Perlawanan Terakhir Dato Mokthar Dahari
MUNGKIN kini nama Malaysia tidak lagi gah di arena bola sepak antarabangsa jika hendak dibandingkan pada era 70-an dahulu. Malaysia pernah dilabelkan sebagai pasukan Asia yang handal dan sentiasa memberikan saingan dalam setiap perlawanan.
Kebanyakan generasi muda sekarang tidak berpeluang menyaksikan aksi 'SuperMokh' di atas padang. Dato Mokhtar Dahari atau 'SuperMokh' adalah lagenda pemain bola sepak kebangsaan Malaysia yang berasal dari Selangor.
Gelaran 'SuperMokh' yang diterimanya itu juga adalah kerana kehebatannya menjaringkan banyak gol sepanjang kariernya sebagai pemain bola sepak. Beliau juga telah mewakili Malaysia selama 13 tahun iaitu dari 1972 hingga 1985.
Mokhtar telah dilahirkan pada 13 November 1953 di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, hasil perkahwinan Dahari Abeng dan Maimon Sadikin. Beliau mendapat pendidikan awal di Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Kuantan (1960-1965) dan Victoria Institution (1966-1970).
Ketika beliau berusia 15 tahun, Mokhtar telah dihadiahkan sepasang but bola yang hanya berharga RM15 oleh ayahnya selepas menduduki Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP) 1968 atau lebih tepat dipanggil LCE pada ketika itu.
Beliau amat menghargai pemberian itu sambil berkata: "Kasut but yang diberi oleh ayah saya hanya berharga RM15, tetapi ia amat bermakna dalam kerjaya bola sepak saya."
Dengan kasut itulah beliau menempa nama sebaris dengan wira-wira bola sepak negara sebelumnya seperti Datuk Ghani Minhat dan Arthur Koh.
Pada tahun 1971, Mokhtar telah mula mewakili pasukan Selangor dalam saingan Piala Burnley. Beliau juga pernah menyertai beberapa kelab bola sepak antaranya Kelab Sultan Sulaiman, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Talasco dan Kwong Yik Bank.
Beliau telah berkahwin dengan Tengku Zarina Tengku Ibrahim dan dikurniakan tiga orang anak iaitu Mohamad Redza, Nur Azera dan Nur Arina. Salah seorang anaknya, Mohamad Redza, juga mengikuti jejak langkah ayahnya apabila pernah mewakili negeri Selangor.
Mokhtar merupakan pemain yang memiliki bakat semulajadi yang mengangkat imej Malaysia setaraf dengan jaguh bola sepak dunia. Paling ketara adalah dikancah Pestabola Merdeka yang menjadi gelanggang beliau mempamer taring dan kehebatannya menembusi gawang lawan.
Pada usia 23 tahun, Mokhtar yang lebih terkenal dengan jolokan 'SuperMokh' diiktiraf Majalah World Star Soccer sebagai penyerang terbaik Asia dan ketika itu jugalah dia dinobatkan sebagai Olahragawan Kebangsaan 1976.
Kelebihan dimiliki 'SuperMokh' banyak dengan sepakan deras bak peluru menjadi elemen penting hinggakan tiga jari bekas penjaga gol negara, mendiang R. Arumugam, pernah patah ketika cuba menampannya. Malah penyerang ternama negara ini juga bijak dalam membaca gerakan lawan dan meloloskan diri dari kawalan pertahanan pihak lawan.
Mokhtar telah membuat penampilan di padang bola sebanyak 167 kaps (penampilan), menjaringkan 117 gol dalam saingan Piala Malaysia dan 125 gol antarabangsa.
R. Arumugam (31 Januari 1953 - 18 Disember 1988) merupakan seorang pemain bola sepak legenda yang berasal dari Selangor. Beliau juga dikenali sebagai "Spiderman" kerana tangannya yang panjang dan kebolehannya menangkap cantik percubaan-percubaan pasukan lawan. Beliau telah dilahirkan pada 31 Januari 1953 di Pelabuhan Klang. Beliau telah memulakan kerjaya bola sepaknya daripada umur yang sangat muda. Beliau memulakan penampilannya dengan pasukan Selangor FA apabila berusia 18 tahun di dalam pertandingan Piala Remaja Burnley dalam tahun 1971. Beliau mewakili Selangor FA dalam pertandingan Piala Malaysia dari tahun 1972 hingga 1988, satu tempoh di mana Selangor FA telah memenangi Piala Malaysia sebanyak lapan kali.

