He lives large, works hard, and trains harder. His physique wins contests—and he's gunning for another Sandow September 28, 2013, in Las Vegas—but his mentality and determination make him a true champion. Take a cue from Jay's life to enrich your own.
Building muscle takes more than physical fortitude. It takes a certain mindset and drive to create an elite body. Even if you lift big, you won't get big if you don't know how to think big. That's your first lesson from Jay Cutler.
"I always say that the mentality of a bodybuilder isn't normal," Jay explains. "Something has to be triggered inside you. You always want to push yourself beyond the limits. Honestly, you have to be a little crazy. There are some people who have the potential to have the best physiques in the world, but they don't have the mental capabilities to push themselves."
You can't be one of the world's best bodybuilders if you don't have the mental toughness to work at it, day in and day out. To build your body, you must master your mind and tune out distractions. Jay knows this all too well. "It isn't an easy thing being Jay Cutler," he says. "I'm recognized everywhere I go, and everybody wants a piece of my time."
Jay has a business to run, travels constantly, trains often, eats more often, and tries to leave some time for fun. He lives in Vegas, which offers even more temptations, but Jay wouldn't have it any other way. "It gives me more drive being in a place that's so distracting, and I'm still so focused."
Aside from being absurdly busy, Jay struggles with little things most people do with ease: "You don't understand the benefits of being a normal person until you see someone like me who can't buy clothes off the rack, can't eat normal places, can't ride in certain sized cars, can't ride in some airplane seats, can't stay in certain hotels with small beds, or fit in small showers. It's hard to shop, it's hard to go out to eat, it's hard to travel."
On the plus side, it's easy for him to build more muscle than most people can fathom. They stare, but he doesn't care. "I don't try to hide it," he says. "I don't wear big, baggy clothes." Jay has spent the last 20 years turning his body into a work of art; he knows how to appreciate it. "When you're my size, you never think you're small. I like the way I look now. I'm always checking myself out, flexing, admiring the physique."
Although Father Time is now perhaps his biggest bodybuilding adversary, Jay still accepts nothing but greatness from himself. "I don't think I'm 'past my prime,'" he says."I'm a four-time Mr. Olympia champ and six-time runner up. I still want to compete at my best, even at the age I am."

American Reflexxx is a short film documenting a social experiment that took place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Director Alli Coates captured performance artist Signe Pierce as she strutted down a busy oceanside street in stripper garb and a reflective mask. The pair agreed not to communicate until the experiment was completed, but never anticipated the horror that would unfold in under an hour.
The result is a heart wrenching technicolor spectacle that raises questions about gender perception, mob mentality, and violence in America.

Street
A street is a public thoroughfare (usually paved) in a built environment. It is a public parcel of land adjoining buildings in an urban context, on which people may freely assemble, interact, and move about. A street can be as simple as a level patch of dirt, but is more often paved with a hard, durable surface such as concrete, cobblestone or brick. Portions may also be smoothed with asphalt, embedded with rails, or otherwise prepared to accommodate non-pedestrian traffic.
Originally the word "street" simply meant a paved road (Latin: "via strata"). The word "street" is still sometimes used colloquially as a synonym for "road", for example in connection with the ancient Watling Street, but city residents and urban planners draw a crucial modern distinction: a road's main function is transportation, while streets facilitate public interaction. Building muscle takes more than physical fortitude. It takes a certain mindset and drive to create an elite body. Even if you lift big, you won't get big if you don't know how to think big. That's your first lesson from Jay Cutler.
"I always say that the mentality of a bodybuilder isn't normal," Jay explains. "Something has to be triggered inside you. You always want to push yourself beyond the limits. Honestly, you have to be a little crazy. There are some people who have the potential to have the best physiques in the world, but they don't have the mental capabilities to push themselves."
You can't be one of the world's best bodybuilders if you don't have the mental toughness to work at it, day in and day out. To build your body, you must master your mind and tune out distractions. Jay knows this all too well. "It isn't an easy thing being Jay Cutler," he says. "I'm recognized everywhere I go, and everybody wants a piece of my time."
Jay has a business to run, travels constantly, trains often, eats more often, and tries to leave some time for fun. He lives in Vegas, which offers even more temptations, but Jay wouldn't have it any other way. "It gives me more drive being in a place that's so distracting, and I'm still so focused."
Aside from being absurdly busy, Jay struggles with little things most people do with ease: "You don't understand the benefits of being a normal person until you see someone like me who can't buy clothes off the rack, can't eat normal places, can't ride in certain sized cars, can't ride in some airplane seats, can't stay in certain hotels with small beds, or fit in small showers. It's hard to shop, it's hard to go out to eat, it's hard to travel."
On the plus side, it's easy for him to build more muscle than most people can fathom. They stare, but he doesn't care. "I don't try to hide it," he says. "I don't wear big, baggy clothes." Jay has spent the last 20 years turning his body into a work of art; he knows how to appreciate it. "When you're my size, you never think you're small. I like the way I look now. I'm always checking myself out, flexing, admiring the physique."
Although Father Time is now perhaps his biggest bodybuilding adversary, Jay still accepts nothing but greatness from himself. "I don't think I'm 'past my prime,'" he says."I'm a four-time Mr. Olympia champ and six-time runner up. I still want to compete at my best, even at the age I am."

