Moments in Northern Italy: Bologna, Verona, Lake Garda (Part 1)
Traveling around
Northern Italy was therapeutic in a way. The scenery was just so beautiful and architecture was simply amazing.
Italians are known to be people who knows how to enjoy life and I had my take of it too! A journey of exploring, experiencing and reflecting as I stepped into different towns.
Flight from
Frankfurt to
Bologna didn't take too long and before I know it, I was in the charming town of Bologna. I took a bigger step to look for
Romeo (and Juliet) in
Verona and then to

Travel guide video to
Regensburg Germany.
If you are planing a trip to
Germany - maybe you want to visit the
Oktoberfest (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZzJ1hG3voc ) - you must see one of the oldest medieval cities,
Regensburg.
As there is a very large amount of sights in the city and it's impossible to visit all of them within a day, I will only suggest the most important ones here. The advantage of the small size of Regensburg is that many of the sights are located in the central area and you will be able to cover quite a bit just by walking around. :) Regensburg is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in
Europe, there is quite a huge amount of old buildings and monuments that you must not miss.
The Dome St. Peter and the
Stone bridge are the landmarks of Regensburg. My favor

World's Greatest Attractions series by GeoBeats.
Hi, I am
Naomi and I am very excited to show you the world's greatest attractions.
In fair
Verona is the supposed site of the world's most famous love story.
Despite the debate on its veracity, people flock to Juliet's House.
There are certainly similarities such as the family's name and the famous balcony.
Visitors can see Juliet's statue and presumably gain good luck by rubbing her right breast.
There is also a wall where modern lovers have left notes and messages.
Whether you're a
Shakespeare enthusiast or a hopeless romantic, Juliet's House ignites the imagination.
Thank you for watching our travel video series. See you next time.

Travel Diary: Italy Part 4 (Verona, Venice, Rome) July 6-11, 2014
Hey Hello!
So this is the last part of my
Italy trip I took at the end of June to the beginning of July!
Crazy right, meaning crazy it took me this long to finally edit everything!
Okay cut me some slack editing lonnnggg vlogs and taking out huge chunks of me spinning in circles is dreadful work! I get dizzy editing my own vlogs and not to mention how cringe worthy my face is!
Anyway... Verona was my favorite city out of all the cities we visited in Italy. I don't know
... just something about the place is amazing. It feels really welcoming and... clean yeah.
Venice was also amajjing!! I don't think there's another city like it anywhere else in the world. I loved the island
Burano (the place with colorful buildings).
Finally the second to last day we went back to
Rome and managed to squis...

Travel guide video: 10 things you need do in Tuscany, Italy
when I first saw the "Under the tucsan Sun trailer" I knew that I need to discover
Toscana or
Tuscany as the
Italian folk says (
Travel Channel Tuscany)
... today after visiting
Rome,
Bologna,
Genova,
Sardinia,
Florence,
Verona,
Venezia,
Firenze,
Pisa,
Siena,
Livorno,
Padova,
Viareggio,
Lucca,
Volterra, Chianti Barberino val de
Elsa and
San Gimignano ...so I decided to create this travel guide video for you!
And I'm pretty excited to guide you through one of the most beautiful countries of
Europe. In this video I introduce you Tuscany in Italy-The
Charmed Land and the
Dolce Vita Under the Tuscan Sun.
To sum up here are 10 things you should do in Tuscany:
1: sleep in a typical
Tuscan Villa or
Middle age like castle in Tuscany like "Villa Pitiana"
2: visit traditional italian cities like "Barberino val de Elsa" and enjoy the dolce vita
3: enjoy the view: like me in San Gimignano,
Italy's Towering
Hill Town
4: breath in the culture, make a guided tour in Florence (Firenze) and explore the
Galleria dell Academia, make a walk on
Piazza della Signoria and
Palazzo Vecchio, check out the
Cathedral of
Santa Maria del Fiore with the
Baptistery, or discover the view from thr
Campanile -
Bell Tower. There are so many tourist attractions in Florence
...you won't believe your eyes when crossing the
Ponte Vecchio bridge. Oh and make sure to visit
Boboli Garden and
Pitti Palace formal seat of the
Medici family. I fall in love with it as you can see in my video
5-6:
Taste Tuscany: discover the Tuscan kitchen and delicious italian gastronomy. Tuscany
Food and Wine Tours are famous...you should try tuscan receipts and attend a vine testing on the Tuscan hills
..
7: Italy is the home of fast sport cars, like
Maranello :
Ferrari. My boyfriend chose to make a
Lamborghini gallardo e-gear test.
8:
Visit Pisa and take a photo holding the
Pisa tower (
Torre di Pisa)
9: Beach is waiting! If you are in Italy make sure to take some days to relax on the beach. We spent some time in Viareggio
10: realize that you need to come back to learn more about the
100 faces of Italy

Travel guide to Regensburg, Germany
My favorite views during our
Walk through
Regensburg, Germany:
Must-see Nr.1:
St. Peter's Church (Dom St. Peter)
The landmark of Regensburg, the
Dome St. Peter with impressive colourful stained glass windows from the
13th and
14th century, is the main and the greatest
Gothic cathedral in
Bavaria. Although the building works started as early as 1260, it was only finished in the
19th century.
Must-see Nr.2:
Stone Bridge (
Steinerne Brücke)
the Stone Bridge still is one of the most important bridges of the
Middle Ages.
Built between 1135 and 1146, it was the only fortified crossing of the
Danube for a long period that was used by rich trading merchants. From here, you have quite a great view of the city.
In case you want to see more details about the city
... here are my favourite Germany travel guide vieos:
-
Visit Regensburg Cathedral in Germany: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xgu4e5_visit-regensburg-cathedral-in-germany_travel

Despite the debate on its veracity, people flock to Juliet's House.
There are certainly similarities such as the family's name and the famous balcony.

There is also a wall where modern lovers have left notes and messages.

Finally the second to last day we went back to
Rome and managed to squish in the
Capuchin Crypts (not shown on video). Truthfully the place was a little bit creepy as I can still remember the skeletons hanging from the wall and the quote, "What you are now we used to be; what we are now you will be".
Yeah, definitely a memorable experience.
Despite the vivd image it gives me, the crypt was also amajjing. The way the artist rearranged the bones was crazy! There has to be thousands of bones and each one completed the entire picture and message. So definitely if you are in Rome, try to visit it.
And that's it!!! I forgot all the dates and everything sooo yeah the captions don't have dates haha!
peace out,
∞irene
