Brennan, 33 North Campers Point Road, Readfield Maine 04355, 207-332-6598 and Tavis Rock Hasenfus, Esq., LEVEY & WAGLEY, P.A., PO BOX 7, 161 MAIN STREET, WINTHROP, ME 04364, 207-377-6967, t.hasenfus@leveyandwagley.com for the purpose of covering up a conspiracy between Maine state court "judges" and Gregory Roy, 389 Costello Road, Gardiner, Maine 04345, 207-215-8548, with support by Gregory Roy's attorney Matthew Morgan at McKee Billings, 133 State Street, Augusta Maine 04330, 207-622-8294, mmorgan@mckeebillings.com or mrogers@mckeebillings.com to forcefully, illegally and criminally evict GinA (fka Gina Turcotte)from 32 Court Street Augusta Maine on September 26, 2014 for the purpose of destroying the 6 UNIT LOW INCOME ROOMING HOUSE APARTMENT BUILDING owned by Gregory Roy (for which Gregory Roy received $140,000.00 on October 29, 2014 in taxpayer money by City of Augusta Maine on behalf of the Maine Governmental Facilities Authority and the Maine Judicial Branch) to build a courthouse parking lot to accommodate "more court business" at 1 (32) Court Street Augusta Maine at the Capital Judicial Center (Kennebec County Superior Court, Augusta District Court) which "opened for business" on March 2, 2015 after putting GinA onto the street on September 26, 2014. GinA was homeless until November 11, 2014 when GinA and her elderly domestic partner, surrogate father and platonic housemate, Wayne Richard Leach, bought 2528 West River Road Sidney from David Brennan for an undetermined price with certain legal contractual terms binding upon David Brennan. GinA engaged in all purchase negotiations with David Brennan and Wayne Leach from November 11, 2014 throughout and spoke directly with David Brennan on countless occasions which were all recorded on audio, video, photo or text. GinA, Wayne Leach and David Brennan signed a purchase agreement on December 2, 2015 with the full understanding GinA was Wayne's domestic partner and would inherit the house as Wayne's heir notwithstanding GinA's name not being identified on the contract between David Brennan and Wayne Leach. David Brennan was told by both GinA and Wayne Leach in writing and verbally that GinA was and would always be an integral factor in Wayne purchasing the property at 2528 West River Road Sidney Maine at any time. After 60 days of being injured by life threatening conditions at 2528 West River Road Sidney Maine which David Brennan never disclosed, Wayne Leach suddenly becamse gravely ill on January 11, 2015. Wayne Leach suddenly and unexpectedly succumbed to an unexpected brain tumor (multi-form glioblastoma) on January 11, 2015 after enduring unbearable emotional and physical distress which was directly caused by the life threatening conditions at 2528 West River Road and which David Brennan negligently did not disclose to either GinA or Wayne for the purpose of selling the property as quickly as possible for as much cash as possible (without a bank inspection/mortgage) to the first naive desperate sucker ...
