Stevland Hardaway Morris (born Stevland Hardaway Judkins; May 13, 1950), known by his stage name Stevie Wonder, is an American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist. A child prodigy, he became one of the most creative and loved musical performers of the late 20th century. Wonder signed with Motown's Tamla label at the age of 11 and has continued to perform and record for Motown as of the early 2010s. He has been blind since shortly after birth.
Among Wonder's works are singles such as "Superstition", "Sir Duke", "You Are the Sunshine of My Life" and "I Just Called to Say I Love You"; and albums such as Talking Book, Innervisions and Songs in the Key of Life. He has recorded more than 30 U.S. top ten hits and received 25 Grammy Awards, the most ever awarded to a male solo artist, and has sold over 100 million records worldwide, making him one of the top 60 best-selling music artists. Wonder is also noted for his work as an activist for political causes, including his 1980 campaign to make Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday a holiday in the United States. In 2009, Wonder was named a United Nations Messenger of Peace. In 2013, Billboard magazine released a list of the Billboard Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists to celebrate the US singles chart's 55th anniversary, with Wonder at number six.
Bernard Jeffrey "Bernie" McCullough (October 5, 1957 – August 9, 2008) better known by his stage name Bernie Mac, was an American stand-up comedian, actor and voice artist. Born and raised on Chicago's south side, Mac gained popularity as a stand-up comedian. He joined comedians Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer, and D. L. Hughley in The Original Kings of Comedy.
After briefly hosting the HBO show Midnight Mac, Mac appeared in several films in smaller roles. His most noted film role was as Frank Catton in the remake Ocean's Eleven and the titular character of Mr. 3000. He was the star of The Bernie Mac Show, which ran from 2001 through 2006, earning him two Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Mac's other films included starring roles in Booty Call, Friday, The Players Club, In Living Color, Head of State, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, Bad Santa, Guess Who, Pride, Soul Men, Transformers and Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
Mac suffered from sarcoidosis. His death on August 9, 2008 was caused by complications from pneumonia.
William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr. (born July 12, 1937) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and author. Cosby's start in stand-up comedy began at the hungry i in San Francisco, and was followed by his landing a starring role in the 1960s television show I Spy. During the show's first two seasons, he was also a regular on the children's television series The Electric Company.
Using the Fat Albert character developed during his stand-up routines, Cosby created, produced, and hosted the animated comedy television series Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, a show that ran from 1972 to 1985, centering on a group of young friends growing up in an urban area. Throughout the 1970s, Cosby starred in a number of films, occasionally returning to film later in his career. After attending Temple University in the 1960s, he received his bachelor's degree there in 1971. In 1973 he received a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and in 1976 he earned his Doctor of Education degree, also from UMass. His dissertation discussed the use of Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids as a teaching tool in elementary schools.
Conan Christopher O'Brien (born April 18, 1963) is an American television host, comedian, writer, producer, musician, and voice actor. He is best known for hosting several late-night talk shows; since 2010 he has hosted Conan on the cable channel TBS. O'Brien was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, and was raised in an Irish Catholic family. He served as president of The Harvard Lampoon while attending Harvard University, and was a writer for the sketch comedy series Not Necessarily the News.
After writing for several comedy shows in Los Angeles, he joined the writing staff of Saturday Night Live. O'Brien was a writer and producer for The Simpsons for two seasons until he was commissioned by NBC to take over David Letterman's position as host of Late Night in 1993. A virtual unknown to the public, O'Brien's initial time on Late Night tenure received unfavorable reviews and remained on a multiweek renewal cycle during its early years. The show generally improved over time and was highly regarded by the time of his departure in 2009. Afterwards, O'Brien relocated from New York to Los Angeles to host his own incarnation of The Tonight Show for seven months until network politics prompted a host change in 2010.

Deon Cole, who is known for his roles on Black-ish, Angie Tribecca, and more, spoke to VladTV about getting into comedy and the turning point of learning that he wanted to go into the writing side of the industry. The Chicago native started out speaking about his upbringing, as he moved from the South Side of Chicago to the suburbs, which he said was worse. Deon explained that he got into a lot more fights after he moved, because he encountered racism, even from other Black kids. During the conversation Deon also revealed it was a $50 bet from a friend that got him into comedy, which led to him being on Def Comedy Jam. While he got recognition from Bernie Mac, which Deon said helped kick-start his career, Deon said he wasn't prepared for the 25 minute sets he had to perform while on tour...
Deon Cole got the opportunity to write for TV host, Conan O'Brien and Katt Williams during the peak of his career. When discussing Katt, Cole said the comedian tested his skills by inviting him to join his writing team. Deon said Katt would continually tell him he wasn't funny, but would insist on him staying on and continue writing. Although his jokes never made the cut, Cole says it was because Williams was organically funny. "He never used nothing that I wrote, but he always just wanted to see what I wrote." He explained, "Certain comics don't really actually need a writer per se, They just need somebody around them that will make them think differently about certain things." Aside from talking about Williams' legal drama outside of standup, he also talked about a conversation he had w...
Being a comedian from Chicago, Deon Cole was fortunate enough to have met and even performed on the same stage as Bernie Mac. Prior to his success, Cole says he saw Bernie 3 moths before his death at a local barbershop where the late comic often got his shoes shined. Cole admitted he gained respect from Bernie for following up his standup set, and the two often exchanged jokes whenever they ran into each other. Cole recalled their last conversation being a comical argument about Bernie's tough love and decision to not give any handouts. "Bernie wouldn't give you nothing because nobody gave Bernie nothing. He had [a] tough love like that." Another comic great that Cole says he interacted with and nearly broke his heart when he revealed his retirement from standup was Damon Wayans. During a...

Someone´s watching me from somewhere
when everything is breaking down
Bare me to your temple mother
let me die another day
I will deny eternity as I´m watching me
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
I´m going down
One step further led me nowhere
I was stuck inside this haunted house
Why was I shown all this glory
Heaven help me come around
I will deny eternity as I´m watching me
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
I´m going down
I will deny eternity, I will deny eternity
as I´m watching me
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
On my way down
