Gaming with a friend can be a wonderfully bonding experience. However there are some games that you need to avoid at all costs since they are known for tearing apart friendships like tissue paper. Here is our top 5 games that ends friendships! 5. Super Smash Bros. series Don’t let its family friendly look fool you. The Super Smash Bros. series are incredibly competitive fighting games known for destroying friendships. It's the facade of cute characters like Kirby and Pikachu that puts your guard down, when suddenly the competitive spirit kicks in and you start beating the crap out of your friends. Play this with a couple of buddies and you suddenly have the opportunity to all gang up on one player. It won’t take long before controllers start flying across the room. 4. Portal 2 The cooperative mode in Portal 2 is a wonderful thing challenging players to solve puzzles by working together. This requires timing, teamwork and good communication. Expect conversations like ‘I’ll shoot my portal here and then you shoot your portal there but only after the ball rolls through’. This can lead to moments of extreme frustration when the other player keeps failing to perform his task. Being patient is key to avoid upsetting your friend and having the whole thing turn into a nightmare. 3. Mortal Kombat series Fighting games can be considered friendship ending material in general since they are all about beating the crap out of each other. Mortal Kombat takes this to next level however. Not only is it possible to spam cheap attacks like Sub-Zero's freeze, Scorpion’s ‘Get over Here’ and Raiden's teleport.
