JAKARTA - Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok menggelar rapat penanganan pasca banjir dan antisipasi pencegahan banjir.
Ahok menggelar rapat dengan Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Mangara Pardede, Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi, serta satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) terkait.
Sebelum menggelar rapat tersebut Ahok sempat menyambangi beberapa pompa air, semisal di Jalan Gunung Sahari dan Pademangan.
Dia mempertanyakan penyebab tergenangnya di beberapa kawasan di Jakarta.
"Capek ini sudah puluhan tahun Jakarta banjir," ucap Ahok dengan nada tingginya saat rapat di lantai 3 ruang rapat Jakarta Smart City, Balai Kota, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (22/4/2016).
Dalam rapat itu, Ahok menyampaikan ada kesalahan setelah dirinya melakukan pengecekan di lapangan.
Ahok mengatakan air rob tidak mungkin masuk karena tanggul yang ada setinggi 2,8 meter.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Agus Suardika membenarkan kabar tersebut. Ia memastikan pihaknya telah menerima permohonan pengunduran diri Rustam dari kursi Jakarta Utara satu.
"Iya benar yang bersangkutan telah mengajukan surat pengunduran dirinya," kata Agus saat dihubungi di Jakarta, Senin (25/4/2016).
Agus enggan menjelaskan alasan Rustam mundur orang nomor satu di kota administratif Jakarta Utara.
"Tembusannya sudah diterima. Enggak disebut alasannya mundur," pungkas Agus.
Sebelumnya, Rustam dan Ahok terlibat cekcok lantaran mantan Bupati Belitung Timur itu menuding Rustam bermain politik dengan berafiliasi kepada bakal calon Gubernur DKI Jakarta Yusril Ihza Mahendra.

Gubernur DKI Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Ahok mengungkap adanya sebuah geng golf yang beranggotakan sejumlah pejabat eselon II di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta. Ternyata praktik geng golf ini sudah berlangsung sejak lama dan menjadi upaya lobi pejabat eselon II ke atasannya agar bisa naik pangkat.
Kebiasaan bermain golf merupakan cara pejabat untuk mendekatkan diri kepada atasan karena bisa berdampak pada kariernya. "Pejabat kalau enggak bisa main golf, enggak bisa naik pangkat," kata Ahok kepada wartawan di Balai Kota, jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Senin (25/4/2016).
Tak jarang si pejabat yang ingin naik pangkat menservis main golf hingga ke luar negeri. Apalagi kalau bukan untuk sarana lobi. "Dulu (bermain) golf bisa ke luar negeri," papar Ahok.
Beruntung saat ini jumlah eselon II di Pemprov DKI yang menjadi anggota geng golf tak lagi sebanyak dulu. Dalam catatan Ahok, eselon II yanag masih sering main golf adalah Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi.
Menurut Ahok, usai dilantik menjadi Wali Kota Jakarta Utara pada 2 Januari 2015 lalu, Rustam Effendi langsung berencana main golf. "Saya kan banyak intel, (mereka) sudah janjian mau main golf, termasuk salah satunya dia (Rustam). Terus dia mau main golf dan saya tahu ini ada geng main golf, di (Pemprov) DKI ini," ungkap Ahok.
Ahok mengaku sebenarnya tidak mempermasalahkan jika ada anak buahnya yang bermain golf. Bahkan suami Veronica Tan itu juga sudah memberikan tantangan kepada Rustam boleh punya hobi mahal asal sesuai dengan kinerjanya.
"Saya enggak masalah kamu mau main golf kek, mau mijit kek, mau ke mana. Itu hak Anda tapi kerjaann harus beres, saya enggak masalah, saya sudah buka tantangan. Terus (Rustam) dipanggil, 'eh lu mau main golf ya main, tapi kerjaan lu beres'," tuturnya.

