Niagara Falls are probably the most famous waterfalls in the world. Niagara Falls are actually three waterfalls which sit right on the border between the United States and Canada.The Falls drop on the highest spot from more than 50 meters and every minutes it conveys a little more than 110,000 Cubic meters of water on average.

The FUNnel Vision Fam is in Canada visiting for the first time and they are at NIAGARA FALLS! In this video they ride the Hornblower cruise ship (previously known as Maid of the Mist Cruises/Boat rides). We were told they woulnd't get wet on the boat ride byt man where they lied too! We got soaked by Niagara Falls Falling On Us! :) It was fun though. We also walk the rapids of Niagara too (White Water Walk). There is so much fun in this video, we hope you enjoy it all.

Here is our trip to Niagara falls before the falls! The FUNnel Vision fam touches Canadian soil for their first time together. We plan on doing the Hornblower/Maid of the Mist Falls Boat Ride, White Water Walk Rapids, Skylon Tower & Journey Behind the Falls but we arrive too late in this video those experience will be in Part 2 & 3! In this video we are mainly checking out the areas right around the hotel near Clifton Hills at the Falls. An area with a bunch of shops but we do have some fun near the falls for the fireworks show. Stay tuned because the trip gets better! Thumbs Up for this vlog!

NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK — New York State officials are considering turning off the American Falls, one of three waterfalls that make up the Niagara Falls, for several months in order to replace two old stone arch bridges, reported Buffalo news.
Dewatering the American Falls would require the construction of a cofferdam spanning from the Goat Island to the U.S. mainland in an effort to direct all the water to the Horseshoe Falls. According to the Buffalo News, approximately 85 percent of the Niagara River flows over the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side, while the rest moves over the American Falls.
A cofferdam is a temporary dam composed of dirt and rock. In 1969, engineers built a 600-foot cofferdam using almost 28,000 tons of rock and earth to dewater the American Falls, reported the Atlantic.
New York state officials are proposing to divert water from August to December for five months in the first year of a two-year construction scenario, or divert water for nine months, starting from April to December in a one-year accelerated construction plan.
The cofferdam installed in 1969 took three days of 11 hour shifts and 30 workers to complete. It was removed on November 25 in the same year, reported the Atlantic.

Niagara Falls (Cayuga: Gahnawehtaˀ or Tgahnawęhtaˀ ) is the collective name for the Horseshoe Falls and the adjacent American Falls along with the comparatively small Bridal Veil Falls. Located on the Niagara River which drains Lake Erie into Lake Ontario, the combined falls form the highest flow rate of any waterfall in the world, with a vertical drop of more than 165 feet (50 m). Horseshoe Falls is the most powerful waterfall (vertical height along with flow rate) in North America. Niagara Falls forms the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. state of New York, also forming the southern end of the Niagara Gorge. The falls are located 17 miles (27 km) north-northwest of Buffalo, New York and 75 miles (121 km) south-southeast of Toronto, between the twin cities of Niagara Falls, Ontario, and Niagara Falls, New York.
Niagara Falls are composed of two major sections, separated by Goat Island: the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side and the American Falls on the American side. The smaller Bridal Veil Falls are also located on the American side, separated from the main falls by Luna Island. The international boundary line was originally drawn through Horseshoe Falls in 1819, but the boundary has long been in dispute due to natural erosion and construction.

Nikola Tesla (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Тесла; 10 July 1856 – 7 January 1943) was a Serbian-American inventor, physicist, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and futurist. He was an important contributor to the use of commercial electricity, and is best known for developing the modern alternating current (AC) electrical supply system. His many revolutionary developments in the field of electromagnetism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries were based on the theories of electromagnetic technology discovered by Michael Faraday. Tesla's patents and theoretical work also formed the basis of wireless communication and the radio.
Born in the village of Smiljan (now part of Gospić, present day Croatia), Tesla was a subject of the Austrian Empire by birth and later became an American citizen. Because of his 1894 demonstration of short range wireless communication through radio and as the eventual victor in the "War of Currents", he was widely respected as one of the greatest electrical engineers who worked in America. He pioneered modern electrical engineering and many of his discoveries were of groundbreaking importance. In the United States during this time, Tesla's fame rivaled that of any other inventor or scientist in history or popular culture. Tesla demonstrated wireless energy transfer to power electronic devices in 1891, and aspired to intercontinental wireless transmission of industrial power in his unfinished Wardenclyffe Tower project.

NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK — New York State officials are considering turning off the American Falls, one of three waterfalls that make up the Niagara Falls, for several months in order to replace two old stone arch bridges, reported Buffalo news. Dewatering the American Falls would require the construction of a cofferdam spanning from the Goat Island to the U.S. mainland in an effort to direct all the water to the Horseshoe Falls. According to the Buffalo News, approximately 85 percent of the Niagara River flows over the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side, while the rest moves over the American Falls. A cofferdam is a temporary dam composed of dirt and rock. In 1969, engineers built a 600-foot cofferdam using almost 28,000 tons of rock and earth to dewater the American Falls, reported the Atlantic. New York state officials are proposing to divert water from August to December for five months in the first year of a two-year construction scenario, or divert water for nine months, starting from April to December in a one-year accelerated construction plan. The cofferdam installed in 1969 took three days of 11 hour shifts and 30 workers to complete. The FUNnel Vision Fam is in Canada visiting for the first time and they are at NIAGARA FALLS! In this video they ride the Hornblower cruise ship (previously known as Maid of the Mist Cruises/Boat rides). We were told they woulnd't get wet on the boat ride byt man where they lied too! We got soaked by Niagara Falls Falling On Us! :) It was fun though. We also walk the rapids of Niagara too (White Water Walk). There is so much fun in this video, we hope you enjoy it all.

Dewatering the American Falls would require the construction of a cofferdam spanning from the Goat Island to the U.S. mainland in an effort to direct all the water to the Horseshoe Falls. According to the Buffalo News, approximately 85 percent of the Niagara River flows over the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side, while the rest moves over the American Falls.
A cofferdam is a temporary dam composed of dirt and rock. In 1969, engineers built a 600-foot cofferdam using almost 28,000 tons of rock and earth to dewater the American Falls, reported the Atlantic.
New York state officials are proposing to divert water from August to December for five months in the first year of a two-year construction scenario, or divert water for nine months, starting from April to December in a one-year accelerated construction plan.
The cofferdam installed in 1969 took three days of 11 hour shifts and 30 workers to complete. It was removed on November 25 in the same year, reported the Atlantic.

We ate lunch 775 feet ABOVE the falls, the kids "king-konged" the observation deck and then we headed to "Niagara's Fury" where we Experience the formation of Niagara Falls. After that, we went on a Journey Behind the Falls. We traveled underground tunnels and got to learn some of the history of Niagara Falls. After that we head to the Hershey's store before we go on a road trip to visit the kids' grandparents. Stay tuned for those videos, the adventure doesn't stop with Canada! Thumbs up for vlogs!
