Muktar Said Ibrahim
Muktar Said Ibrahim (born January 24, 1978), also known as Muktar Mohammed Said, has been found guilty of involvement in the attempted July 21 attacks on London's public transport system. He attempted to detonate a device on a London bus and was arrested sharing an apartment with the also guilty Ramzi Mohammed on 29 July 2005. During the arrest, which culminated in Ramzi and Ibrahim standing near-naked on their balcony to avoid tear gas that police had used , Ramzi is reported to have repeatedly shouted "I have rights, I have rights!" to the media covering the event.

Whabi Mohammad
Whabi Mohammad, 22 at the time, is reported to be the "fifth bomber" wanted in connection with the 21 July 2005 London bombings, and to have been arrested on or before 28 July 2005. Yasin Hassan Omar (sometimes spelt Yassin) (born January 1, 1983) was convicted for his role in the attempted 21st July attacks on London's public transport system. He was found guilty of attempting to detonate a device on the London Underground Victoria Line tube train between Warren Street and Oxford Circus tube stations. In August 2005 police gave his age as 24.

The explosions occurred around midday at Shepherd's Bush, Warren Street and Oval stations on London Underground, and on a bus in Shoreditch. A fifth bomber dumped his device without attempting to set it off. Connecting lines and stations were closed and evacuated. Metropolitan Police later said the intention was to cause large-scale loss of life, but only the detonators of the bombs exploded, probably causing the popping sounds reported by witnesses, and only one minor injury was reported. The suspects fled the scenes after their bombs failed to explode. On 22 Friday July, CCTV images of four suspects wanted in connection with the bombings were released. Two of the men shown in these images were identified by police on Monday 25 July as Muktar Said Ibrahim and Yasin Hassan Omar. A manhunt, described by the Metropolitan police commissioner Sir Ian Blair as 'the largest ever investigation that the Met has ever mounted' was started. By 29 July, police had arrested all four of the main bombing suspects from 21 July attempted bombings. Yasin Hassan Omar was arrested by police on 27 July, in Birmingham. No Charges for Osama Bin Laden
I caught this on C-Span around 1:00am, on 2/12/08. The US Defense Department has charged six detainees being held at Guantanamo Bay detention center with murder and war crimes in connection with the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States. The accused are Khalid Sheik Mohammed, Waleed bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi and Mohammed al Kahtani. Each of the defendants is charged with conspiracy, murder in violation of the law of war, attacking civilians, attacking civilian objects and terrorism, among other charges. The military is recommending that the six men be tried together before a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and is seeking the death penalty for all six defendants. "The charges allege that Khalid Sheik Mohammed was the mastermind of the 9-11 attacks by proposing the operational concept to Osama bin Laden as early as 1996, obtaining approval and funding from Osama bin Laden for the attacks, overseeing the entire operation and training the hijackers in all aspects of the operation in Afghanistan and Pakistan," he said. And yet, no charges for Osama Bin Laden??

Ramzi is currently serving 40 years for conspiracy to murder on the Oval tube station train. He was arrested sharing an apartment with Muktar Said Ibrahim on 29 July 2005, amid allegations that he was the so-called 'bus bomber'. During the arrest, which reportedly culminated in Ramzi and Ibrahim standing near-naked on their balcony to avoid tear gas that police had used, Ramzi is reported to have repeatedly shouted "I have rights, I have rights!" to the media covering the event.
Later, it was discovered that Ramzi had tried to have the local imam at Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre in North Kensington removed over religious disagreements. Together with his brother Whabi Mohammad, Ramzi used to set up a table with Islamic literature at local football games.
His brother Whabi Mohammad was also arrested in a separate raid outside Notting Hill
In February 2007 he stood trial along with 5 others for his part in the bombings. On the 24th of January, the court released dramatic video of Ramzi Mohammed attempting to detonate his device. After failing, the carriage quickly emptied, apart from one man who stayed behind to reason with him, an off-duty fireman named Angus Campbell.
On 9 July 2007 Ramzi Mohammed was found guilty at Woolwich Crown Court of conspiracy to murder.
