– Three months on …. And still waiting!

A 21st century term for a 21st century phenomena – technological cocooning where people are so intent on their iPod or smart phone that they become unaware of what’s going on around them and so endanger their own, and other people’s lives. And the language doesn’t stop there. The AA first raised the issue of iPod Zombies in 2009 and in Germany they refer to Smombies (or Smart Phone Zombies) and elsewhere we have the walking wi-fi dead.

Introducing Shahrar Ali
– The Green Party Number 3

I'm very excited to be part of an energetic Green Party team. Standing alongside Sian Berry, Caroline Russell and other lifelong campaigners on the London-wide Assembly list, our desire to serve this remarkable city is guided by a belief that all Londoners deserve to have their basic needs met, and then some. Greens anticipate and understand the necessities that make life not just liveable but enjoyable, too, and seek to deliver on these.
