In the early 90´s Anders Trentemøller went to Copenhagen with the intention to found a rock band. However in 1997 he joined forces with Tom Von Rosen better known as DJ T.O.M. to form Denmark’s first Live-House-Act named Trigbag. In 2000 they dissolved the group and Anders took a 2-year break from the music business, returning in 2003 with his self titled debut EP Trentemøller on Naked Music, which was an international success and the single ‘Le Champagne’ was listed as one of the 10 best tracks of the year by Groove magazine Steve Bug liked the track so much that much he signed Anders to his newly founded label Audiomatique Recordings and released his Physical Fraction EP. Since 2005 Anders has been signed with Bug´s Poker Flat label, where the highly acclaimed album The Last Resort was released.
