With Thailand operating as a hub for international trafficking and marketing of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin a growing number of West African syndicate crime cartels are booming and behind the scenes the Mali & Ivory Coast Mafia are managing business from visa services to protection services. You might see Nigerian boys on the streets but behind the scenes these men from the Ivory Coast are secretly running their 419 and power powder businesses in the heart of darkness on Sukumvit Soi 3 also known as Soi Nana.