Rapat soal penanganan pascabanjir berlangsung tegang. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) marah-marah. Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi dituding Ahok menjadi orang yang sekubu dengan bakal calon gubernur DKI Yusril Ihza Mahendra.
Rapat diselenggarakan di Ruang Smart City, Balai Kota, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Jumat (22/4/2016). Hadir Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi, Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Mangara Pardede, Kepala Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Denny Wahyu Haryanta, dan belasan 'pasukan biru' Dinas Tata Air.
Awal mula Ahok menuding Rustam sebagai kompatriot Yusril, yakni ketika Ahok mengemukakan ide agar saluran air dari Ancol diteruskan sehingga menyambung sampai Pasar Ikan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kawasan pintu air Ancol tak bakal banjir.
"Memang betul, Pak," jawab seorang perempuan sebagai staf dari Dinas Tata Air DKI.
Ahok, dengan nada keras, bertanya, "Kenapa enggak kamu kerjakan?" Lantas staf perempuan tadi menjawab bahwa ada penyempitan saluran (bottle neck) di kawasan Ancol.
Ahok menyatakan alat-alat berat Pemerintah Provinsi DKI bisa membereskan kendala bottle neck di situ. Namun yang jadi masalah, bottle neck itu berwujud permukiman manusia.
"Ya usir!" sahut Ahok, keras.
Staf perempuan itu menyatakan sudah mengusulkan penertiban kawasan saluran air di Ancol yang menjadi permukiman itu. Namun hingga hari ini, belum ada eksekusi penertiban permukiman yang menghalangi aliran air itu.
"Sudah kami usulkan sejak tahun kemarin, Pak," kata staf perempuan ini.
Dari sinilah, Ahok mengarahkan pandangannya ke Rustam Effendi. Dia kesal Rustam tidak segera menindaklanjuti usulan penertiban saluran air itu. Ahok menduga, Rustam sekubu dengan Yusril.
"Aduh, ini Pak Wali kota ini saya selalu bilang begini Pak Wali, Pak Wali kalau saya suruh usir orang itu wah ngeyelnya ngeles," kata Ahok kesal, kepada Rustam.
"Jangan-jangan satu pihak sama Yusril ini, supaya...," tuding Ahok namun tak melanjutkan kalimatnya.
Seisi ruangan justru tertawa mendengar ucapan Ahok itu. Rustam terlihat menggerakkan tangannya ke arah Ahok, gestur menolak tudingan tersebut.

Rostam or Rustam (Persian: رُستَم, pronounced [ɾostæm, ɾʊstæm]) is the national hero of Greater Iran from Zabulistan in Persian mythology and son of Zal and Rudaba. In some ways, the position of Rostam in the historical tradition is parallel to that of Surena, the hero of the Carrhae. His figure was endowed with many features of the historical personality of Rostam. The latter was always represented as the mightiest of Iranian paladins, and the atmosphere of the episodes in which he features is strongly reminiscent of the Arsacid period. In Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, Rostam is an Iranic hero. Rostam is the champion of champions and is involved in numerous stories, constituting some of the most popular (and arguably some of most masterfully created) parts of the Shahnameh. As a young child, he slays the maddened white elephant of the king Manuchehr with just one blow of the mace owned by his grandfather Sam, son of Nariman. He then tames his legendary stallion, Rakhsh. The etymology of the name Rostam is from Raodh+Takhma, where Raodh means growth, reaped, developed and Takhma means brave. In the Avesta, the form is *Raosta-takhma and in Pahlavi *Rodastahm.

Akshay Kumar (born Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia on 9 September 1967) is an Indian film actor, producer, comedian and martial artist who has appeared in over a hundred Hindi films. He has nominated for Filmfare Award several times and won two times. When he began his acting career in the 1990s, he primarily starred in action films and was particularly known for his appearances in feature films commonly called the "Khiladi series", which included Khiladi (1992), Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), Sabse Bada Khiladi (1995), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996), Mr. and Mrs. Khiladi (1997), International Khiladi (1999), and Khiladi 420 (2000), as well as other action films such as Waqt Hamara Hai (1993), Mohra (1994), Elaan (1994) and Suhaag (1994).
Later he also gained fame for his drama, romance and comic roles. He started becoming known for his performances in romance films like Yeh Dillagi (1994) and Dhadkan (2000) as well as drama films such as Ek Rishtaa (2001). His comic performances in comedy films such as Hera Pheri (2000), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), and Garam Masala (2005) met with acclaim. His success further rose in 2007, when he starred in four consecutive commercial hits. He has thus established himself as one of the leading actors in Hindi cinema.

