Change Language Interface Office 2013 ( Do so in MS Office 2016 )
In order to change, switch the default Office language interface to different language : English, Chinese, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, English, French, German, Korean, Japanese......What languages you want to install and change
In Office 2016, Office 2013, and Office 2010, the language options are in the Set the Office Language Preferences dialog box. The display and help languages can be set independently. For example, you could have everything match the language of your operating system, or you could use a combination of languages for your operating system, editing, display, and Help.
The available languages depend on the language version of Office and any additional language pack, language interface pack, or ScreenTip languages that are installed on your computer. If the proofing tools, display, or Help language that you want is not available, you might need to obtain and install a language pack or language interface pack.
*This video is going to change the language interface in microsoft office standard 2013 ( it also for Office 2016 ) by installing the language packs download from the Microsoft Office Website
You can use the Office language options to add a language or to choose the language in which the Help and ScreenTips display.
In this case, I have available the language pack, such as Chinese Traditional language pack

Microsoft Office 2013
Microsoft Office 2013 (codenamed Office 15) is a version of Microsoft Office, a productivity suite for Microsoft Windows. It is the successor to Microsoft Office 2010 and the predecessor to Microsoft Office 2016. It includes extended file format support, user interface updates and support for touch among its new features. Office 2013 is suitable for IA-32 and x64 systems and requires Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 or a later version of either. A version of Office 2013 comes included on Windows RT devices. Mainstream support ends on April 10, 2018. Extended support ends on April 11, 2023.
Development on this version of Microsoft Office was started in 2010 and ended on October 11, 2012, when Microsoft Office 2013 was released to manufacturing. Microsoft released Office 2013 to general availability on January 29, 2013. This version includes new features such as integration support for online services (including OneDrive, Outlook.com, Skype, Yammer and Flickr), improved format support for Office Open XML (OOXML), OpenDocument (ODF) and Portable Document Format (PDF) and support for multi-touch interfaces.

In order to change, switch the default Office language interface to different language : English, Chinese, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, English, French, German, Korean, Japanese......What languages you want to install and change
In Office 2016, Office 2013, and Office 2010, the language options are in the Set the Office Language Preferences dialog box. The display and help languages can be set independently. For example, you could have everything match the language of your operating system, or you could use a combination of languages for your operating system, editing, display, and Help.
The available languages depend on the language version of Office and any additional language pack, language interface pack, or ScreenTip languages that are installed on your computer. If the proofing tools, display, or Help language that you want is not available, you might need to obtain and install a language pack or language interface pack.
*This video is going to change the language interface in microsoft office standard 2013 ( it also for Office 2016 ) by installing the language packs download from the Microsoft Office Website

Virtual facial avatars will play an increasingly important role in immersive communication, games and the metaverse, and it is therefore critical that they be inclusive. This requires accurate recovery of the albedo, regardless of age, sex, or ethnicity. While significant progress has been made on estimating 3D facial geometry, appearance estimation has received less attention. I'm trying to chart counties in Georgia. The problem is Map Charts can't tell if the county is Georgia or some other state. To fix this you need to use disambiguation. Also shown in this video is the ISText and the T function. I combined conditional formatting with the IsText function. I use paste special/multiple to change text to numbers. Virtual facial avatars will play an increasingly important role in immersive communication, games and the metaverse, and it is therefore critical that they be inclusive. This requires accurate recovery of the albedo, regardless of age, sex, or ethnicity. While significant progress has been made on estimating 3D facial geometry, appearance estimation has received less attention. The task is fundamentally ambiguous because the observed color is a function of albedo and lighting, both of which are unknown. We find that current methods are biased towards light skin tones due to (1) strongly biased priors that prefer lighter pigmentation and (2) algorithmic solutions that disregard the light/albedo ambiguity. To address this, we propose a new evaluation dataset (FAIR) and an algorithm (TRUST) to improve albedo estimation and, hence, fairness. Specifically, we create the first facial albedo evaluation benchmark where subjects are balanced in terms of skin color, and measure accuracy using the Individual Typology Angle (ITA) metric. We then address the light/albedo ambiguity by building on a key observation: the image of the full scene –as opposed to a cropped image of the face– contains important information about lighting that can be used for disambiguation. TRUST regresses facial albedo by conditioning on both the face region and a global illumination signal obtained from the scene image. Our experimental results show significant improvement compared to state- of-the-art methods on albedo estimation, both in terms of accuracy and fairness. Tutorial description: This workshop provides an introduction to information extraction for social science–techniques for identifying specific words, phrases, or pieces of information contained within documents. It focuses on two common techniques, named entity recognition and dependency parses, and shows how they can provide useful descriptive data about the civil war in Syria. The workshop uses the Python library spaCy, but no previous experience is needed beyond familiarity with Python.

