Hi, I am Hannah Cates and as I said in my clip I have an insatiable appetite for life! Its colours, flavours, people, culture, spirituality, learnings, joy, happiness, tradition, adventure, nature and I just want to share this with the world! I find beauty and joy in the smallest moments and things around me. A bird taking flight, a beautiful sky in the evening, a delicious piece of juicy fruit, a run in the rain feeling nature all over your body. I want to share this enthusiasm and joy for life and I feel like I am here to do that in video form. Since I was a child I loved being in front of the camera, recording home videos, acting, dancing, presenting and modelling. I also loved being on stage, it was like my life path had already been set out for me. I now work full time as a professional Presenter and model. Presenting is my love! I could have had a very nice life, not had to worry about working, nice holidays, a lovely home, many peoples dream. But I was not happy, I knew and had a burning desire to follow my souls calling. To travel to present, to share my love for the world! It is the thing that lights me up more than anything, it is what I know I am here to do. I left everything I knew, he thought my dream was crazy but I knew it was what I was meant for. I have given away and sold most of my belongings and booked a flight to India for the 16th February this year. I have all my jabs done already and I am open to the world and what it has in store for me! With a loose plan to travel around India then perhaps to Sri Lanka, Bali, and moving to back to Australia where I was born. I am off on a journey many dare not venture on. I am open, excited and the world is now my oyster. I felt ready this week I had so much sorted and then I open my laptop and there was your email, for the dates that I am away. I love to write and I am especially inspired when I travel. I would like to share a poem I wrote on a flight (I love flying, it excites me so much! New places, new people, new learning’s) this poem pretty much sums me up. "Travelling over snow covered mountains, to sun kissed seas. There is nowhere on earth my heart would rather be, The earth and its beauty it mesmerises me, The sound of the ocean, a warm summers breeze, the color of fruit picked straight from a tree, I am here to share the beauty we see, the things that energize me, Like waves in the ocean it travels through me, My passion for flavor, for life, for all that we can be, So stop for a moment, and pause you will see, how beautiful life is and can be."
