The funeral procession passed through Olney, Md., on the afternoon of December 15, 2015. He was 24 years old and a graduate of the nearby high school, Sherwood.

My name is Jared Parr. On the evening of January 15th, I was on my way home from work when I noticed a cop pulling people over for making a right turn when it's not allowed (4-6pm M-F). I've uploaded a previous video where I had a conversation with one officer that was stationed to do the same thing. I was also arrested a few months ago on bogus charges because I was warning drivers of this trap. I go around the block and park about 100 feet ahead of where the cop had someone pulled over. I turned off the car and observed, without recording. After the cop finished with the original stop, they turned and saw another car violating the sign. They turn again, pulling the second car over. This time, however, it's right in front/diagonal of my car, blocking me in. I start the recording after a second officer pulls up (directly on the side of my car) and suspect that he'll make contact with me. After being pulled from the car and sitting for almost an hour, they finally decide to charge me with "Obstructing".If you want to call and ask why their officers are so uninformed about simple law and procedure, the info is: Woman cop is J. Dyer, male cop is Johnson; I don't know the first initial. I've been told they don't use badge numbers but I've never actually noticed whether that's true. They work out of the 4th District for the Montgomery County PD in MD. The main number for the Office of the Chief is 240-773-5030. Chief of police is J. Manger.

Montgomery County (MD) police officers rescue an unconscious man from a burning vehicle on Interstate 495.
Montgomery County Police Officers Cody Fields and Brian Nesbitt have been awarded the Montgomery County Police Department – Medal of Valor, the highest award given by the Department, for their heroism and bravery while rescuing an unconscious individual from a burning vehicle. The rescue was captured on Officer Field’s in-car camera and the video is being released to the public for the first time.
Tomorrow, March 11, 2016, the officers are being recognized for their life-saving efforts at the 42nd Annual Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce – Public Safety Awards and are receiving the Gold Award.
On September 1, 2015, at approximately 12:19 a.m., officers were dispatched to a collision on the outerloop of Interstate 495 between Georgia Avenue and Connecticut Avenue. As officers were responding, the 9-1-1 dispatcher informed officers that witnesses were reporting that the vehicle was smoking and that the driver was still inside.
Officer Cody Fields arrived at the scene of the collision within three minutes and observed the vehicle on the left shoulder of Interstate 495; the driver’s side of the vehicle was against the Jersey wall. The engine compartment was on fire and the car was quickly filling with smoke. Officer Fields rushed to the passenger side of the vehicle and observed that the driver was still in the driver’s seat of the vehicle and was unconscious.
Checking the passenger side door and window and determining they were locked, Officer Fields used his ASP baton to break the front, passenger window; the area outside of the vehicle filled with a great deal of smoke. Officer Fields was then able to reach in the car and unlock the door. Officer Brian Nesbitt, who had just arrived, rushed to assist Officer Fields.
Officer Fields reached in from the front, passenger side of the vehicle while Officer Nesbitt entered the rear, passenger side of the car. Working together, both officers were able to remove the operator from the vehicle. The fire began to spread from the engine to the passenger compartment.
Immediately, Officers Fields and Nesbitt began medically accessing the unconscious driver. Fire & Rescue personnel arrived and continued care. The 34-year-old driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The two officers were checked by medical personnel at the scene.
Fire & Rescue personnel who responded to the collision commented that if not for the quick and heroic actions of Officer Fields and Officer Nesbitt, the driver would have succumbed to either smoke inhalation or the flames from the fire.
Chief Tom Manger says of the officers’ actions, “Officers Cory Fields and Brian Nesbitt placed their own lives in danger and exhibited uncommon bravery and dedication when they rescued Mr. Isreal, who was unconscious, from his burning vehicle.”
Officer Cody Fields has been a Montgomery County police officer for approximately three years, and Officer Brian Nesbitt has been a Montgomery County police officer for approximately 12 years. Both officers patrol the 3rd District.

