Adrian Wojnarowski ( /ˌwɜrdʒnəˈraʊski/ WURJ-nə-ROW-skee) is a sports columnist and author, who regularly writes NBA articles for Yahoo! Sports. Wojnarowski has worked in print media, and in 2006 published a New York Times best-seller: The Miracle of St. Anthony: A Season with Coach Bob Hurley and Basketball's Most Improbable Dynasty. He is a 1987 graduate of Bristol Central H.S. in Bristol, Connecticut and a 1991 graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
Wojnarowski has been criticized for his use of anonymous sources in articles concerning NBA player Lebron James. Other writers have noted an apparent bias towards James in Wojnarowski's reporting. For his loss of objectivity in covering Lebron James, Adrian Wojnarowski was listed #1 in Sports Media Watch's Worst of Sports Media 2010.
In 2010 the New York Post reported that Wojnarowski was being sued by the Penguin Group for failing to meet a book deadline covering the life of coach Jim Valvano.