Kempe Gowda is a sub-inspector in a dusty village of Rona in Hubli, his native, where he is adored. Armugam, a notorious criminal, is brought down to his knees at the local police station. Their egos clash and Armugam, who has never had to face an opposition before, decides to teach Gowda a lesson. He is transferred to Bangalore, where Amugam's writ runs large. As the cop begins to unearth Armugam's misdeeds, he realises that he is up against a real challenge. This kalla-police saga is one that is full of ferocious dialogues and gravity-defying stunts.
Even the love story between Sudeep and Ragini(kavya) lightens the mood in between. Ashok, Girish Karnad and Thara add the family emotions to this narrative. Surprisingly, it is the comedy track of Sharan that pales in comparison. When it comes to acting, Sudeep and Ravi Shankar compete with each other. The casting of the other actors, with a few dialogues, is almost perfect. Thara as Ragini's mother is just an example.
Arjun comes up with some good songs, but it is his background score that gives the film an extra zing. This is Krishna's first film as cinematographer in an action genre. It is as impressive as the shots he captures of waterfalls and verdant fields. Arun Sagar's artwork is excellent. The outdoor shrine of Anjaneya, recasting a village in Mandya as the one in AP and the props in the song Hale Radio, are commendable.
Newcomer Vishwa shows ample talent in editing. So do the duo of Anil and Shreekanth in dialogue writing. Kempe Gowda has nothing to do with the founder of Bangalore though he is remembered in a song. Sudeep is transferred to the Magadi Road police station in the film.

Harris Jayaraj (born 8 January 1975) is an Indian film composer from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He composes scores and soundtracks predominantly for Tamil films, while also having composed for a few films in Telugu and Hindi languages.
Early life
Harris Jayaraj was brought up in Chennai, He was born into a middle class Tamil Christian Nadar family . He studied at Krishnaswamy Matric School, K. K. Nagar. His father, S. M. Jayakumar, was a noted film guitarist and an assistant to Malayalam music director Shyam and later became a noted musician and film composer. At age six, Harris began his formal training in carnatic music. His father wanted him to become a guitarist and made him learn classical guitar from Mr.A.Abdul Sattar. Harris scored the highest mark in Asia on his 4th grade exam of Trinity College of Music, London.
He started his music career as a guitarist in 1987 at age twelve. After befitting as a guitar player, he started playing keyboard and developed interest over synthesizers. He then started programming with his Roland MC-500 and went on to work as a programmer under more than twenty five music directors in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam, working in more than 600 projects till the year 2000. He worked under noted composers including Raj-Koti, A. R. Rahman, Mani Sharma, Karthik Raja, Vidyasagar. While working as an additional programmer under Rahman, he composed music for various television commercials including a Coca-Cola commercial featuring actor Vijay. In his early years, he admired music composers M. S. Viswanathan, percussionist Aruljothi Balagopal, A. R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer.

Iru Mugan
Iru Mugan is an upcoming Indian Tamil science fiction thriller film written and directed by Anand Shankar. The film features Vikram, Nayantara and Nithya Menen in the lead roles. Having gone through several changes of cast and producers, the film began production in December 2015.

Production
Director Anand Shankar and Vikram were first announced to be collaborating in October 2014, with producer S. Thanu financing the venture. Anand Shankar completed the script throughout early 2015 and toured Malaysia to find locations, while Vikram completed his other projects. Kajal Aggarwal and Priya Anand were signed on to portray the lead actresses, while Manush Nandan and Anirudh Ravichander were approached to be the film's cinematographer and compose the film's music, respectively. The project was titled as Marma Manithan and was reported to begin shooting in Malaysia from June 2015. Instead, production disputes took place during June 2015 after Ayngaran International also announced their interest in producing the film, with Thanu attempting to hand over the rights of the film. Priya Anand also opted out of the film, with Bindu Madhavi announced as her replacement. The ongoing changes subsequently stopped the team beginning their shoot in Malaysia during July 2015 and the production was stalled. The delays meant that Vikram stopped waiting for the makers to begin work, changed his specially-prepared facial hair and went back to add finishing touches to his other ongoing project, 10 Endrathukulla (2015).

Anand Shankar
Anand Shankar (Tamil: ஆனந்த் சங்கர்) is an Indian film director and screenwriter, primarily working in Tamil cinema. Shankar started his career as an assistant director to Siddharth Anand in Anjaana Anjaani. He also assisted producer-director AR Murugadoss in movies such as Thuppakki and Ezham Arivu. He successfully finished his work as debut director on Arima Nambi starring Vikram prabhu and Priya Anand, a Tamil thriller film. He received positive reviews for his tremendous work in his debut movie as film director.He is currently directing IruMugan starring Chiyaan Vikram,Nayanthara and Nithya Menen.
Personal life
Anand Shankar is the grandson of National Award Winning playwright Komal Swaminathan. Anand Shankar got a mechanical engineering degree in Chennai from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE), after which he studied at the New York Film Academy. He is the cousin of Srikanth Ravichandran,who got married to television anchor Dhivyadharshini.

Plot: Arumugham (Vikram) is an uneducated, good hearted, helpful village hick. Easwari (Jyothika) is his childhood friend. A chemical factory in the village pollutes the local river and when all attempts to stop the factory waste from going to the drinking water falls flat, the villagers decide to send Arumugham to Chennai and meet the concerned minister who has won from their constituency. He sets out for the city with Easwari and her grandmother and they stay with Arumugham's friend (Vivek) and gang. Swapna (Reema Sen) is a model who stays in the same area and she lusts after Arumugham. They meet the Minister (Sayaji Shinde) who is extremely nice to them and promises to help them. Soon Arumugham is forced by circumstances to fight against an anti-social gang with a lady boss. An honest police officer (Manoj.K.Jayan) tries to collect evidence against the criminal gang. When Arumugham realizes that the bad guys are the henchmen of the same Minister who is behind all the crimes, !