Maryland (

This is the released video from the dash camera in the cruiser. It turns out the man is really Lenny Robinson. He visits hospitalized children in the Washington, D.C. area dressed as Batman to cheer them up. Robinson had the Batman plates specially made, and his real plates were in the trunk. My name is Jared Parr. On the evening of January 15th, I was on my way home from work when I noticed a cop pulling people over for making a right turn when it's not allowed (4-6pm M-F). I was also arrested a few months ago on bogus charges because I was warning drivers of this trap. I go around the block and park about 100 feet ahead of where the cop had someone pulled over. I turned off the car and observed, without recording. After the cop finished with the original stop, they turned and saw another car violating the sign. They turn again, pulling the second car over. This time, however, it's right in front/diagonal of my car, blocking me in. I start the recording after a second officer pulls up (directly on the side of my car) and suspect that he'll make contact with me. After being pulled from the car and sitting for almost an hour, they finally decide to charge me with "Obstructing".If you want to call and ask why their officers are so uninformed about simple law and procedure, the info is: Woman cop is J. Dyer, male cop is Johnson; I don't know the first initial. I've been told they don't use badge numbers but I've never actually noticed whether that's true. My name is Jared Parr. On the evening of January 15th, I was on my way home from work when I noticed a cop pulling people over for making a right turn when it's not allowed (4-6pm M-F). I've uploaded a previous video where I had a conversation with one officer that was stationed to do the same thing. I was also arrested a few months ago on bogus charges because I was warning drivers of this trap. I go around the block and park about 100 feet ahead of where the cop had someone pulled over. I turned off the car and observed, without recording. After the cop finished with the original stop, they turned and saw another car violating the sign. They turn again, pulling the second car over. This time, however, it's right in front/diagonal of my car, blocking me in. I start the recording after a second officer pulls up (directly on the side of my car) and suspect that he'll make contact with me. After being pulled from the car and sitting for almost an hour, they finally decide to charge me with "Obstructing".If you want to call and ask why their officers are so uninformed about simple law and procedure, the info is: Woman cop is J. Dyer, male cop is Johnson; I don't know the first initial. I've been told they don't use badge numbers but I've never actually noticed whether that's true. Montgomery County Police Officers Cody Fields and Brian Nesbitt have been awarded the Montgomery County Police Department – Medal of Valor, the highest award given by the Department, for their heroism and bravery while rescuing an unconscious individual from a burning vehicle. The rescue was captured on Officer Field’s in-car camera and the video is being released to the public for the first time.
Tomorrow, March 11, 2016, the officers are being recognized for their life-saving efforts at the 42nd Annual Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce – Public Safety Awards and are receiving the Gold Award.
On September 1, 2015, at approximately 12:19 a.m., officers were dispatched to a collision on the outerloop of Interstate 495 between Georgia Avenue and Connecticut Avenue. As officers were responding, the 9-1-1 dispatcher informed officers that witnesses were reporting that the vehicle was smoking and that the driver was still inside.
Officer Cody Fields arrived at the scene of the collision within three minutes and observed the vehicle on the left shoulder of Interstate 495; the driver’s side of the vehicle was against the Jersey wall. The engine compartment was on fire and the car was quickly filling with smoke. Officer Fields rushed to the passenger side of the vehicle and observed that the driver was still in the driver’s seat of the vehicle and was unconscious.
Checking the passenger side door and window and determining they were locked, Officer Fields used his ASP baton to break the front, passenger window; the area outside of the vehicle filled with a great deal of smoke. Officer Fields was then able to reach in the car and unlock the door. Officer Brian Nesbitt, who had just arrived, rushed to assist Officer Fields.
Officer Fields reached in from the front, passenger side of the vehicle while Officer Nesbitt entered the rear, passenger side of the car. Working together, both officers were able to remove the operator from the vehicle. The fire began to spread from the engine to the passenger compartment.
Immediately, Officers Fields and Nesbitt began medically accessing the unconscious driver. Fire & Rescue personnel arrived and continued care. The 34-year-old driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The two officers were checked by medical personnel at the scene.
Fire & Rescue personnel who responded to the collision commented that if not for the quick and heroic actions of Officer Fields and Officer Nesbitt, the driver would have succumbed to either smoke inhalation or the flames from the fire.
Chief Tom Manger says of the officers’ actions, “Officers Cory Fields and Brian Nesbitt placed their own lives in danger and exhibited uncommon bravery and dedication when they rescued Mr. Isreal, who was unconscious, from his burning vehicle.”
Officer Cody Fields has been a Montgomery County police officer for approximately three years, and Officer Brian Nesbitt has been a Montgomery County police officer for approximately 12 years. Both officers patrol the 3rd District.

