Excerpt: "We ent**ed Togo without hassle and drove a triangular route through a lush, green, mountainous and tropical landscape. We passed coffee and cotton plantations and the views w**e spectacular. Our first night was in Kpalime, a small town with not the most to off** but which had a really nice vibe, relaxed and laidback. From th**e we headed to the capital, Lome and spent a few nights on the beachfront. The surf crashed all night and the palm trees waved in the breeze. We could get used to this! Kelley, Cristy, and I set off first, but many oth** Peace Corps Benin volunte**s would join us lat** on and bring our numb** up to 12! But the three of us girls got to explore Niamey on our own, and we also had ourselves an adventure in the sparse bush south of Niamey when we decided to look for the last "wild" giraffes in West Africa. We rented a Niamey city taxi to take us to Kouré, wh**e we would find a guide and eventually giraffes. When we arrived on the " ...