MUNGKIN kini nama Malaysia tidak lagi gah di arena bola sepak antarabangsa jika hendak dibandingkan pada era 70-an dahulu. Malaysia pernah dilabelkan sebagai pasukan Asia yang handal dan sentiasa memberikan saingan dalam setiap perlawanan.
Kebanyakan generasi muda sekarang tidak berpeluang menyaksikan aksi 'SuperMokh' di atas padang. Dato Mokhtar Dahari atau 'SuperMokh' adalah lagenda pemain bola sepak kebangsaan Malaysia yang berasal dari Selangor.
Gelaran 'SuperMokh' yang diterimanya itu juga adalah kerana kehebatannya menjaringkan banyak gol sepanjang kariernya sebagai pemain bola sepak. Beliau juga telah mewakili Malaysia selama 13 tahun iaitu dari 1972 hingga 1985.
Mokhtar telah dilahirkan pada 13 November 1953 di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, hasil perkahwinan Dahari Abeng dan Maimon Sadikin. Beliau mendapat pendidikan awal di Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Kuantan (1960-1965) dan Victoria Institution (1966-1970).
Ketika beliau berusia 15 tahun, Mokhtar telah dihadiahkan sepasang but bola yang hanya berharga RM15 oleh ayahnya selepas menduduki Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP) 1968 atau lebih tepat dipanggil LCE pada ketika itu.
Beliau amat menghargai pemberian itu sambil berkata: "Kasut but yang diberi oleh ayah saya hanya berharga RM15, tetapi ia amat bermakna dalam kerjaya bola sepak saya."
Dengan kasut itulah beliau menempa nama sebaris dengan wira-wira bola sepak negara sebelumnya seperti Datuk Ghani Minhat dan Arthur Koh.
Pada tahun 1971, Mokhtar telah mula mewakili pasukan Selangor dalam saingan Piala Burnley. Beliau juga pernah menyertai beberapa kelab bola sepak antaranya Kelab Sultan Sulaiman, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Talasco dan Kwong Yik Bank.
Beliau telah berkahwin dengan Tengku Zarina Tengku Ibrahim dan dikurniakan tiga orang anak iaitu Mohamad Redza, Nur Azera dan Nur Arina. Salah seorang anaknya, Mohamad Redza, juga mengikuti jejak langkah ayahnya apabila pernah mewakili negeri Selangor.
Mokhtar merupakan pemain yang memiliki bakat semulajadi yang mengangkat imej Malaysia setaraf dengan jaguh bola sepak dunia. Paling ketara adalah dikancah Pestabola Merdeka yang menjadi gelanggang beliau mempamer taring dan kehebatannya menembusi gawang lawan.
Pada usia 23 tahun, Mokhtar yang lebih terkenal dengan jolokan 'SuperMokh' diiktiraf Majalah World Star Soccer sebagai penyerang terbaik Asia dan ketika itu jugalah dia dinobatkan sebagai Olahragawan Kebangsaan 1976.

Beliau telah dilahirkan pada 31 Januari 1953 di Pelabuhan Klang. Beliau telah memulakan kerjaya bola sepaknya daripada umur yang sangat muda. Beliau memulakan penampilannya dengan pasukan Selangor FA apabila berusia 18 tahun di dalam pertandingan Piala Remaja Burnley dalam tahun 1971. Beliau mewakili Selangor FA dalam pertandingan Piala Malaysia dari tahun 1972 hingga 1988, satu tempoh di mana Selangor FA telah memenangi Piala Malaysia sebanyak lapan kali.

Even the love story between Sudeep and Ragini(kavya) lightens the mood in between. Ashok, Girish Karnad and Thara add the family emotions to this narrative. Surprisingly, it is the comedy track of Sharan that pales in comparison. When it comes to acting, Sudeep and Ravi Shankar compete with each other. The casting of the other actors, with a few dialogues, is almost perfect. Thara as Ragini's mother is just an example.
Arjun comes up with some good songs, but it is his background score that gives the film an extra zing. This is Krishna's first film as cinematographer in an action genre. It is as impressive as the shots he captures of waterfalls and verdant fields. Arun Sagar's artwork is excellent. The outdoor shrine of Anjaneya, recasting a village in Mandya as the one in AP and the props in the song Hale Radio, are commendable.
Newcomer Vishwa shows ample talent in editing. So do the duo of Anil and Shreekanth in dialogue writing. Kempe Gowda has nothing to do with the founder of Bangalore though he is remembered in a song. Sudeep is transferred to the Magadi Road police station in the film.

Kempe Gowda is a sub-inspector in a dusty village of Rona in Hubli, his native, where he is adored. Armugam, a notorious criminal, is brought down to his knees at the local police station.
