I found that Virgin America (VX) were offering the cheapest First Class tickets for the route and time so I thought I'd try them out.
The flight took less than 1.5hrs and was serviced by an Airbus A320. There are 4 First Class seats and I was sitting in seat 2K.

Welcome to this Virgin America Trip Report!
I decided to make another video really soon because of the mess up in July. Read the description of my GA Airbus A330 CGK-DPS flight for that story. Because Virgin is on of my favorite American airliner, I decided to fly with them back from SFO to IAD. FYI, I flew united airlines on the outbound IAD-SFO flight and that review should be coming soon.
Quick review of the flight:
The seat was okay and the legroom was pretty good if you don't stuff your seat pocket full. I really liked the mood lighting, which you don't see very much on Airbus A320.
The cabin crew were very nice and when I went to the back with the camera, one of the FA's asked what I was doing with a camera. so I explained everything. Then she asked how they rated and I said "one of the best"!
Overall this was a great flight with Virgin America and I would totally fly them again!

to New York LaGuardia Airport (KLGA/LGA).

Embark with me on an extraordinary journey from Dallas Love Field to New York - LaGuardia onboard a Virgin America Airbus A319. I'll show you most aspects of this fantastic airline! We began as we walked into the airport then proceeded to do the regular check-in and security, we then headed to the gate, boarded the aircraft, and pushed back as the amazing safety video of all time that I have witnessed played, the #VXSafetyDance which features the New Virgin America Safety Video! As we taxied we saw a glimpse of Downtown Dallas then left with some turbulences as we also passed by Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). I showed most of the inflight features and then the amazing and scenic arrival into New York LaGuardia Airport, which before we saw the 'Big Apple', Central Park, and several more things then arrived in the spectacular NYC! Enjoy!

Welcome to this Virgin America Trip Report! I decided to make another video really soon because of the mess up in July. Read the description of my GA Airbus A330 CGK-DPS flight for that story. Because Virgin is on of my favorite American airliner, I decided to fly with them back from SFO to IAD. FYI, I flew united airlines on the outbound IAD-SFO flight and that review should be coming soon. The flight took less than 1.5hrs and was serviced by an Airbus A320. There are 4 First Class seats and I was sitting in seat 2K.

Trip report on my first ever Virgin America flight! TRIP OVERVIEW Once I heard about the merger with Alaska, I knew I had to fly Virgin America at least once, and took the opportunity to do so by trying them out on the last day of their seasonal FLL-JFK flight! I flew Virgin America 500 up to JFK, and JetBlue 1201 on the way back (video trip report coming soon). I thoroughly enjoyed the Virgin America experience, and had a conversation with one of the cabin crew members. Once she realized that I was on that flight purely to fly on Virgin America, she and her colleagues made every opportunity to make my flight even more enjoyable- even giving me a few goodies to remember it by. Once I heard about the merger with Alaska, I knew I had to fly Virgin America at least once, and took the opportunity to do so by trying them out on the last day of their seasonal FLL-JFK flight! I flew Virgin America 500 up to JFK, and JetBlue 1201 on the way back (video trip report coming soon). I thoroughly enjoyed the Virgin America experience, and had a conversation with one of the cabin crew members. Once she realized that I was on that flight purely to fly on Virgin America, she and her colleagues made every opportunity to make my flight even more enjoyable- even giving me a few goodies to remember it by. The crew really made the difference on this flight, coupled with the awesome moodlighting and easy to use personal TVs. As a result, Virgin America, in this one flight alone, catapulted themselves to my number one favorite airline, tied with American.

Night departures always offer great views of cities light up as the night sky is in place. I then show you the IFE and food, as well as the famous Virgin America cabin which is amazing! Sadly, Virgin America was bought by Alaska Airlines and I hope they keep this great service with them. Upon landing we catched a glimpse of Downtown Dallas while on turn for final we then came over Bachman Lake and a touchdown at a rather empty Dallas Love Field.
