While not the home for me, I can see how easy it would be for a family to live and have fun in this home. I really like that it 140sq m for a family of four, so fabulous that it is not a mega house. I love the timber on the outside and the views are pretty damn good.

Well as I said before we polished our floors while renovating and I can honestly say it was not perfect like a new build but still wouldn't have it any other way. I just love the soft satin feel of the concrete. I will never go back to tiles again. If you love the polished concrete as much as I do I would advise you to go ahead and do it. All the best!

Everybody needs a nook where they can sit back and relax at the end of the day. I am in the home improvement industry and I always find a way to create a personal space outside for my clients. As much as possible, it should close to nature. A pair of chairs on a patch of grass with potted flowers around would usually suffice. We just add some touches according to the homeowner's taste.