The canal is easily one of our favorite places here. When you're on the towpath, you feel like you're in the middle of wilderness - far away from one of the country's biggest metropolitan areas. It's an amazing recreation area with a fascinating history.
The C&O; canal starts in Georgetown. When construction kicked-off in 1828, the original plan was to build a smooth ribbon of flat water all the way to Pittsburgh - 460 miles away. Ultimately - unforgiving terrain, engineering challenges, floods and the rise of the railroad reduced it to 184 miles ending in Cumberland, Maryland.
The canal was left to neglect in the 1920s and was constantly threatened by road projects and development. It took the hard work of many preservationists and a supreme court justice to help the public appreciate just how special this place is.
Now, as a national park, the canal is perfect for a run, family walk, fishing, bike rides and more. There's a lot to see at Great Falls in Potomac - the Great Falls Tavern, a working barge, and the actual Great Falls on the Potomac River. From here you can also access one of our area's very best hikes - the Billy Goat Trail.
There's other access points to the canal all along the Clara Barton Parkway, Macarthur Blvd and River Road. The scenery and vistas change throughout the canal in Montgomery County, so you're always rewarded by checking out different locks. It's a pretty awesome place that's worth visiting as often as you can.

Maryland is often called "America in Miniature" because it has a little bit of everything - from mountains and forests to beaches and sand dunes. Maryland, nicknamed "The Old Line State," joined the Union on April 28th, 1788, as our 7th state. Everyone spoke English and generally very friendly.
Its important to have photo ID for flights, hotels, and if police ask.
Its common for taxi drivers in Manila to try rip you off. Ask them nicely to put the meter on, or negotiate the price from the start if you know what it costs to your location. Otherwise find another taxi!
Shopping mall culture, locals love the mall for the aircon and to get out of the heat.
Locals often inflate prices for foreigners and tourists. Haggle and negotiate nicely. Be tough, but be respectful and polite about it. Shop around, you can often get a better price.
"Tip" can also mean bribe, so don't be afraid to ask what you're paying for upfront. Locals often do things to try help you, but then expect a tip.
The average basic worker earns PHP 300 a day. So tipping PHP 20 - 50 is fine.

This video was recorded on March 2, 2016 around 4pm on 370 in Maryland. This Montgomery County Police Officer was already speeding and passes the car I am in. They were driving over 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone which is considered reckless driving. They did not have their lights on and were not in pursuit. -
Montgomery County Police Speeding 05-11-2015
This video was recorded on May 11, 2015 on 270 N in Maryland. If you look at the bottom left corner of the video you can see the current speed as the Police officer passes. The posted speed limit is 55 mph. Yes, he quickly passes the car I'm traveling in at around 65mph at the start of this video. He never pulls over; and eventually passes the car he was following. It is hard to see in the video the car move out of the officer’s way. Notice the Police officer never has his emergency lights on which means this is reckless driving at its best by the same person that is supposed to enforce the law. Sorry for the music but I do not want to deal with copy rights. -

Many Mara Salvatrucha gang members from the Los Angeles area have been deported after being arrested.[8] As a result of these deportations, members of MS have recruited more members in their home countries. The Los Angeles Times contends that deportation policies have contributed to the size and influence of the gang both in the United States and in Central America.[8] According to the 2009 National Gang Threat Assessment, "The gang is estimated to have 30,000 to 50,000 members and associate members worldwide, 8,000 to 10,000 of whom reside in the United States."[9]
In recent years the gang has expanded into the Washington, D.C. area, in particular the areas of Langley Park and Takoma Park near the Washington border have become centers of MS gang activity.[10]

In August 2011, six San Francisco MS-13 members were convicted of racketeering and conspiracy, including three murders, in what at the time was the city's largest-scope gang trial in many years. Another 18 defendants reported to have ties to the gang plead guilty before trial.[36]
In 2011, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in New Haven, CT was vandalized on multiple occasions with the "MS-13 tag" and "kill whites" in orange spray paint.