Driving luxury cars, helicopter tours, exploring the Grand Canyon and marveling at Red Rock Canyon by day. Las Vegas was full of surprises. The following is a Las Vegas travel guide to experience the most out of your vacation to Sin City. It is the best things to do on Las Vegas Strip along with day excursions outside of the city limits. As they say, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
So we aren't in Canada no more! This weekend we actually escaped to Las Vegas so we are going to be spending three days just enjoying winter in the desert and doing cool stuff. And today we're walking down the strip and we're going to show you some of the sights. And the best part - no winter parka right now.
Enough walking for a while. I'm starving. Let's get some dinner. We're going to Shake Shack.
Tell, me. Tell, me! You know what? Nobody does fast food like Americans. They've got it down to a science. It's absolutely unhealthy but so delicious.
We're going to head back to the hotel and get ready for a show. We're going to be seeing the Michael Jackson Show at the Mandalay Bay but unfortunately we can't bring any cameras in there so we won' t be able to show you that but maybe after the show we'll hit the town again and show you the sights. Not maybe! Definitely!
It is so sad to be leaving but it is our last night in Las Vegas so we're going to go out and try and see as much as we can this evening. Let's go wild. Let's gamble.
It is never ending. The lights. The noise. The ding ding ding ding. This is what a casino sounds like twenty-four seven. We see people gambling here at like five in the morning when we get up for breakfast.
What would a trip to Vegas be like without a little gambling? Sam, even looks like an old gambler today with that hat. Oh, I do. Guess what? We're such cheapskates we're playing with pennies. We're going to the penny machine. They don't even have pennies in Canada anymore, so let's use these American pennies up.
Shiver me timbers. I'm playing a pirate game. I'm going to win me some money.
Tell us? Alright, I was a pretty lousy pirate, so I'm going to try my luck with this Owl game. Hoot! Hoot!
Ding ding ding ding ding. Being the supreme cheapskate that I am I'm cutting my loses after two dollars.
So we're here at the Bellagio for the water show. And they have a lot of frequent shows in the evening so we're just waiting for it to start.
So we are now at the Cosmopolitan and we are visiting one of the coolest bars in all of Las Vegas. This behind me is the Chandelier.

The exclusive Romanesque Caesar's Palace contains some of the finest and most elegant shops in the United States that epitomize the height of luxury.
The Mirage Hotel boasts an erupting volcano and cascading waterfalls.
The Venetian is the world's largest hotel with more than 6,600 spacious suites and a gondolier is on hand to transport visitors through a watery shopping mall as he graces them with an Italian love song.
Las Vegas, there's a lot more to it than this, including Treasure Island and regular battles between pirates and the English fleet. This city is like a huge multi-billion dollar film set where illusion and entertainment know no bounds.

