I think the demo might have been released on their Best of album. Anyone know? Can anyone fill in the song titles.
