Shellharbour

Shellharbour is a quiet getaway location which is located south of Sydney in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. It has a very small population and has a much laid back community. The beautiful seaside town is continuing to evolve adding new shops and homes to their town.

Shellharbour is full of pristine beaches without the high-rise and crowds, great restaurants and buzzing cafes, with a whole range of attractions and plenty to do or space to do nothing at all. Some people would say Shellharbour is the perfect place to live or go for a holiday.

The town's most prominent attributes include is natural beauty, amazing views and an underwater cliff face that provides a home for sea creatures.

It is famous for Bass Point Reserve which contains one of the few littoral rainforest areas and Kellalea Beach or as the locals call it "The Farm" which was declared a National Surfing Reserve in 2009.