Grueling and tough would be good words to use to describe off road racing. Using them to describe the 2013 General Tire Mint 400 Presented by Polaris though, would be an understatement. The Mint 400 started in 1967 to help promote the Downtown Vegas casino. The popularity of the race grew quickly, but after 20 years of racing, The Mint, raced its last race in 1988. Grueling and tough would be good words to use to describe off road racing. Using them to describe the 2013 General Tire Mint 400 Presented by Polaris though, would be an understatement. The Mint 400 started in 1967 to help promote the Downtown Vegas casino. The popularity of the race grew quickly, but after 20 years of racing, The Mint, raced its last race in 1988. Fast forward to 2008 when the race and its events were re-introduced and now to 2013 where Best In The Desert and Mad Media have made this race one of the most exciting desert races in nation.
Best In The Desert held qualifying on Thursday morning in the desert of North Las Vegas. The 4-mile loop would see Las Vegas locals Rob MacCachren and Bryce Menzies filling in the top 2 spots of qualifying and Jones Motorsports' #76 FOX Trick Truck of Jesse Jones would be starting Saturdays race in 9th. After a few hours in the dirt, the trucks and crew cleaned up and took to the streets of Downtown Vegas. The trucks on display for thousands of fans and the crews mentally preparing themselves for the infamous "pit crew challenge."
South of Las Vegas, off the frequently traveled interstate 15, you'll find Jean, NV. The open desert of Jean is well known for teams testing their trucks and buggies. For the second year now, this is where the 400-mile race will yet again make history. With the help of the Nevada BLM, a 100-mile loop was laid out and marked. Full of boulders, silt beds and whoop sections where seeing sky, dirt, sky, dirt, just become part of the routine.
Right at 1pm the first Trophy Truck started it's battle. After Thursday's qualifying results, Jones Motorsports' plan, come race day was to try and stay within 5 minutes of the race leaders for the first two laps. The truck was dialed in and handling better than ever and Jesse found himself running with the leaders early on in the race. After the elements of the desert would take out some top runners, Jesse was battling for the lead with none other than 2012 Baja 1000 teammate, Bryce Menzies. Jones and Menzies would swap the lead position numerous times as they battled. Both trucks would be stopped for mere seconds to change flats. They both would run into lap traffic, huge rocks and dust that would just hang in the air.
"Patience and keeping the wheels on the track are major keys to making sure you are there at the end." Said Jones. The 100-mile loop took out a lot of trucks and cars. With the last lap in sight, it would be more flats and a failed powered steering pump belt that would set Jesse back from the lead. Disappointed he couldn't race Bryce to the finish, but happy to even get a finish, Jesse was super proud of his team. "When mechanical issues take away the option of winning the next goal for the team is just focusing on getting the team and sponsors a much deserved finish." Jesse stated.
A disappointed, but humbled Jones, finished 12th out of 21 Trick Truck's and is now ready to get the truck back into the shop and prepped for the Baja 500, just months away.

Archeologists are hailing the discovery of an ancient temple built to a pre-Hispanic god of wind in the Tlatelolca neighborhood of what is now Mexico City, IFL Science reported Friday.According to the report, a supermarket was constructed on top of the temple in the middle of the 20th century. The store has now been dismantled, allowing archeologists to discover the 650-year-old relic sitting 3 meters (10 feet) beneath it....

Moreover how dangerous it is for cars coming out of businesses who must look BOTH ways now with bikers speeding down the bike lanes against vehicular flow ... Why not ride on the sidewalk? I know it’s illegal in some areas but then again who cares!? S_T_U_P_I_D laws need to be revoked or just plain not enforced. I’ve always ridden on sidewalks with the exception of the most busy ones full of pedestrians and have always yielded right of way to pedestrians ... Never got a citation and stayed safe for numerous years by avoiding to ride on the street as much as possible ... ....
