Featherstone is a town and civil parish in the City of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England. It lies less than two miles south-west of Pontefract and in 2001 had a population of 14,175, although after recent housing development the population is thought to be closer to 20-25,000.
Featherstone railway station is on the Pontefract Line.
In 1848, the opening of the Wakefield, Pontefract and Goole railway line through Featherstone, provided the basis for large scale coal mining in Featherstone, by opening up new markets in the South of England and Europe. Coal had been mined at Featherstone since the 13th century and remains of bell pits can still be seen to the north of Park Lane at North Featherstone.
Like many surrounding areas, Featherstone grew around coal mining, and was the site of a miners' strike in 1893. During the strike the town came to national attention when soldiers fired on striking miners, killing two. A distinctive sculpture marking the centenary of the Featherstone Massacre stands in the shopping precinct and a large mural depicting the town's heritage can be seen at the town's main crossroads. Ackton Hall Colliery was the first pit to close following the end of the miners' strike and this could not be contested as geological difficulties had made it impossible for the pit to continue production.

Michelle Featherstone is a British American singer-songwriter. Born in Chester, England, and raised in Cambridge, England, Featherstone now resides in Hollywood, California. She began studying piano and composing original music at the age of nine. She has received awards from the Royal Academy of Music for piano and violin and the Bishops Award for voice.
Featherstone didn't initially intend to pursue a career in music. As an Art History major and Anthropology minor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in West Chester, Pennsylvania, she found herself managing the Walt Disney-Tishman Collection of African Art after graduation in a somewhat frustrating role:
After about 18 months at Disney's Imagineering arm, Featherstone decided that "corporate America" wasn't for her and made the decision to reconnect with her musical roots while working as a waitress in Southern California. Indeed, it was during one of her waitress jobs that she just happened to play a few songs on the piano while the scheduled performers were on a break, that the audience's reaction was so overwhelmingly positive that she realized that music was something that she needed to seriously pursue.

When your friends start going to university it definitely gives you a great excuse for you to jump on a coach and travel around to see what the rest of the country is doing. Exploring the city of Bournemouth with blue skies and a skateboard is probably one of the raddest things to do and i recommend it to anyone, especially if they have a small ginger tour guide that loves skating stairs...

· Follow this Mortal Kombat X Video Guide of the KRYPT to find all the weapons/items to be able to unlock all the areas to gain access to every tomb and secret. Expand the description for more info.
What is the KRYPT?
· The KRYPT is where you use your Koins you collect by playing the game to unlock Concept Art, Character Costumes, Fatalities, Brutalities, Player Icons, and more. However, not all areas of the KRYPT are accessible from the very start. You will need to find items to help you gain full access.

The KRYPT is divided into three maps or areas:
1) Area #1 (Krypt Entrance AKA Dead Woods Cemetery). This is where you begin. You can always warp back to the entrance from looking at your map (press PAUSE button).
2) Area #2 (Spider Tunnels). You can access this area from the East edge of Area #1.
3) Area #3 (Shao Khan's Tomb). Only accessible with Kenshi's Sword.
TIP: Don't worry too much about the area name under the mini-map, just the coordinates, i.e. (0,0). There are time stamps below to go directly to the part of the video.

DIRECTIONS:
1) You begin in Area #1. You first need to get SCORPION'S SPEAR (-13,19) 1:31 and SUB-ZERO'S ICEBALL (-21,20) 1:52. Then head to Area #2 entrance at (3,9) 3:05.
2) In Area #2, you need to get RAIDEN'S STAFF (5,11) 3:40 and KUNG LAO'S HAT (-7,12) 4:15. Use KUNG LAO'S HAT at (-10,21). Then head to (-11,12) to go back to Area #1 to unlock a gate. Unlock it, and then go back to Area #2.
3) Use SCORPION'S SPEAR at (18,3) 7:17 to retrieve SPIDER GEM (18,10). Then go to (20,18) to use RAIDEN'S STAFF to get across the map. 8:20
4) At (6,25), there is a Hidden Room you can access using RAIDEN'S STAFF but must wait until 7 o'clock on the Krypt clock 9:14. Use the SPIDER GEM on (4,26), and then pick up REPTILE'S CLAW at (6,30). 10:24
5) Solve the puzzle to gain entry to the room at (17,34) 11:25. The code order is written on the wall '4132'. Each lever has a number of gem spiders . Pull them in the order 4-1-3-2. Gain entry and pick up KOTAL KAHN'S SWORD.
6) Go to (6,35) to use KOTAL KAHN'S SWORD on the webs. In this room you can pick up KENSHI'S SWORD (5,40) 12:35. Area #2 is now fully unlocked and you don't need anything else so return to the Krypt Entrance.
7) Go to (-2,18) 13:33 to use KENSHI'S SWORD to get to Area #3. Pick up LIU KANG'S FIREBALL, then go left. At (-8,14), use SUB-ZERO'S ICEBALL to pull the lever. Then continue on the path.
8) Stop at (-5,18) to pick up ERMAC'S MEDALLION 15:00. Continue on until (0,19) where you take the left path which leads North. Use REPTILE'S CLAW (-5,28) and pull the lever.
9) You can access Shao Kahn's Secret Tomb at (0,19) but only when it's active. You have to wait until 7 o'clock on the Krypt clock and use RAIDEN'S STAFF to gain access to the Lost Mausoleum.
10) Go to (9,14) and use ERMAC'S PENDANT to float across. Pull the lever and head back to (0,8) 17:50. Pick up JAX'S ROCKET LAUNCHER, and leave Area #3.
11) Back in Area #1, go to (-20,4) and use LIU KANG'S FIREBALL to melt the ice here. Then go to (-11,11) to use JAX'S ROCKET LAUNCHER to open the gate.
12) To get the last inventory item KAMIDOGU, you need to gamble at the shrine at (-11,13). Back up your game save, and bet the max 10,000 KOINS. You'll get the Netherrealm Kamidogu. Then head to the Netherrealm gate at (-23,18) 21:34 and go through the gate to final area.

