Blue Foundation

Blue Foundation's cinematic dream pop, shoegaze and electronics inspired sound are known for being featured in films like Twilight, Miami Vice and on TV shows like CSI: Miami and The Vampire Diaries.

Danish singer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Tobias Wilner founded the group in 2000, inspired by Mark E. Smith's approach to forming a band (the Fall), recruiting a rotating cast of traditional musicians throughout the band's history to inspire creativity. Today the band is based in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn and Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 2008 their line-up has consisted of Tobias Wilner (producer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist) and Bo Rande (producer, multi-instrumentalist). Blue Foundation has gained major recognition with the remix of their song "Eyes on Fire" by Zeds Dead with more than 80 million plays on Youtube. Blue Foundation is sampled by Lil Durk featuring French Montana on his track "Fly High", Young Thug's song "She Noticed", and Emilio Rojas' "Seek You Out".

Blues Foundation

The Blues Foundation is an American nonprofit corporation, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, that is affiliated with more than 175 Blues organizations from various parts of the world. Founded in 1980, a twenty-five person Board of Directors governs the foundation whose stated mission is to preserve Blues music history. On its formation, the Foundation organized the annual W. C. Handy awards to "give recognition of the finest in blues performances and recordings." The awards have since been renamed "The Blues Music Awards".

The Blues Foundation is also responsible for the Blues Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, International Blues Challenge Competition, Keeping the Blues Alive Awards, Blues In The Schools programs. "The Blues Foundation has established the HART Fund (Handy Artists Relief Trust) for Blues musicians and their families in financial need due to a broad range of health concerns. The Fund provides for acute, chronic and preventive medical and dental care as well as funeral expenses."

Zeds Dead

Zeds Dead is a Canadian electronic music duo from Toronto, Ontario, Canada composed of Dylan Mamid, or DC, and Zach Rapp-Rovan, or Hooks. DC and Hooks have been producing music together since 2004.

The duo is currently signed to the record label Mad Decent, and have released music on several others. Much of their music remains bootlegged, unofficially released, or given away as free downloads. Similarly to "Yolanda Be Cool", the name "Zeds Dead" is a reference to a scene in the 1994 Quentin Tarantino film Pulp Fiction.

Zeds Dead explores a diverse variety of genres that combine aspects of electro house, hip-hop, glitch, and drum and bass into their largely dubstep platform. Frequent collaborator, rapper Omar LinX, has worked with the duo on several occasions, producing two EPs together as a trio. Zeds Dead tours in extensive fashion and are significant components of the live music and festival circuits. Their Living Dead Tour, which spanned from February to May 2012, included over seventy performances in the United States and Canada alone.
