It seems to be one of those times where all the bikes that came rushing in over the last quarter of 2015 have now left the shop on their way to new owners, near and far ... The clutch hubs only held four springs in the pressure plates ... The 450s use the same clutch adjuster as the 250-305s, which is out of production now and prone to wear if not kept lubed and adjusted regularly ... With a four hundred pound motorcycle, plus rider and even more horsepower than the 450 twins, you would think that a similar clutch to the 450s would have been assigned the task of containing the extra loads. But NO, not really....

Finding good useable parts for fifty-year old Honda motorcycles (and even the 1970-90s) continues to be more and more challenging as the years move on ... Recently, notes were sent to Motion-Pro about their “universal” clutch cable for CB350-450 Honda twins, which turned out to be for CL350-450s, which are a few inches longer due to the handlebar height ... Gold starts for that response ... I am not aware of improvements to those kits, as yet ... ....