Learn how to use Microsoft Power Apps to build and use custom business apps that connect to your data and work across the web and mobile - in simple steps, without any complex coding. We'll create a simple app together so you can see the potential of one of Microsoft Power Platform tools.
The first Power App we create writes data to an Excel spreadsheet. The second app will be connected to SharePoint list.
I'll introduce you to the PowerApps interface. I'll show you how to write formulas in Power Apps and how to adjust formulas. You'll learn how to add a checkbox and write the result using the IF statement to the Excel worksheet. You'll also learn how to add drop-down lists in Power Apps.

Summary: I fulfilled a 3 year long dream to create a dartboard where you get a bullseye every time thanks to some engineering. Basically, you throw a dart and then a Vicon motion capture system tracks the dart in the air. We use those x,y,z positions in matlab to predict where the dart will land using some regression analysis. Once we know where it will land, we move the board to the right spot using 6 stepper motors that attach to the back of the board using fishing line. All of this happens in 400ms or so. Then we took it to a bar to see what people would think of it (SPOILER ALERT: they liked it)

Change Language Interface Office 2013 ( Do so in MS Office 2016 )
In order to change, switch the default Office language interface to different language : English, Chinese, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, English, French, German, Korean, Japanese......What languages you want to install and change
In Office 2016, Office 2013, and Office 2010, the language options are in the Set the Office Language Preferences dialog box. The display and help languages can be set independently. For example, you could have everything match the language of your operating system, or you could use a combination of languages for your operating system, editing, display, and Help.
The available languages depend on the language version of Office and any additional language pack, language interface pack, or ScreenTip languages that are installed on your computer. If the proofing tools, display, or Help language that you want is not available, you might need to obtain and install a language pack or language interface pack.
*This video is going to change the language interface in microsoft office standard 2013 ( it also for Office 2016 ) by installing the language packs download from the Microsoft Office Website
You can use the Office language options to add a language or to choose the language in which the Help and ScreenTips display.
In this case, I have available the language pack, such as Chinese Traditional language pack

Trong trường hợp này, mình đã download sẵn gói ngôn ngữ Tiếng Hoa phồn thể dựa theo hệ điều hành windows 64bit của mình và chương trình microsoft office 2013 64bit mình đã cài trước đó mà tiến hành thao tác cho mọi người xem.

Virtual facial avatars will play an increasingly important role in immersive communication, games and the metaverse, and it is therefore critical that they be inclusive. This requires accurate recovery of the albedo, regardless of age, sex, or ethnicity. While significant progress has been made on estimating 3D facial geometry, appearance estimation has received less attention. The task is fundamentally ambiguous because the observed color is a function of albedo and lighting, both of which are unknown. We find that current methods are biased towards light skin tones due to (1) strongly biased priors that prefer lighter pigmentation and (2) algorithmic solutions that disregard the light/albedo ambiguity. To address this, we propose a new evaluation dataset (FAIR) and an algorithm (TRUST) to improve albedo estimation and, hence, fairness. Specifically, we create the first facial albedo evaluation benchmark where subjects are balanced in terms of skin color, and measure accuracy using the Individual Typology Angle (ITA) metric. We then address the light/albedo ambiguity by building on a key observation: the image of the full scene –as opposed to a cropped image of the face– contains important information about lighting that can be used for disambiguation. TRUST regresses facial albedo by conditioning on both the face region and a global illumination signal obtained from the scene image. Our experimental results show significant improvement compared to state- of-the-art methods on albedo estimation, both in terms of accuracy and fairness. Summary: I fulfilled a 3 year long dream to create a dartboard where you get a bullseye every time thanks to some engineering. Basically, you throw a dart and then a Vicon motion capture system tracks the dart in the air. We use those x,y,z positions in matlab to predict where the dart will land using some regression analysis. Once we know where it will land, we move the board to the right spot using 6 stepper motors that attach to the back of the board using fishing line. All of this happens in 400ms or so. Then we took it to a bar to see what people would think of it (SPOILER ALERT: they liked it)

Sexual harassment is a type of harassment involving the use of explicit or implicit sexual overtones, including the unwelcome and inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors.[1] Sexual harassment includes a range of actions from verbal transgressions to sexual abuse or assault.[2] Harassment can occur in many different social settings such as the workplace, the home, school, churches, etc. Harassers or victims may be of any sex or gender.[3]
In most modern legal contexts, sexual harassment is illegal. Laws surrounding sexual harassment generally do not prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or minor isolated incidents—that is due to the fact that they do not impose a "general civility code."[4] In the workplace, harassment may be considered illegal when it is frequent or severe thereby creating a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim's demotion, firing or quitting). The legal and social understanding of sexual harassment, however, varies by culture.
Sexual harassment by an employer is a form of illegal employment discrimination. For many businesses or organizations, preventing sexual harassment and defending employees from sexual harassment charges have become key goals of legal decision-making.
