Wall of 133 (+7) Soft Drink Cans
"can collection" "soft drink collection" "soda collection" The music is Blue Train by John Coltrane. Cans in the can collection originate in Australia, America, England, Japan, China, Vietnam and possibly other places as well. And no, I didn't realize the 133 + 7 joke until after I filmed. Highlights of the can collection thus far: -Seriously, what the hell would a chrysanthemum drink taste like? -Root beer, sarsaparilla and cherry/Dr. Pepper flavours, which are not in themselves interesting but my new favourite flavours -The fact that there are 2-3 distinct designs for every flavour of fanta -Shake shake fanta, which is a drink popular with japanese businessmen - you shake it ten times before opening, and it comes out as a kind of jelly goop. Interesting concept! -The fanta bottle, which you can see all the way over on the right. It's just fanta in a tiny metal bottle, but it's so cute! -The different designs as well as small versions of coke and diet coke, as well as various other sugar free/cherry variants of cans, which helps add a lot of quantity -The Wicked energy drink can, which has a totally badass oriental dragon on it: www.wickedenergy.com.au -The Sparletta can, which is so far the only bright mint coloured can I've seen. -The A&W root bear can that's printed on to look like a foaming barrel. Neat!
