Story:
Kazuki Kato (25) will take on a new starring movie role in the comedy "Kamisama Help!," directed by Shota Sasaki. This will effectively be his first film lead. He had originally starred in Eiji Uchida's "Dakara Oretachi wa, Asa wo Matteita" that was scheduled for release this past February, but the movie was canned after co-actor Manabu Oshio (32) was arrested for drugs last year.
"Kamisama Help!" takes place at a closed school where a mass murder occurred 25 years earlier. Kato plays both a teacher and a "horror planner." He will also sing the film's theme song, a cover of the 1985 hit "Kamisama Help!" by the band The Checkers.
Kato's supporting cast has not yet been announced. The film is scheduled for release on August 7.

In old Edo, there was a temple for kakekomi - women who were seeking divorce and fleeing from their man. Entering the temple gates, all kinds of stories of the sexes begin to emerge. The Divorce Arbitrator will handle every need for restarting life.
Director Masato Harada whose previous film “Chronicle of My Mother” was received with much success has taken on his first period film based on a story that was spun by Hisashi Inoue, the great Japanese author over 11 years.
The talented and irresistible Yo Oizumi plays the main character, Shinjiro. Erika Toda plays Jogo, the iron-maker who escapes from her violent husband, and Hikari Mitsushima is cast as O-Gin, the mistress of the wealthy merchant Horikiri. These two major actresses perform kakekomi women with a tangled and unexpected past.
As the merchant Horikiri who carries a secret, Shinichi Tsutusmi brings plenty of sex-appeal. Genbei, the Divorce Arbitrator, is played by the great Kiki Kilin, an actress of renown. The cast further features an ensemble of colorful characters including Rina Uchiyama, Hana Hizuki, Midoriko Kimura, Katsumi Kiba, Misuzu Kanno and Shinji Takeda.
Not to be overlooked is the charming performance of Tsutomu Yamazaki as Bakin, the famous writer of the Edo period.
With divorce in the Edo period—which was double that of today— as a motif, a fertile human-interest entertainment takes shape through the beautifully shifting seasons.
There are encounters and partings in life. We fall in love with another and, at times, fall out of love. Sometimes relationships workout, sometimes they don't. Still, life is wonderful. This is a film that gently and sincerely observes our humanity.

A thrift ordinance has been announced by the government and the lives of common people get worse. During this time, many woman who want to divorce run to the Tokei-ji which is a Buddhist temple in Kamakura, Japan. The Tokei-ji helps women who are abused from their husbands and get divorced if they so desire.
Nobujiro Nakamura (Yo Oizumi) is a doctor and wants to be a literary writer. He is staying at the Goyo yado in Tokei-ji. Nobujiro Nakamura tries to help the women with various ideas to start a new life. He develops feelings for one of those women. Jogo (Erika Toda) runs to the Tokei-ji because she is sick and tired of her husband. Her husband doesn't take responsibility for his family and does whatever he wants. A concubine, Ogin (Hikari Mitsushima), for a wholesale dealer runs to the Tokei-ji.

Yo Oizumi
You Oizumi (大泉 洋, Ōizumi Yō, born April 3, 1973) is a TV personality and a stage actor based in Hokkaidō. He was born in Ebetsu and has been living in Sapporo since 1984.
He first made a name for himself in a Hokkaidō-based TV variety series called “Suiyō Dōdeshō” (How do you like Wednesday?) and has been actively appearing on various media programs in Hokkaidō since then. He is also a member of a 5-piece drama group called TEAM-NACS formed when they were at Hokkai Gakuen university. TEAM-NACS had run their first national tour with thieir 11th original play called “COMPOSER” during spring and summer in 2005, and are now preparing for the 12th one called "HORNOR" performances in Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo; opening at The Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo on March 9, 2007 and closing at Dorshin Hall at Sapporo on May 13, 2007. In 2007, he provided the voice of Professor Hershel Layton in the puzzle video game Professor Layton and the Curious Village as well as its sequels and movie.
Along with increasing popularity of “Suiyo Doudeshow” ("How do you like Wednesday?") and TEAM-NACS not only within Hokkaidō but throughout Japan over the past years, he has been expanding his works in various fields by appearing on nationwide TV dramas and films, doing character voices on animated films and releasing CDs as a singer. In addition to voices, he is also an accomplished writer and painter. He calls his fans "Koneko chan tachi", which means "kittens" in Japanese, although he does not like cats.

Erika Toda (戸田 恵梨香, Toda Erika, born August 17, 1988) is a Japanese actress.

Hikari Mitsushima (満島ひかり, Mitsushima Hikari) (born 30 November 1985 in Okinawa, Japan) is a Japanese film actress and singer.
History
She began her music career in 1997 as a teenage idol singer in the J-pop groups Folder and Folder 5. Although she made her acting debut in 1997 with Rebirth of Mothra II, she did not start acting regularly until 2005. She appeared in manga-based thriller film Death Note (2006) and the well-received drama Love Exposure (2008), directed by Sion Sono. Her performance in the latter brought her critical attention and won her several awards. Since then she has had starring roles in Kakera: A Piece of Our Life (2009) and Sawako Decides (2010), written and directed by Yuya Ishii, whom she subsequently married in late 2010.

