Hold On Tight may refer to:
Britney Jean is the eponymous eighth studio album by American singer Britney Spears. It was released on December 3, 2013, by RCA Records. The album is her first studio album since the dissolution of her long-time record label, JIVE Records, in 2011. Spears began recording Britney Jean in May 2013 and continued into October of that year. On numerous occasions, Spears has described the album as the most personal record from her catalog. Having assumed an integral position in its production, she co-wrote each track and collaborated with songwriters and producers including Sia Furler and will.i.am to achieve her desired sound. Furthermore, the record features guest vocals from Spears' sister Jamie Lynn, T.I., and will.i.am.
Upon its release, Britney Jean received mixed reviews from music critics, who praised the album for being the singer's most personal effort in years, but were ambivalent towards its dated production. The record debuted at number four on the U.S. Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 107,000 copies. In doing so, it became Spears' lowest charting album in the United States. The same happened in the United Kingdom, where it debuted at number 34; worldwide, Britney Jean performed moderately, only reaching the top 20 and top 30 in most countries.
"Hold On Tight" was the third single from British singer Samantha Fox's 1986 debut album Touch Me.
"Hold On Tight" is a classically-styled rock and roll song. The late 1980s saw a renewed interest in retro-1950s pop culture, in part spurred on by the film Back to the Future. "Hold On Tight's" electric guitar and backbeat serve to evoke a 1950s rock and roll sound.
The music video reflects the song's rockabilly sensibilities by showing Samantha Fox in a diner sporting a ponytail, midriff-baring shirt, denim hot pants, and cowgirl boots. Soon after putting her song on the diner's jukebox she headed outside, this time wearing a fringe trimmed red leather dress. As she sings "Hold On Tight" Fox danced with greasers and youths in letterman jackets and poodle skirts, typical of 1950s fashion.

Some walls are made of stone
sometimes we build our own
some walls stand for years
and some wash away with tears
Some walls are lined with gold where
some hearts stay safe and cold
some walls are made from doubt
holding in and keeping out
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
Some walls are built on pride
some keep the child inside
some walls are built in fear that
love let go will disappear
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
How will you ever know what might be found
until you let the walls come tumbling down
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
If there's any hope for love at all...
some walls must fall
