The first release of Time Square is featured by the Australian artist Xavier Rudd, a songwriter, a versatile musician skilled on sixteen instruments, an activist and a surfer. "Follow The Sun" leads to the heart from the very first listening thanks to its marvellous melody and the emotional charge of its lyrics. It's a song that invites everybody to leave the burdens and troubles behind, that invites to look ahead, to look for a real and direct touch with nature in order to meet everyday problems. "Follow The Sun" is a song that touches sensitivity. By the way, aren't we all following the sun everyday? Time Records has assigned the production of the versions of "Follow The Sun" to Western Disco, whose single "The Sun" has been licensed from Time to Island/Universal for a summer 2014 release, to legendary Black Box, the Italian team that conquered the worldwide charts between the 80s and the 90s, and to Daniele Petronelli, one of the most interesting Italian producers of the year. La prima uscita è "Follow The Sun" interpretata da Xavier Rudd, cantautore, polistrumentista, attivista e surfer australiano. I generi toccati da Xavier nella sua musica vanno dal blues all'alternative rock. L'artista australiano nasce nel 1978 e cresce a Torquay, in Victoria. Ha frequentato il St. Joseph's College, a Geelong. Suona ben sedici strumenti musicali differenti. Nel corso degli anni ha sviluppato una solida reputazione in seguito a spettacoli dal vivo, festival musicali e a numerosi concerti in Australia e Nord America. È molto seguito nel suo Paese e in Canada, ha registrato diversi album ed è molto stimato dal collega e amico Ben Harper. Molte delle canzoni di Xavier Rudd includono temi socialmente consapevoli, quali l'ambientalismo ed i diritti dei popoli aborigeni che spesso prestano le proprie voci nei suoi brani.
