Why is UTM’s teaching standard is one of the world’s lowest?

R&D;) standard one of the worst in the world?
Can UTM release details of the marks obtained from the last few batches of graduates on the subjects that where taught in English?
Our research shows that 30% of Malaysian
University lecture will fail own the very subjects that they teach!
I post a challenge that more than 30% of UTM’s lecturers will fail their own subjects!
Graduates are becoming victim year in and year out.
