This is the video of Arthur's Seat Point, Mahabaleshwar - Top Indian Hill Station Video, Authur's Seat is 1470 meters high. Authur's point got its name after Arthur Mallet as he was the first man to come here and build a home. The desolate deep valley Savitri on the left side and the not so deep green valley on the right side is a captivating sight. The Arthur's seat is the only point from where one can see clearly the geographical differentiation of Kokan and Deccan. Just below the point is the window point. The arrangement of rocks on the southern side is compared with the world notable stratification of rocks of the Grand Canyon of Colorado in the USA.
Named after Arthur Malet, the British actor, Arthur's seat was a discovery of British actor Arthur Mallet who had built a house for himself in Mahabaleshwar at the point. Views of Savitri River, Jor Valley and other adjoining valleys are truly exhilarating when seen from the top. To the left of the valley stand the panoramic views of Savitri river and its tributaries whereas to the left are the dense jungles of the Jor Valley. Just adjacent to these seat glimpses of Raigarh, Torna, Kangari, Mangalgadh and Chandragarh are hogged. Up at the Arthur's Seat a cement seat is constructed to aid the sight seeing for the tourists. The stratification of rocks arranged at the southern side of Arthur's Seat Point is compared to that of the Grand Canyon in Colorado. As said and experienced by many anything tossed from the point doesn't fall directly rather it floats in the air. The wind returns everything here. And yes, few mt before you to Arthur's Seat Point, on the way fall Tiger Spring waterfall famous its perennial source of water. As said by the localites, Tiger Spring is bubbling spot of wildlife after sunset.
Best time to visit Mahabaleshwar : Summers are misty and the point is not at its best during the season. October to November is the most perfect month to visit Arthur's Seat Point.
India is the perfect tourist destination when it comes to visiting one of its many picturesque hill stations. Top Indian hill station are located in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh in the Himalayas & other famouse indian hill station are located in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Kerala. which shows that India having many hill stations and offers some of the most spectacular landscapes in the world. if we talk about the hill station of Mahabaleshwar than we found it is one of top hill station of maharashtra.

Arthur Malet (born 24 September 1927) is an English actor.
Arthur Malet was born in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, England in 1927. He emigrated to the United States in the 1950s, starting out onstage and winning two Drama Desk Awards in 1957. He came to some prominence in the 1960s, starring in films playing characters much older than his real age, such as Mr. Dawes, Jr. in Mary Poppins.
He played undertaker Ted Ulam in Norman Jewison's 1967 film In the Heat of the Night, and Joe Fenwick in a 1972 episode of Columbo, "Dagger of the Mind". He went on to play a village elder in Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein in 1974, the graveyard keeper in John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978 and Tootles in Hook in 1991. His appearances on television include The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, "The McGregor Affair" (original air date November 23, 1964), and Bewitched, "The Trial and Error of Aunt Clara" (original air date February 2, 1967).

To the left of the valley stand the panoramic views of Savitri river and its tributaries whereas to the left are the dense jungles of the Jor Valley. Just adjacent to these seat glimpses of Raigarh, Torna, Kangari, Mangalgadh and Chandragarh are hogged. Up at the Arthur's Seat a cement seat is constructed to aid the sight seeing for the tourists. The stratification of rocks arranged at the southern side of Arthur's Seat Point is compared to that of the Grand Canyon in Colorado. As said and experienced by many anything tossed from the point doesn't fall directly rather it floats in the air. The wind returns everything here. Mrs. Brisby, a widowed mouse, lives in a cinder block with her children on the Fitzgibbon farm. She is preparing to move her family out of the field they live in as plowing time approaches, however her son Timothy has fallen ill, and moving him could prove fatal. It's over an hour long in length because I go really ind depth on why I love the film so much. What works and what doesn't as well as explain and educate you all on the film's troubled backstory. Upon visiting the rats, Brisby meets Nicodemus, the wise and mystical leader of the rats, and Justin, a friendly rat who immediately becomes attached to Mrs. Brisby. While there, she learns that her late husband, Mr. Jonathon Brisby, along with the rats, was a part of a series of experiments at a place known only as N.I.M.H. (revealed earlier in the story as the National Institute of Mental Health). The experiments performed on the mice and rats there boosted their intelligence, allowing them to read without being taught and to understand things such as complex mechanics and electricity. Only the Volvo column is still at zero kills, an in-joke referring to the Volvo's legendary safety and indestructibility.
Robin Williams states that dying his hair orange, and the costume he wore, made him feel like The Sixth Doctor in Doctor Who (1963).

