My first ever official student film done in the semester of Fall 2014. The original idea for this film came from a speech paper in 2013 and now has been converted into a complete semester of work including a 60 second short film. This film was inspired by true events, in the case of a family friend of mine passing away in mid 2013, his death had such an impact on my life as well as others. In Fall of 2013, I was required to write a free topic speech paper, I immediately knew I wanted to write about my late, great friend. Fast forward a year later I was required to come up with a concept for my student film, and for me there is no better genre of film than reality. I spent an entire 16 weeks putting together this short film inspired from my speech paper, I hope it will have as much of an...

This is a short film i made for a class assignment for the Media Arts 101 class at Los Angeles Valley College. I wrote the concept, directed, wrote the music, shot the footage, and did all of the editing. (yes this music is inspired by that of the movie Napoleon Dynamite). I hope you enjoy it, i very much enjoyed making it. :) Oh and it was just a class project so if you dont get the message of it, its because i didn't focus much on the story but on the shots and editing. Its just a silly little video. :) Im no professional.
Mira
Mira esa cara,
Mira esos ojos que no dicen nada
Mira esas manos
Ya cansadas de tanto trabajo
Mira, mira esa boca
Entierra besos, besos y alegrias
Mira, mira su corazón,
Ya se ha parado, jamás pedirá perdón.
