Scintillation effects are caused by anomalous refraction caused by fluctuations in air density. Therefore, it is impossible to capture two identical images. However, it is always possible for us to save the unique moment in our own memories through a simple glimpse. Scintillation is also the result of diversion of light’s path due to atmospheric turbulence, one second they are fading away then another shining bright. It looks just like inviting a person to dance, one second he/she is standing aimlessly then another rocking on the dance floor. If we let opportunity slip through our fingers, we would miss a splendid scintillation at the drop of a pen. Don’t wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect.
