George Coe (May 10, 1929 – July 18, 2015) was an American film, stage and television actor.
Coe was born George Julian Cohen in Jamaica, Queens, New York. His Broadway theater career began in 1957 and included turns as "M. Lindsey Woolsey" opposite Angela Lansbury in the original production of Mame; as "Owen O'Malley" in On The Twentieth Century, and creating the role of David in the original Broadway production of Company.
Coe was an original member of the "Not Ready For Prime Time Players", the original cast of Saturday Night Live, but he was only credited as a cast member for the first show, October 11, 1975. Coe was used in several other episodes of SNL, but was never again credited.
In 1979 he appeared as the head of Dustin Hoffman's character's advertising firm in the Academy Award-winning Kramer vs. Kramer. Coe was nominated for an Academy Award for the 1968 short film The Dove, a parody of Ingmar Bergman's films, which he also co-directed. Coe also played the role of Brigadier General Scott Watson in the 1986 movie Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins. He guest-starred on a 1991 episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He also portrayed Ben Cheviot, the eventual head of Network 23, on the series Max Headroom. His various television appearances include Murder, She Wrote, Bones, Judging Amy, The King of Queens, Nip/Tuck, Grey's Anatomy, Columbo, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Gilmore Girls, The Golden Girls, Wilfred, and as Senator Howard Stackhouse in two episodes of The West Wing.

"Just what are insurance companies adding to health care?" George Coe asks. They take 30 cents off the top of every premium dollar and what do we get? Mountains of paperwork, lavish ad campaigns for inadequate insurance plans, and outrageous salaries for their top executives. On top of that they defer, delay, and deny the health care we need. California OneCare would take back our health care by removing the wasteful private insurance companies from the system altogether.

Getting along through disagreement is never easy. Preserving the freedom to think and learn and grow comes with a cost. But what if the disagreement itself is valuable for us? What if the cost of freedom isn’t what we expect? And how can we all become the kinds of citizens who know how to disagree without it destroying us? Robert George and Cornel West are coming together as friends who disagree for a conversation on this important topic moderated by Rick Warren. George, West, and Warren are internationally recognized leaders from three very different communities who don’t see eye to eye on everything, but have the same fundamental concern for truth and justice. A young and pretty waitress learns to know a famous, but alcohol-addicted actor at a Hollywood party, who falls in love with right away with the pretty girl. He recognizes her great talent and promotes her. She quickly rises to stardom in Hollywood, while the alcohol completely destroys him. This pretty trivial story was filmed in Hollywood several times. Among others with Barbara Streisand (1976) and Judy Garland (1954). This version, however, is the most successful ever.

Among others with Barbara Streisand (1976) and Judy Garland (1954). This version, however, is the most successful ever.

It gets worse. The Symbol emblazoned on the roof of the Hollyrood Parliament building is the Four Blades of the Windmill AKA the swastika icon for THE WORLDS BIGGEST SECRET SOCIETY the masonic brotherhood GLOBALLY until Hitler Rothschild despoiled it in the lead up to the KINGS SPEECH by the worlds leading mas...
