Finally! Here's the movie of the full concert at Victoria Hall, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, by Gert van Hoef on August 15, 2015 We know that a lot of you have been waiting anxiously for the release of these images, and now you can watch the whole concert. We had no pretensions to make a broadcast quality product, as the relatively short stay and the limited amount of luggage we could take with us inhibited us to have all of the equipment there to do a full professional recording of both video and audio. Lucky enough, Father Geurt and friend Mark Janssen took their consumer-cams with them, and we were promised a copy of the images recorded by Victoria Hall's own camera's. Unfortunately, because of a few technical problems it was not possible to supply us with the full-HD recordings of both the pedal board and the keyboards. So we had to make do with the material which was at hand, and we think that the end-result is very worthy of watching. If the image of the video is too grainy on your computer-monitor, please try downsizing it just a fraction to 720p or smaller. It was our simple thought (and wish) that the fans who could not be there to join us at the Victoria Hall, should be offered a chance to see and hear the concert afterwards on the Gert van Hoef website. Our obligation to share the enjoyment and fulfill the wish of many, outweighs our own criticism and reasons not to publish it. Hier is dan de film van het volledige concert in Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent, door Gert van Hoef on August 15, 2015 We weten dat velen van u hier nadrukkelijk naar hebben uitgekeken, en nu kunnen jullie de hele film van het concert bekijken. We hadden niet de pretentie om er een hoogdravende productie van te maken, want de relatief korte tijd ter plekke en de gelimiteerde hoeveelheid bagage die we mee konden nemen maakten het gewoon onmogelijk om alle benodigde apparatuur mee te nemen om een heuse CD / DVD productie te realiseren. Gelukkig hadden vader Geurt en Mark Janssen ook nog een consumenten camera bij zich. De beelden van de pedalen en de speeltafel zijn door Victoria Hall zelf gemaakt, maar door wat technische problemen ontvingen wij deze beelden helaas in een lagere resolutie op een DVD gebrand in plaats van het originele 1080p Full-HD materiaal op een memory-stick, zoals we gehoopt hadden. We moesten dus het beste maken van datgene wat ons ter hand gesteld werd. Ongeacht, het eindresultaat is zeer de moeite van het kijken waard. Als het beeld te korrelig lijkt op uw monitor, probeert u dan om het afspeelvenster te verkleinen naar 720p kleiner. Ons doel om diegene die er niet bij konden zijn in Hanley op deze manier toch te betrekken bij het concert, wegen zwaarder dan onze eigen kritiek en redenen om het niet te publiceren. Wij hopen dat u evenveel plezier beleeft aan het bekijken / beluisteren van dit concert als wij hebben gehad tijdens het maken van de film voor u.