Neeraj Pandey (born 1973) is an Indian film director best known for his drama-thriller film, A Wednesday (2008), for which he won the Indira Gandhi Award for Best First Film of a Director. His work on the film was highly praised by audiences as well as critics. He was nominated for "Best Director" category by Filmfare Awards. He also expressed his interest in directing the prequel to "A Wednesday."
Born and brought up in Kolkata, Neeraj Pandey moved to New Delhi, where he graduated in English.
He started his career working with Delhi-based 'Legacy Entertainment', a company started by the Dalmia group to make television programs where he learnt his film basics.
In 2000, he moved to Mumbai, here a friend got a grant to produce a documentary, and offered him he project. Soon we was making making documentaries and ad films. Thereafter, he formed a production company, 'Quarter Inch Productions', along with a colleague Sheetal Bhatia, which made to make television programmes, ad films and documentaries. After which they formed, Friday Film Works, which was the original producer of his debut film, A Wednesday. Film's script was inspired by the 11 July 2006 Mumbai train bombings, and a lot of information in the film, was taken from the incidents that followed the bombings. After Wednesday, he story and screenplay of, Marega Salaa (2009).

"Pejabat kalau enggak bisa main golf, enggak bisa naik pangkat," kata Ahok kepada wartawan di Balai Kota, jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Senin (25/4/2016). Tak jarang si pejabat yang ingin naik pangkat menservis main golf hingga ke luar negeri. Apalagi kalau bukan untuk sarana lobi. "Dulu (bermain) golf bisa ke luar negeri," papar Ahok. Beruntung saat ini jumlah eselon II di Pemprov DKI yang menjadi anggota geng golf tak lagi sebanyak dulu. Dalam catatan Ahok, eselon II yanag masih sering main golf adalah Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi. Menurut Ahok, usai dilantik menjadi Wali Kota Jakarta Utara pada 2 Januari 2015 lalu, Rustam Effendi langsung berencana main golf. "Saya kan banyak intel, (mereka) sudah janjian mau main golf, termasuk salah satunya dia (Rustam). Terus dia mau main golf dan saya tahu ini ada geng main golf, di (Pemprov) DKI ini," ungkap Ahok. Ahok mengaku sebenarnya tidak mempermasalahkan jika ada anak buahnya yang bermain golf. Bahkan suami Veronica Tan itu juga sudah memberikan tantangan kepada Rustam boleh punya hobi mahal asal sesuai dengan kinerjanya. "Saya enggak masalah kamu mau main golf kek, mau mijit kek, mau ke mana. Itu hak Anda tapi kerjaann harus beres, saya enggak masalah, saya sudah buka tantangan. Terus (Rustam) dipanggil, 'eh lu mau main golf ya main, tapi kerjaan lu beres'," tuturnya. -

Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi dituding Ahok menjadi orang yang sekubu dengan bakal calon gubernur DKI Yusril Ihza Mahendra. Rapat diselenggarakan di Ruang Smart City, Balai Kota, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Jumat (22/4/2016). Hadir Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi, Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Mangara Pardede, Kepala Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Denny Wahyu Haryanta, dan belasan 'pasukan biru' Dinas Tata Air. Awal mula Ahok menuding Rustam sebagai kompatriot Yusril, yakni ketika Ahok mengemukakan ide agar saluran air dari Ancol diteruskan sehingga menyambung sampai Pasar Ikan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kawasan pintu air Ancol tak bakal banjir. "Memang betul, Pak," jawab seorang perempuan sebagai staf dari Dinas Tata Air DKI. Ahok, dengan nada keras, bertanya, "Kenapa enggak kamu kerjakan?" Lantas staf perempuan tadi menjawab bahwa ada penyempitan saluran (bottle neck) di kawasan Ancol. Ahok menyatakan alat-alat berat Pemerintah Provinsi DKI bisa membereskan kendala bottle neck di situ. Namun yang jadi masalah, bottle neck itu berwujud permukiman manusia. "Ya usir!" sahut Ahok, keras. Staf perempuan itu menyatakan sudah mengusulkan penertiban kawasan saluran air di Ancol yang menjadi permukiman itu. Namun hingga hari ini, belum ada eksekusi penertiban permukiman yang menghalangi aliran air itu. "Sudah kami usulkan sejak tahun kemarin, Pak," kata staf perempuan ini. Dari sinilah, Ahok mengarahkan pandangannya ke Rustam Effendi. Dia kesal Rustam tidak segera menindaklanjuti usulan penertiban saluran air itu. Ahok menduga, Rustam sekubu dengan Yusril. "Aduh, ini Pak Wali kota ini saya selalu bilang begini Pak Wali, Pak Wali kalau saya suruh usir orang itu wah ngeyelnya ngeles," kata Ahok kesal, kepada Rustam. "Jangan-jangan satu pihak sama Yusril ini, supaya...," tuding Ahok namun tak melanjutkan kalimatnya. Seisi ruangan justru tertawa mendengar ucapan Ahok itu. Rustam terlihat menggerakkan tangannya ke arah Ahok, gestur menolak tudingan tersebut. -

