Leon Williams (American football)

Leon Williams is a former American football linebacker. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.

Williams also played for the New York Sentinels and Dallas Cowboys.

College career

Professional career

Cleveland Browns

Williams was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round (110th overall) in the 2006 NFL Draft. In his rookie season he played in 16 regular season games and recorded 37 tackles. He made his NFL debut at the Cincinnati Bengals on 17 September. His 17 tackles versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on 24 December were a career-high. In his second season with the Browns, he again played in 16 games and this time recorded 90 tackles.

Leon Jay Williams (Chinese: 立威廉; pinyin: Li Wei Lian, born 30 July 1976) is Eurasian Singaporean singer and actor who frequently lives and works in Taiwan and mainland China. In addition to Mandarin Chinese, he speaks English; he sometimes displays this ability in his work on television shows. He was a former model.

Williams is of mixed English, German, Japanese and Chinese descent - his paternal grandfather is English, his paternal grandmother is of mixed German and Japanese ancestry. His mother is a Chinese Singaporean.

He is known for starring in several Taiwanese dramas, including Green Forest, My Home and Heaven's Wedding Gown. He has also made a cameo appearance in Smiling Pasta. His most recent drama appearance is in "Zhang Xiao Wu's Spring". Williams was also a former Mister Singapore and Mister International Man.

Leon Williams (boxer)

Leon Williams (born 6 November 1983 in London) is a cruiserweight British boxer. He competed in the Prizefighter series in April 2010 losing in his first bout to eventual winner Jon-Lewis Dickinson.

Williams won the Southern Area title in October 2010 with a points win over JJ Ojuederie. This was followed, however, by a second round knockout by Richard Turba.

Williams became British cruiserweight champion following his controversial defeat of Robert Norton on 21 October 2011. Most observers had Norton comfortably winning the fight. Williams lost the British title in January 2012 when he was stopped in the final round by Shane McPhilbin. This time, Williams was well ahead on the cards and had dropped McPhilbin earlier in the fight, but a late barrage by McPhilbin saw the fight stopped.

Williams fought Tony Conquest in July 2012 in an attempt to regain his Southern Area title. Conquest stopped Williams in the first round.

Leon Williams (basketball, born 1992)

Leon Anthony Williams (born March 19, 1992) is a Dutch basketball player for SPM Shoeters Den Bosch. He is a current member of the Dutch national basketball team.

Professional career

Williams started his career in Bergen op Zoom, with WCAA Giants. The season after that, he played for Rotterdam Basketbal College. In 2012, he signed with Landstede Basketbal from Zwolle. In 2013, he received the DBL Most Improved Player award. He was an DBL All-Star starter in the 2013–14 season. He also received the MVP U23 Award after the regular season.

In the 2015 offseason, Williams signed a 3-year deal with SPM Shoeters Den Bosch.

In 2013, Williams was selected for the Dutch national basketball team by head coach Toon van Helfteren. He played as back-up point guard at the FIBA EuroBasket 2015 qualification. He averaged 5.0 points in 2 games.
