Why is the research (R&D;) standard one of the worst in the world? Can UTM release details of the marks obtained from the last few batches of graduates on the subjects that where taught in English? Our research shows that 30% of Malaysian University lecture will fail own the very subjects that they teach! I post a challenge that more than 30% of UTM’s lecturers will fail their own subjects! Graduates are becoming victim year in and year out. How many of UTM graduate failed to obtain a Degree or who obtained less that CGPA 2.5 points? I don’t think Prof. Datuk Ir. I will prove to you that it’s about total skills to operate UTM not about just accepting whatever results coming from students/graduates. FIRST OF ALL STRIVE TO IMPROVE UTM INTERNAL STANDARDS AT LEAST TO MATCH 50% OF THE GLOBAL STANDARD You and your team do not have the MATURE ESSENCE of ENGLISH teaching skills. Your trainer have no idea about teaching applied psychology. First learn to train your lecturers/ trainers on the REAL FACTS OF TEACHING: Educational Psychology, EP Language Switch on Neurons for Teacher, LSN Educational Emotion, EE WE CHALLENGE UTM TO UNDERTAKE 1 REGION TO TRAIN THE TEACHERS WE AT ISOM ARE WILLING TO UNDERTAKE 1 REGION AS A SAMPLE PIONEERING REGION. LET’S AUDIT AFTER TRAINING WHICH REGION’S TEACHERS/LECTURERS HAVE THE HIGHEST IMPROVEMENT USING AN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION ASSESSMENT BODY.
