An Aigburth, England, taxi driver reported taking video of a UFO hovering over Mariners Wharf about 10:20 p.m. on June 29, 2015, according to the Liverpool Echo.
A mysterious flying object was captured on film by a motorist who saw it hovering above Mariners Wharf.
The video was taken by Paul Douglas, who was driving down Upper Parliament Street towards the waterfront when he saw something unusual in the sky on Monday night.
Paul, from Aigburth, said: “It was about 10.20 and I was driving when I saw something strange in the sky.
“It was over the marina and it was just a mad object in the sky. It sort of looked like a drone but it also had three green lights on it.”
Taxi-driver Paul said he pulled over in amazement at what was drifting through the sky and started filming the object as it moved closer towards land then back out towards the water.
He added: “It was hovering over the water and I tried to follow it in the car as I was coming down Upper Parliament Street.
“As it was hovering, the birds were making a funny noise and going a bit mad. Then after a couple of minutes it started going out towards the water again.
“It was pretty high in the sky as it was floating over the water. I went to the waterfront to ask two fishermen if they saw it as it moved on but they didn’t.”
Paul described seeing three green lights sitting horizontally across the object.
He added: “It looked a bit like horizontal traffic lights. There were three green lights and then one different coloured light on the end.”

Aigburth 
i/ˈɛɡbərθ/ is a suburb of Liverpool, Merseyside, England. Located to the south of the city, it is bordered by Dingle, Mossley Hill, and Garston.
Historically a part of Lancashire, Aigburth means "hill where oak trees grow" and is a hybrid place-name: the first part of the name is from Old Norse eikr "oak tree" (which is found in Eikton in Cumbria and Eakring in Nottinghamshire) and Old English beorg meaning " hill, tumulus" but here in the sense "rising ground". This element usually occurs as "-borough" (as in Barlborough in Derbyshire) or more rarely as "-barrow" (e.g. Backbarrow in Cumbria). The meaning is probably derived from the presence of a sacred oak grove in the area. The name was also recorded as Eikberei in an undated record.
The spelling Aigburgh (or, more rarely, Aighburgh) is sometimes found in old publications and historical documents (for example, S. Lewis, A Topographical Dictionary of England (1848)), as well as in modern references to former residents and is occasionally seen as an alternative (if incorrect) spelling today.

This 53m-high Dodan Ella Fall cascades in two sections. At either side of the upper segment there are two Elephant Trunk-shaped stone arches. The fall's source is the Devipahala Ela Canal, which flows through Demalegama Village before pouring off a rock ledge.