Thermae Romae (Japanese: テルマエ・ロマエ, Hepburn: Terumae Romae), styled as Thermæ Romæ, is a Japanese manga series by Mari Yamazaki. It won the third Manga Taishō and the Short Story Award at the 14th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize. The manga has been licensed in North America by Yen Press.Fuji TV produced a live-action film adaptation and released on April 28, 2012. A second film was released in 2014. An anime television adaptation by DLE Inc. aired in Japan on Fuji TV's Noitamina block in January 2012. Plot
The story follows a Roman architect named Lucius, who is having trouble coming up with ideas. One day, he discovers a hidden tunnel underneath a spa that leads him to a modern Japanese bath house. Inspired by the innovations found there, he creates his own spa, Roma Thermae, bringing in the modern ideas to his time.
Each subsequent chapter follows Lucius facing some sort of a problem, just to be swept to Japan once again. He visits modern bath houses, personal baths, waterparks, fertility festivals, and even zoos. There, he always happens to find the inspiration to solve the exact problem he has been tasked with.

The talented and irresistible Yo Oizumi plays the main character, Shinjiro. Erika Toda plays Jogo, the iron-maker who escapes from her violent husband, and Hikari Mitsushima is cast as O-Gin, the mistress of the wealthy merchant Horikiri. These two major actresses perform kakekomi women with a tangled and unexpected past. As the merchant Horikiri who carries a secret, Shinichi Tsutusmi brings plenty of sex-appeal. Genbei, the Divorce Arbitrator, is played by the great Kiki Kilin, an actress of renown. The cast further features an ensemble of colorful characters including Rina Uchiyama, Hana Hizuki, Midoriko Kimura, Katsumi Kiba, Misuzu Kanno and Shinji Takeda. Not to be overlooked is the charming performance of Tsutomu Yamazaki as Bakin, the famous writer of the Edo period. With divorce in the Edo period—which was double that of today— as a motif, a fertile human-interest entertainment takes shape through the beautifully shifting seasons. Story: Kazuki Kato (25) will take on a new starring movie role in the comedy "Kamisama Help!," directed by Shota Sasaki. This will effectively be his first film lead. He had originally starred in Eiji Uchida's "Dakara Oretachi wa, Asa wo Matteita" that was scheduled for release this past February, but the movie was canned after co-actor Manabu Oshio (32) was arrested for drugs last year. "Kamisama Help!" takes place at a closed school where a mass murder occurred 25 years earlier. Kato plays both a teacher and a "horror planner." Kazuki Kato (25) will take on a new starring movie role in the comedy "Kamisama Help!," directed by Shota Sasaki. This will effectively be his first film lead. He had originally starred in Eiji Uchida's "Dakara Oretachi wa, Asa wo Matteita" that was scheduled for release this past February, but the movie was canned after co-actor Manabu Oshio (32) was arrested for drugs last year.

The talented and irresistible Yo Oizumi plays the main character, Shinjiro. Erika Toda plays Jogo, the iron-maker who escapes from her violent husband, and Hikari Mitsushima is cast as O-Gin, the mistress of the wealthy merchant Horikiri. These two major actresses perform kakekomi women with a tangled and unexpected past.
As the merchant Horikiri who carries a secret, Shinichi Tsutusmi brings plenty of sex-appeal. Genbei, the Divorce Arbitrator, is played by the great Kiki Kilin, an actress of renown. The cast further features an ensemble of colorful characters including Rina Uchiyama, Hana Hizuki, Midoriko Kimura, Katsumi Kiba, Misuzu Kanno and Shinji Takeda.
Not to be overlooked is the charming performance of Tsutomu Yamazaki as Bakin, the famous writer of the Edo period.
With divorce in the Edo period—which was double that of today— as a motif, a fertile human-interest entertainment takes shape through the beautifully shifting seasons.
There are encounters and partings in life. We fall in love with another and, at times, fall out of love. Sometimes relationships workout, sometimes they don't. Still, life is wonderful. This is a film that gently and sincerely observes our humanity.

Plot:

A thrift ordinance has been announced by the government and the lives of common people get worse. During this time, many woman who want to divorce run to the Tokei-ji which is a Buddhist temple in Kamakura, Japan. The Tokei-ji helps women who are abused from their husbands and get divorced if they so desire.
Nobujiro Nakamura (Yo Oizumi) is a doctor and wants to be a literary writer. He is staying at the Goyo yado in Tokei-ji. Nobujiro Nakamura tries to help the women with various ideas to start a new life. He develops feelings for one of those women. Jogo (Erika Toda) runs to the Tokei-ji because she is sick and tired of her husband. Her husband doesn't take responsibility for his family and does whatever he wants. A concubine, Ogin (Hikari Mitsushima), for a wholesale dealer runs to the Tokei-ji.

"Tamang Jam sa Oizumi" is an event organized by Zim Phonos with the help of Boemia Club productions (Brazilian friends) to build music connections with Filipinos and Latino communities (Brazilian, Bolivian, and Peruvian). Thru the initiative of Boemia Club, the event was formulated.
Performances will be lead by Zim Phonos band and be followed by sets of instrumentalists, sessionists, acoustic sessions and guest singers (both Latino and Filipino). This is another campaign how strong OPM is and how awesome Filipino talents are. It's time for Pinoy to rule the stage and rock the nights out here in Oizumi (Japan)!

In the original manga, Hideo Suzuki (played by Yo Oizumi in the live-action film) is an aspiring manga creator who once struggled with discontent with his assistant artist job and his relationship with his girlfriend — until people started turning into undead "ZQN" creatures overnight. After he is attacked by his ZQN virus-infected girlfriend "Tekko," Hideo flees the overrun Tokyo metropolis with the shotgun he happens to own as a hobby. He travels with Hiromi (played by Kasumi Arimura), a high school girl whom he meets by chance, and they face the desperate situation with the help of a nurse named Yabu (played by Masami Nagasawa) at a shopping mall.
Hanazawa launched the manga in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine in 2009, and its compiled book volumes have over 4 million copies in print. Dark Horse Comics will release the manga in North America starting in April 2016. Yuuki Honda (Tokyo Yamimushi) launched an Osaka-based spinoff manga in June, and the manga will end on December 26.