Chhupa Rustam (1973)
PlotThe Government of India had granted Rs.50,000/- to Prof. Harbanslal to conduct a study in the mountains bordering Tibet with India, called the Nangla Project. Harbanslal is sure that within these ice-caped mountains lies an entire temple made of pure gold. When Vikram Singh and his son, Bahadur, find out about the Nangla Project, they abduct Harbanslal in order to force him to reveal the exact location of this temple, in vain though and end up killing him. Having failed in this venture, they kidnap the wife and son of multi-millionaire Rajendra Jain and demand that he get Bahadur married to his daughter, Ritu. Rajendra discusses this matter with Ritu, and Ritu is ready and willing to do anything for her mother and brother. Rajendra hesitates, and soon he receives his wife's thumb in the mail. Losing no time, Rajendra and Ritu make arrangements for the marriage and communicate accordingly with the kidnappers. Soon a wedding date is fixed, however, things do not go as planned as Ritu is abducted by a man called Natwarlal and taken to his hideout. While driving there, their car breaks down and they are forced to take a lift from Jimmy Fernandes, albeit at gunpoint. Jimmy drops them off at an isolated spot, leaving Natwarlal to work out the details of getting the ransom money from Rajendra. Before that could happen, Jimmy shows up and abducts Ritu. With his wife and son still held captive with Vikram and his son, Rajendra is at his wits' end as to whose life he should give priority to. Watch as events unfold to show what exactly was the motive in Ritu's multiple abductions, who is benefit by these incidents, and it's connection with the Nangla Project.

Plot: The story developed during XX century in Russian empire, Azerbaijan. Two circus actors Rustam and his friend San Sanich travel to a village where Rustam was born after long years of absence, to burry his aunt. While planning to "sell" his daughter to one of other wealthy bek's son, Farzali bek still promises that if Tejmur will kill Rustam, he will let Telli marry him. Rustam and his friend San Sanich defend Tejmur, but after talking to him become friends. They decide to help Tejmur to steal Telli during her wedding. All three of them succeed to steal Telli, but San Sanich is jailed in the result. Other three are able to run away and hide for some time. Farzali bek pays a well known bandit Jafar to kill three friends and haunt back Telli. Eventually, Rustam, Telli and Tejmur are trapped in a tower and under a risk of being burned down alive. Jafar is partial to Tejmur's beautiful voice and therefore, asks him to sing one last time. Meanwhile, San Sanich is escaped from jail, and helps his friends to defend Jafar.

bersitegang dengan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Ahok, Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Efendi akhirnya resmi mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya.
Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Agus Suardika membenarkan kabar tersebut. Ia memastikan pihaknya telah menerima permohonan pengunduran diri Rustam dari kursi Jakarta Utara satu.
"Iya benar yang bersangkutan telah mengajukan surat pengunduran dirinya," kata Agus saat dihubungi di Jakarta, Senin (25/4/2016).
Agus enggan menjelaskan alasan Rustam mundur orang nomor satu di kota administratif Jakarta Utara.
"Tembusannya sudah diterima. Enggak disebut alasannya mundur," pungkas Agus.
Sebelumnya, Rustam dan Ahok terlibat cekcok lantaran mantan Bupati Belitung Timur itu menuding Rustam bermain politik dengan berafiliasi kepada bakal calon Gubernur DKI Jakarta Yusril Ihza Mahendra.

