Jorge Marrale (born June 30, 1947) is a well-known Argentine actor.
Marrale was born in Buenos Aires' industrial Barracas section to a Spanish mother and an Italian father (from the Calabria Region), in 1947. His paternal grandfather had been an actor in Italy, and instilled an interest in the art on the young Jorge, as did a performance by Italian silver screen legend Vittorio Gassman.
He had enrolled in the Dramatic Arts Conservatory by 1970 and, shortly afterwards, was accepted into the National Comedy at the prestigious Cervantes Theatre. His first role in the theatre was in Tadeusz Różewicz' White Wedding, and he soon received roles in local productions of Fyodor Dostoyevsky's White Nights and William Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, among others.
Marrale was first cast in the cinema by director Alejandro Doria for Aída Bortnik's Contragolpe (Retribution), in 1979. He later took part in a public television production of Romeo and Juliet and in a Channel 9 production of Les Miserables (both in 1981). Alejandro Doria brought Marrale back for his 1984 drama, Darse cuenta (Realization) and he was given the lead male role by Beda Docampo Feijóo for her moody, 1988 Los amores de Kafka (Loves of Kafka). Docampo Feijóo also cast Marrale in her 1992 adaptation of Dostoyevsky's The Eternal Husband. Marrale also played the role of a shepherd in Spanish film director Carlos Saura's TV film El Sur, which is based on the short story El Sur by Argentine author Jose Luis Borges.
Benjamín Vicuña Luco (born November 29, 1978 in Santiago) is a Chilean television actor. He studied theatre at the University of Chile. He is a descendant of Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna, a Chilean historian and politician of Basque and Irish descent.
Vicuña has been in a relationship with Argentine model Carolina Ardohain, better known as Pampita, since the early 2000s. They have two children together, Blanca and Bautista.
Alfredo Casero (born 1963 in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province) is an Argentine musician, actor and comedian.
Casero began studying acting with Norman Briski in 1987. Soon after he started working in the underground humour scene of Buenos Aires. In 1992 he created, along with other humorists, the delirious comic show De la cabeza ("Out of our minds"), which later continued as Cha Cha Cha in 1995. In parallel with the TV show he started working in his musical project, and also in a radio show.
The cancellation of Cha Cha Cha in 1997 marks the end of an era of famous characters, such as Manhattan Ruiz, Minister of Postal Economy. Delicatessen, Todo x 2 pesos and Peter Capusotto y sus videos were shows that took much of the former Cha Cha Cha and De la Cabeza, including many actors.
He became better known outside of his country in 2002 when he recorded a Japanese song, Shima Uta, entirely in Japanese. It was the first single from his album, Casaerius. The song became a huge hit in Argentina, where it was chosen as the anthem for the national football team to represent the country at the 2002 FIFA World Cup, in South Korea and Japan.
María Celeste Cid (born 19 January 1984) is an Argentine actress. She is perhaps best known for her roles in television series Chiquititas, Verano del '98 and Resistiré.
Hey there, Georgy girl
Swingin' down the street so fancy free
Nobody you meet could ever see
The loneliness there
Inside you
Hey there, Georgy girl
Why do all the boys just pass you by?
Could it be you just don't try
Or is it the clothes you wear?
You're always window-shopping
But never stopping to buy
So, shed those dowdy feathers and fly
A little bit
Hey there, Georgy girl
There's another Georgy deep inside
Bring out all the love you hide
And, oh, what a change there'd be
The world would see
A new Georgy girl
Don't be so scared of changing
And rearranging yourself
It's time for jumping down from the shelf
A little bit
Hey there, Georgy girl
There's another Georgy deep inside
Bring out all the love you hide
And, oh, what a change there'd be
The world would see
She moved south as a child
She moved it from the Jersey Shore
Said she remembers the ocean
But she don't recall much more
She lived a contagious youth
Still she swears she has no past
She said she don't take love
'Cause that high it never lasts
Welcome to her world
Welcome to the world
Of my Georgia Girl
She offers up fellowship
To those that come from broken homes
Yeah she laughs in the crowds
While her heart is all alone
Hey there, Georgy girl
Swingin' down the street so fancy-free
Nobody you meet could ever see
The loneliness there
Inside you
Hey there, Georgy girl
Why do all the boys just pass you by?
Could it be you just don't try
Or is it the clothes you wear?
You're always window-shopping
But never stopping to buy
So, shed those dowdy feathers and fly
A little bit
Hey there, Georgy girl
There's another Georgy deep inside
Bring out all the love you hide
And, oh, what a change there'd be
The world would see
A new Georgy girl
INSTRUMENTAL BRIDGE
Hey there, Georgy girl
Dreamin' of the someone you could be
Life is a reality
You can't always run away
Don't be so scared of changing
And rearranging yourself
It's time for jumping down from the shelf
A little bit
Hey there, Georgy girl
There's another Georgy deep inside
Bring out all the love you hide
And, oh, what a change there'd be
The world would see
A new Georgy girl
(Hey there, Georgy girl)
Wake up, Georgy girl
(Hey there, Georgy girl)
Come on, Georgy girl
(Hey there, Georgy girl)
Wake up, Georgy girl
