How do I register?

• Go to https://www.rt.com/register/ and enter your name and email address.
• A confirmation letter will be sent to the address you provide.
• Click on the link in the letter.
• You will receive a password by email. Please make sure you enter the password CORRECTLY. If you enter a wrong password several times, your account will be blocked for 24 hours.

How do I edit my profile? (avatar, name, email, etc.)

Why do I have to register?

How do I change my password, or get a reminder, or get a new password?

• It's not possible to change the password. You should use only the password given in the registration letter.
• To reset your password, fill out the password reset form at https://www.rt.com/requestresetpass/ . This option is only available once every 24 hours.
• You will receive a new password by email.

I can’t log in. Why?

• Please make sure you copied the password correctly, without spaces. You can check it by pasting the password in any word processor (Word, Notepad). You can reset your password if you want by filling out the password reset form at https://www.rt.com/requestresetpass/
• If you enter a wrong password several times, your account will be blocked for 24 hours.
• You can only reset your password once every 24 hours.

Why do I have to log in again every time?

• If you remain inactive on our website for 20 minutes, your session will be automatically closed and you will have to log in again.