Here is my feature length movie review & retrospective on one of my all time favorite films, Hook(1991). Why is it so long? It's over an hour long in length because I go really ind depth on why I love the film so much. What works and what doesn't as well as explain and educate you all on the film's troubled backstory. How it was in production with a different director and studio years before it's 1991 release date. How it started out as an idea for a musical show starring the king of pop himself, Michael Jackson. So it's safe to say the film has a really fascinating backstory behind it's conception. A interesting enough one for a full length documentary of it's own. If the review is too long for ya in one sitting, then feel free to stop at a time you feel is right, and watch the rest of it later. I had enough of my subscribers that wanted to see this in it's entirety so I kindly obliged.
The film stars Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, Julia Roberts, Bob Hoskins, Maggie Smith, Caroline Goodall, Charlie Korsmo, Amber Scott, Laurel Cronin, Arthur Malet, Dante Basco, and Rashaun Hammond.
Directed by Steven Spielberg.
Music used for the intro video is two tracks from the film's original motion picture score, You Are the Pan and Remembering Childhood by John Williams. Footage and music are used for non profit use only. No copyright infringement is intended.

When the Bannings fly to England, the pilot's voice is that of Dustin Hoffman (Captain Hook) - "This is your captain speaking..."
The kissing couple who begin to float when some fairy dust lands on them are actually George Lucas and Carrie Fisher in a cameo.
Bob Hoskins bought beer for 300+ extras after a lengthy and complicated scene was cut.
While Peter is on his cellphone, the children are running around him. Jack stands in front of a light which makes his shadow grow large against the wall. The shadow is right next to Peter while he is on the phone. This is a reference to Peter Pan and his shadow.
Dustin Hoffman's three children make appearances in the movie. His youngest son, Max Hoffman plays 5 year-old Peter Pan. His daughter, Rebecca Hoffman plays Jane in the play at the beginning of the movie, and his oldest son, Jake Hoffman plays a little league player in Jack's baseball game.
In 1985, composer John Williams and lyricist Leslie Bricusse worked on "Hook", being a stage musical, but the project was scrapped after about ten songs were written. Only one song from the play, "When You're Alone," made it to the film. However, many of the play' themes can be heard in Williams' incidental music for the film.
There were frequent good-natured "battle of wits" exchanges between Williams and Hoffman. In one incident, Hoffman was not happy with his performance and asked for the scene to be re-shot. Williams quipped "Try acting": a reference to the Hoffman / Laurence Olivier exchange on the set of Marathon Man (1976).
Because Tinkerbell was often in the air, Julia Roberts had an assistant whose sole responsibility was cleaning her feet.
Carrie Fisher was Steven Spielberg's original prototype for Tinkerbell.
The word bangarang is actually Jamaican slang and is defined as a hubbub, uproar, disorder, or disturbance
Captain Hook's actual hook was largely designed by Steven Spielberg, production designer Norman Garwood and Amblin's prop master Mark Wade. Burbank blacksmith Tony Swatton was then charged with physically crafting several versions. Some of them though were made of rubber for Dustin Hoffman's fight scenes.
The teddy bear from Captain Hook's cabin was accidentally given to Julia Roberts by Steven Spielberg when she checked in to hospital for nervous exhaustion. Spielberg realized his mistake the night before he was due to shoot a scene in Hook's cabin, and the prop department had to rustle up a look-alike in a matter of hours.
Steven Spielberg admitted to being disappointed with final result of the movie. He had such a hard time working with the rebellious crew of young actors that he later said, only somewhat kiddingly, that the experience made him wonder if he wanted to have any more kids. He also felt guilty that he wasn't able to find an economical method to filming the many complex human-flight sequences in the film.
Both Dustin Hoffman and Robin Williams's stunt doubles were named Keith. When Steven Spielberg called for Keith to come to the set, both Keith's showed up. Eventually, Hoffman's stunt double changed his name from Keith to Keifo.
Originally slated to be the premier movie for Sony Dynamic Digital Sound (SDDS) in theatres, but development was delayed. SDDS premiered with The Last Action Hero instead.
The shot in which the Captain's hook is fitted to his arm for the first time had to be done in one take as the flicker effect was achieved using rare, single use flash bulbs.

Leslie Zevo is the son of an eccentric toy maker.
While Leslie was closest to his father and works
as a toymaker himself, his Military General Uncle,
Leland Zevo, inherits the toy making factory and
begins making war toys. Leslie, however, does not
see eye to eye with his Uncle, as his father had
a policy against making War toys. When the General
begins making live weaponry behind Leslie's back,
and recruiting children to pilot his army, Leslie,
his friends, and his family band together to put
an end to the General's tyranny.

World music star Papa Wemba dies after collapsing on stage

Papa Wemba, a musician known around the world as the king of Congolese rumba, has died following a collapse on stage during a concert, officials said. He was 66. Culture Minister Baudouin Banza Mukalay confirmed the musician’s death on Sunday, calling it a “great loss for the country and all of Africa.” ...