Gubernur DKI Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Ahok mengungkap adanya sebuah geng golf yang beranggotakan sejumlah pejabat eselon II di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jakarta. Ternyata praktik geng golf ini sudah berlangsung sejak lama dan menjadi upaya lobi pejabat eselon II ke atasannya agar bisa naik pangkat.
Kebiasaan bermain golf merupakan cara pejabat untuk mendekatkan diri kepada atasan karena bisa berdampak pada kariernya. "Pejabat kalau enggak bisa main golf, enggak bisa naik pangkat," kata Ahok kepada wartawan di Balai Kota, jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Senin (25/4/2016).
Tak jarang si pejabat yang ingin naik pangkat menservis main golf hingga ke luar negeri. Apalagi kalau bukan untuk sarana lobi. "Dulu (bermain) golf bisa ke luar negeri," papar Ahok.
Beruntung saat ini jumlah eselon II di Pemprov DKI yang menjadi anggota geng golf tak lagi sebanyak dulu. Dalam catatan Ahok, eselon II yanag masih sering main golf adalah Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi.
Menurut Ahok, usai dilantik menjadi Wali Kota Jakarta Utara pada 2 Januari 2015 lalu, Rustam Effendi langsung berencana main golf. "Saya kan banyak intel, (mereka) sudah janjian mau main golf, termasuk salah satunya dia (Rustam). Terus dia mau main golf dan saya tahu ini ada geng main golf, di (Pemprov) DKI ini," ungkap Ahok.
Ahok mengaku sebenarnya tidak mempermasalahkan jika ada anak buahnya yang bermain golf. Bahkan suami Veronica Tan itu juga sudah memberikan tantangan kepada Rustam boleh punya hobi mahal asal sesuai dengan kinerjanya.
"Saya enggak masalah kamu mau main golf kek, mau mijit kek, mau ke mana. Itu hak Anda tapi kerjaann harus beres, saya enggak masalah, saya sudah buka tantangan. Terus (Rustam) dipanggil, 'eh lu mau main golf ya main, tapi kerjaan lu beres'," tuturnya.

Rapat soal penanganan pascabanjir berlangsung tegang. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) marah-marah. Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi dituding Ahok menjadi orang yang sekubu dengan bakal calon gubernur DKI Yusril Ihza Mahendra.
Rapat diselenggarakan di Ruang Smart City, Balai Kota, Jl Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta, Jumat (22/4/2016). Hadir Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi, Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Mangara Pardede, Kepala Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Denny Wahyu Haryanta, dan belasan 'pasukan biru' Dinas Tata Air.
Awal mula Ahok menuding Rustam sebagai kompatriot Yusril, yakni ketika Ahok mengemukakan ide agar saluran air dari Ancol diteruskan sehingga menyambung sampai Pasar Ikan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kawasan pintu air Ancol tak bakal banjir.
"Memang betul, Pak," jawab seorang perempuan sebagai staf dari Dinas Tata Air DKI.
Ahok, dengan nada keras, bertanya, "Kenapa enggak kamu kerjakan?" Lantas staf perempuan tadi menjawab bahwa ada penyempitan saluran (bottle neck) di kawasan Ancol.
Ahok menyatakan alat-alat berat Pemerintah Provinsi DKI bisa membereskan kendala bottle neck di situ. Namun yang jadi masalah, bottle neck itu berwujud permukiman manusia.
"Ya usir!" sahut Ahok, keras.
Staf perempuan itu menyatakan sudah mengusulkan penertiban kawasan saluran air di Ancol yang menjadi permukiman itu. Namun hingga hari ini, belum ada eksekusi penertiban permukiman yang menghalangi aliran air itu.
"Sudah kami usulkan sejak tahun kemarin, Pak," kata staf perempuan ini.
Dari sinilah, Ahok mengarahkan pandangannya ke Rustam Effendi. Dia kesal Rustam tidak segera menindaklanjuti usulan penertiban saluran air itu. Ahok menduga, Rustam sekubu dengan Yusril.
"Aduh, ini Pak Wali kota ini saya selalu bilang begini Pak Wali, Pak Wali kalau saya suruh usir orang itu wah ngeyelnya ngeles," kata Ahok kesal, kepada Rustam.
"Jangan-jangan satu pihak sama Yusril ini, supaya...," tuding Ahok namun tak melanjutkan kalimatnya.
Seisi ruangan justru tertawa mendengar ucapan Ahok itu. Rustam terlihat menggerakkan tangannya ke arah Ahok, gestur menolak tudingan tersebut.

Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama murka mengetahui banjir merendam daerah Padamengan, Jakarta Utara. Apalagi, setelah dia tahu penyebabnya: laju air di jalur air Bottleneck, jembatan layang Lodan, Ancol, tersendat.
Laju air tak lancar karena sejumlah warga membangun permukiman di area tersebut. Kenyataan itu dilaporkan salah satu kepala seksi Suku Dinas Tata Air Jakut dalam rapat pimpinan soal banjir yang digelar secara terbuka.
"Ada permukiman warga pak (di bottleneck) jadi enggak bisa terus airnya," kata kepala seksi tersebut sambil menunjukkan gambar di dalam rapat di Balai Kota, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (22/4/2016).
Ahok meminta warga tersebut diusir. Tujuannya agar aliran air berjalan lancar. Buru-buru kepala seksi tersebut mengklarifikasi. Dia mengatakan sejak tahun lalu sudah mengusulkan pembenahan Lodan. "Sudah sejak tahun lalu kami usulkan, Pak," lugas PNS tersebut.
Mendengar hal tersebut, Ahok pun mempertanyakan sikap Wali Kota, Jakarta Utara, Rustam Effendi yang tak berani menindak warga tersebut. Padahal, jelas-jelas warga di Lodan menduduki aliran air, menyebabkan wilayah tersebut banjir.
Ahok kemudian menduga Rustam Effendi berada di pihak bakal calon Gubernur DKI Jakarta Yusril Ihza Mahendra.
"Aduh, ini pak wali kota ini saya selalu bilang begini Pak Wali, Pak Wali kalau saya suruh usir orang itu wah ngeyelnya ngeles. Jangan-jangan satu pihak sama Yusril?" ketus Ahok disambut gelak tawa oleh para peserta rapat di dalam ruang rapat.
Terpojok, Rustam langsung menggerak-gerakkan tangannya tanda menolak pernyataan tersebut. Namun tak ada satu pun kata keluar dari bibirnya. Sementara Ahok masih melanjutkan penjelasannya terkait Jakarta banjir.
Sebelumnya Ahok kesal soal banjir yang melanda Jakarta. Apalagi setelah dirinya tahu bahwa ada penutupan pompa Waduk Pluit.
Laporan penutupan pompa itu datang dari Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Rustam Effendi. Rustam beralasan, pompa ditutup karena air laut sudah memasuki daratan Jakarta.
Menurut Rustam, percuma menghidupkan pompa jika air laut mulai mengalir. Penutupan pompa justru berdampak pada banjir di kawasan Pademangan, Kamis 22 April.
Dalam rapat pimpinan terbuka soal banjir, Ahok menyindir Rustam. Ahok heran dengan tindakan penutupan pompa.
Dalam rapat itu, Ahok juga menghadirkan Pekerja Harian Lepas (PHL) yang sehari-hari menjaga aliran air daerah Ancol, Tarno. Saat ditanya, Tarno bilang ketinggian air saat itu hanya sekitar 1,94 meter. Artinya, ketinggian air masih normal. Tarno menuturkan, tak ada air laut yang masuk.
Ahok pun mengonfrontasi Tarno dan Rustam. Penjabaran Tarno mementahkan alasan Rustam. Tersudut, Rustam mengubah alasannya. Kali ini, menurut Rustam, pompa Waduk Pluit bukan sengaja tak dihidupkan, tapi sedang mengalami kerusakan.
Ahok berang dengan jawaban Rustam. Ahok pun menuding ada oknum yang tak suka Jakarta bebas banjir. "Anda kalau bohong ya bohongya konsisten. Supaya bagus dan enggak ketahuan. Kalau bohong setengah-setengah selesai Anda!" ketus Ahok.
Kamis 21 April, sejumlah wilayah di Ibu Kota terendam banjir. Ahok mengungkapkan banjir terjadi karena berbarengan dengan air laut yang sedang pasang.
Dia menjelaskan air laut sudah mulai pasang sejak pukul 20.00 WIB kemarin. Keadaan ini diperparah dengan hujan yang terus menerus turun. Bahkan di beberapa tempat di Jakarta hujan turun dengan intensitas deras dalam waktu yang lama.
Sejumlah wilayah di Jakarta banjir, Kamis pagi 21 April. Berdasarkan informasi warga di Twitter Traffic Management Center Polda Metro Jaya, setidaknya ada 27 titik banjir tersebar di Jakarta.

