Absolut Valentine
Glass: Margarita Glass
Ingredients
45ml Absolut
45ml strawberry puree
30ml cream
4 strawberries
4 bar spoons cream cheese
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Garnish: fresh strawberry, ginger biscuit rim, mint sprig
Method
Rim glass with powdered ginger biscuits (McVities/Parle)
Fill shaker with 1 scoop of crushed ice
Add all ingredients and blend till smooth
Pour into rimmed glass

Ultimate Extasy
Glass: Champagne flute
Ingredients
Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Rose
10 ml Monin peach
30ml cold cranberry juice
Garnish: mint sprig
Method
Pour cold cranberry juice into glass
Top with Jacob’s Creek sparkling rose
Drizzle in the Monin peach
Stir

Smoked Apricot Old Fashioned
Glass: Studio Rocks/Old fashioned
Ingredients
60ml Apricot infused and apple wood smoked Chivas/Ballantine’s**
1 teaspoon apricot jam
Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Smoked glass, apricot, cinnamon stick
Method:
Fill glass with smoke and cover with coaster
In a second glass, make the drink by filling glass with ice
Add the smoked and infused whisky
Splash in the bitters
In front of the guest remove the coaster and pour the drink into the smoke filled glass
Add apricot and cinnamon stick

Glass: Flute
Ingredients:
10 ml Monin peach
60ml cold cranberry juice
Top with cold ginger ale
Garnish: mint sprig
Method:
Pour cold cranberry juice into glass
Top with ginger ale
Drizzle in the Monin peach
Stir