Other Tips:
- Monsters will attack you randomly; just repeatedly mash the button prompt onscreen. You'll gain some Koins. You'll unlock 'Terrifying Encounter' achievement/trophy on first contact.
- If you hear a 'whoosh' sound, that means there is a vanishing chest nearby. Once you hear the sound, look at the Krypt clock to note the time. You'll hear another sound when it vanishes. It only appears within this time frame. Note it down for later if you don't have the Koins to open it right away.

Cleburne, TX - Both the Cleburne Police Department and a Cleburne man arrested May 23 declined to comment on the matter on Tuesday.
Cleburne police arrested Donny James Hinshaw, 30, at about 1:15 p.m. on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and evading arrest.
Hinshaw obtained video taken from a camera on the arresting officer's uniform and posted it on YouTube under the title of "Excessive force Cleburne Police Department."
The video shows CPD Cpl. Robert Sigler chasing Hinshaw's truck with lights and sirens on before Hinshaw pulls over and exits the truck.
"Out of the truck," Sigler says on the video. "Put your hands on the truck. You're under arrest."
At that point Hinshaw says "What?"
Sigler attempts to reach out to turn Hinshaw around to place him under arrest. Hinshaw appears to avoid Sigler's grasp and then backs away and accuses the officer of assaulting him.
Sigler tells Hinshaw to "get ready to get tased" and fires his Taser.
When Hinshaw asks why he's being arrested, Sigler answers hit-and-run and felony evasion.
"I didn't hit-and-run," Hinshaw says on the video. "He hit me."
Hinshaw tells Sigler he was coming home to file an accident report.
"You should've done that in the first place," Sigler says. "You also should've stopped when you're going down the road rocking your head back and forth."
Hinshaw, on Friday, told WFAA.com that Sigler had no justification for using a Taser on him and that he gave the video to his attorney and will be fighting the hit-and-run and evasion charges.
The initial hit-and-run occurred on Featherstone Street, according to CPD reports.
The victim told police a red and white Chevrolet pickup, traveling west on Featherstone Street, made a U-turn to travel east. At the conclusion of the U-turn, the Chevrolet pulled away from the curb, collided with the victim's vehicle and fled the scene, according to the report.
The victim told police he swerved in an attempt to avoid the collision and may have struck a parked vehicle. The victim followed Hinshaw's truck long enough to get a license plate number then went home to call police, as he didn't have a cellphone, according to reports.
Police went to the address connected with the license plate but found no one home.
Sigler saw Hinshaw's truck traveling west on Featherstone a short time later, according to reports.
"I activated my emergency light as the vehicle approached, and turned to follow as the vehicle passed," the report reads. "The suspect vehicle did not pull over to the side on Featherstone although there was a safe area to do so. The suspect vehicle turned left, onto Sunset. I then activated my siren as it became apparent that the driver was not going to stop. The driver could be seen rocking his head back and forth, from side to side.
"The suspect vehicle continued south on Sunset, and then west onto W. Smith."
Hinshaw stopped in front of his house and began to exit his truck as Sigler was approaching, according to reports.
"I instructed the driver to place his hands on the vehicle," the report reads. "He refused. I attempted to turn the driver toward his vehicle to effect an arrest. The subject pulled away and claimed he had been assaulted. I deployed my Taser to incapacitate the driver and complete the arrest. The driver then complied with my commands and he was handcuffed."
Police declined to comment on the matter through a Tuesday press release.
"No official allegations have been made by Mr. Hinshaw at this time," according to the release. "The allegations are just that. It would be inappropriate to speculate or comment at this time."
Reached by phone on Tuesday, Hinshaw said any questions would have to go through his attorney and declined to comment further.
"You don't even need to know that," Hinshaw said when the Times-Review requested his attorney's name.

Police declined to comment on the matter through a Tuesday press release.
"No official allegations have been made by Mr. Hinshaw at this time," according to the release. "The allegations are just that. It would be inappropriate to speculate or comment at this time."
Reached by phone on Tuesday, Hinshaw said any questions would have to go through his attorney and declined to comment further.
"You don't even need to know that," Hinshaw said when the Times-Review requested his attorney's name.
