Inspire Tea Set
Mashed Purple Yam
Ingredients:
-5 Medium-sized Purple Yam
-200ml of
Milk
-100ml of
Whipping Cream
-2Tbsps of
Honey
* You can change the portion of milk, whipping cream and honey for your own preferences
Directions:
1.
Steam the purple yam for at least
20 minutes.
2.
Peel off the skin of the purple yam.
3.
Mash the purple yam with a potato masher. Add milk, whipping cream, honey and beat until the mashed purple yam are smooth.
Purple Yam Cupquake
Ingredients:
-Mashed Purple Yam
-Ice Cream
Cone
-Rainbow Sprinkle
-Whipping Cream
Directions:
1. Cut off the bottom half of an ice cream cone
2.
Scoop the mashed purple yam into the cone
3.
Decorate it with rainbow sprinkles and whipping cream.
4. Refrigerate it for a while if you want it to taste more like ice cream XD
Crispy Purple Yam
Balls
Indredients:
-Mashed Purple Yam
-1 Beaten Egg
-Crushed Buscuits
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to
200°
C.
2.
Grab a portion of mashed purple yam and roll it into a ball.
3. Dip the ball into a bowl of beaten egg.
4.
Cover the ball with crushed buscuits
5.
Bake the purple yam balls for about 10 minutes.
Purple Yam
Fries
Ingredients:
-Purple Yam
-Salt
-Pepper
-Olive Oil
-Rosemary [Optional]
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Peel off the skin of the purple yam.
3. Cut the purple yam into wedges.
4.
Season the purple yam wedges with salt, pepper and rosemary. Drizzle them with olive oil.
5. Bake the fries with for around 20 minutes.
Purple Yam Latte
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
-100g of Mashed Purple Yam
-250ml of Milk
-1Tbsp of Honey
Directions:
1. Use a blender to blend the mashed purple yam, milk and honey.
2.
Sieve the mixture and serve.