But the enemies of Persia grew like the hissing serpents of Zohak, venomous and black, no sooner did Rustam cut them off from the shoulders of Persia they grew again. Amongst them was King Afrasiyab of Turan who swore to destroy Rustam. Meanwhile a child was born to Tehminia. She named him Sohrab and as instructed by his sire, she tied the seal to his arm. . One day with a murderous sword of vengeance Afrasiyab ventured to kill Sohrab but Tehminia hid the child and thus Sohrab was saved. however, this was enough warning. Sohrab was raised without the knowledge of his father and was known to be son of Rustam only to few faithful nobles of Samangan. Sohrab was now a young warrior, the son of a lion that he was, he grew to be like one. The treachery of Afrasiyab, who had sworn to kill rustam, brought Sohrab into his cruel trap and the young was matched against his own father in a deadly duel. . War and killing had made Rustam immune to finer feelings and emotions and if ever he felt a pinch in his heart it was a yearning to see his son. But now when the son was within his arms reach, he knew him not. Sohrab felt admiration for the old warrior but he was there only to kill. . Two strongest warriors that ever lived were matched against each other to kill or be killed. The earth trembled in fear, the skies were torn with lighting and the air was filled with the dreadful deeds of the warriors. For three days they fought. Rustam uprooted trees and used them as javelins, flung the ancient stones to kill his son. . On the third day, destiny triumphed, the deadly hour came. Rustam with a war cry pierced the young heart. The heavens rang out with a death knell of the chilling cry and then slowly in silence did Sohrab sunk down to earth. . Rustam saw his seal on Sohrabs arm. Dark clouds passed before his eyes, twice choked with tears, he uttered in a most ghostly voice. . "Slain by my hands, my son! you fall, My beautiful, my brave, the pride of all." . HE seized in both his hands his hair and tore his face and beard and cursed and wept, but nothing he could do to bring back the life of the son he had slained. That was the ordination. . *"The moving finger writes, and having writ, moves on; not all thy piety not wit, shall lure it back to cancel half a line, not all thy tears wash out a word of it".

Kumar Ramsay, a member of the family best known for their horror films scripted this version of the classic Persian legend drawn from the 10th C. Shahnama which was a staple item in the Parsee Theatre. Rustom (Kapoor in a role reminiscent of his performance in Mughal-e-Azam, 1960) is the king of Persia whose wife Tehmina(Suraiya) bears hisma son while he is away fighting wars. The son, Sohrab (Premnath), grows into a powerful warrior and ends up challenging his father. Unware of each others indentity, they confront each other on the battlefield where, in true feudal tradition, Rustom triumphs over his son. *.* The name of Rustam reigned supreme in the whole of Persia in the year 720 B.C. He was known for his gigantic elephantine physique and hard won world fame for his super human strength. . Persia was in alliance with Samangan a small friendly neighbouring kingdom. Princess Tehminia of Samangan had been lured towards Rustam by the stories of his strength. She desired him, destiny favoured the fair princess and Rustam consented to marry her. . After marriage Rustam lived in Samangan in the secluded company of Tehminias love. The enemies of Persia took advantage of his absence and with their treachery threw the Emperor Ky Kaoos in the dungeons of Mazanderan where brutal treatment was given to him by deadly warriors Dev-e-Safeed, Arzung and man mountain Kalahour. .
