This is an instructional video on how to assemble Manhattan Single Table Base.
You will need the following items:
- 4 legs;
- 1 long securing bolt;
- 1 short securing bolt;
- 2 washers, 2 screw nuts, 2 split washers.
1) Begin with two legs positioned flat to your left and the other two to your right. Feet are to be positioned curving away from you. Ensure Securing bolts are within arm’s reach.
2) Start by creating a standing right angle with the two legs to your left. You can use your index finger to support the horizontal leg, ring finger to support the vertical leg and middle finger to support both legs where they join centrally.
3) Place the shorter securing bolt over the top securing points, then place the longer bolt over the bottom securing points. The unit can now be easily supported by having your thumb over the top securing bolt and your index and middle finger under the top securing point.
4) Take one of the legs to your right and insert securing points into top and bottom securing bolts.
5) Take remaining leg and insert top securing point first, then carefully lift bottom securing bolt up to allow bottom securing point to slide into the correct position.
6) Secure unit together at top and bottom bolts, inserting large washer first, then split washer and screw nut firmly.

Adrien Brody
Adrien Brody (born April 14, 1973) is an American actor. He received widespread recognition and acclaim after starring in Roman Polanski's The Pianist (2002), for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor at age 29, making him the youngest actor to win in that category. Brody is also the only male American actor to receive the French César Award.
Early life
Brody was born in Woodhaven, Queens, New York, the son of Sylvia Plachy, a photographer, and Elliot Brody, a retired history professor and painter. Brody's father is of Polish Jewish descent; Brody's mother – who was raised as a Catholic – was born in Budapest, Hungary, the daughter of a Catholic Hungarian aristocrat father and a Czech Jewish mother. Brody was raised "without a strong connection" to Judaism or Catholicism.
As a child, Brody performed magic shows at children's birthday parties as "The Amazing Adrien". He attended the I.S. 145 Joseph Pulitzer middle school and New York's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. His parents enrolled him in acting classes to distance him from the dangerous children with whom he associated. He attended summer camp at Long Lake Camp for the Arts in the Adirondacks in upstate New York. Brody attended Stony Brook University before transferring to Queens College for a semester.

Barrel-aging a Manhattan nicely rounds out this classic and provides it with an extra layer of richness and depth by adding subtle oak, smoke, and vanilla notes. The Manhatten is a great cocktail to initially age in your barrel. Follow it up, and experiment, by aging a different bourbon or rye-based cocktail (such as the Boulevardier). This is an instructional video on how to assemble Manhattan Single Table Base.
You will need the following items:
- 4 legs;
- 1 long securing bolt;
- 1 short securing bolt;
- 2 washers, 2 screw nuts, 2 split washers.
1) Begin with two legs positioned flat to your left and the other two to your right. Feet are to be positioned curving away from you. Ensure Securing bolts are within arm’s reach.
2) Start by creating a standing right angle with the two legs to your left. You can use your index finger to support the horizontal leg, ring finger to support the vertical leg and middle finger to support both legs where they join centrally.
3) Place the shorter securing bolt over the top securing points, then place the longer bolt over the bottom securing points. The unit can now be easily supported by having your thumb over the top securing bolt and your index and middle finger under the top securing point.
4) Take one of the legs to your right and insert securing points into top and bottom securing bolts.
5) Take remaining leg and insert top securing point first, then carefully lift bottom securing bolt up to allow bottom securing point to slide into the correct position.
6) Secure unit together at top and bottom bolts, inserting large washer first, then split washer and screw nut firmly.

New York continues to be one of the world’s most famous cities, a true world metropolis and major symbol of the American Dream. Manhattan Island is the city’s most well known district and the Rockefeller Center in Midtown is often referred to as the heart of the New York. Nearby the Roman Catholic Saint Patrick´s Cathedral is the largest and most magnificent church in the United States. The Grand Central Terminal divides Park Avenue and is a huge station with which the railroad kings, the Venderbilts, left an indelible mark. The huge hall, with its magnificent vaulted ceiling in Beaux Arts style, has been the city’s central railway station for twelve lines since 1913. The confines of Chinatown are inhabited by a hundred and fifty thousand Chinese from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, most of whom are unable to speak a word of English. Chinese characters wherever one looks and restaurants and Asian stores on every street corner. The famous Wall Street was named after a wall which in the early days protected the growing city against attack by Native American Indians. However, the roots of its subsequent claim to fame were laid in 1792. The young state desperately needed investment and therefore the powers that be decided to issue bonds. Close by, on a small island, is New York’s most famous landmark, the Statue Of Liberty. The head of Lady Liberty leads to the crown from which there are stunning views from several windows. New York City is most certainly unique. A city that’s very much alive and kicking, self-confident and always a surprise!

Most journeys begin at Penn Station or Grand Central, and if you arrive at the later you'll be wowed by the building. The Meatpacking District was once home to markets, slaughterhouses, and packaging plants, but times have changed. Today you'll find a mixture of trendy restaurants, clubs and boutiques. The Village used to be a bohemian neighborhood that drew artists and musicians, but today you're more likely to find upper middle class families living here. Completed in 1883, Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Williamsburg has become popular given its lower rent prices. University students and young professionals have been flocking to this part of town.
You can walk along the riverfront for a great view of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and the Manhattan skyline. During the summer months, Bryant Park also becomes a popular hangout spot people looking to relax and even work on their tans. The Staten Island Ferry is free of charge and this makes it really popular with visitors who want to catch a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty from a distance. Battery Park is located on the southern tip of Manhattan. Having both lived in South Korea, we were thrilled to come across Manhattan's own Little Korea. Coney Island is all about good old fashioned fun. The Cloisters will make you feel like you've travelled over to Europe. Central Park is massive and there are so many places to visit within its boundaries. We managed to visit Belvedere Castle, the Great Lawn, Shakespeare Garden, The Ramble, The Jackie Onassis Reservoir, the Alice in Wonderland Statue, and we still left feeling like we barely scratched the surface.
And that concludes a look at our very busy week in New York City. I'm still shocked we managed to cover so many attractions, but the great thing about this city is that distances aren't very long and there's always something really cool worth checking out around each corner. Need to get around? Rent a bike! I have yet to try this but it seems fabulous! Save your feet and cover more ground. These bikes and bike spots are all over the city. A perfect way to burn calories and see more of the city faster.

Summer in NYC isn't really summer until you get your butt on a rooftop. My pick was Jimmy Rooftop. Sunday's after 3pm are bomb! Amazing music courtesy of DJ Cato. I believe it is doorman discretion, which means, dress your best and don't travel with a bunch of dudes. You get an amazing view of the sun setting over the Hudson River and you get to splash around in the pool if you so choose. I chose this spot because I used to work here and loved it!

Yes! Go to Church! After you party it up Saturday night or Sunday afternoon bring your sinful behind to this awesome church! You don't have to be religious to attend. Summer in NYC isn't really summer until you get your butt on a rooftop. My pick was Jimmy Rooftop. Sunday's after 3pm are bomb! Amazing music courtesy of DJ Cato. I believe it is doorman discretion, which means, dress your best and don't travel with a bunch of dudes. You get an amazing view of the sun setting over the Hudson River and you get to splash around in the pool if you so choose. I chose this spot because I used to work here and loved it!

That's profit! Not turnover." But despite their greater income the super-rich aren't too happy about the idea of their tax loopholes being closed. In their minds they give back, even if its not through taxes. "I know a lot of rich friends who have charities...when they reach a certain level they give back to the community. So I think less tax is always better than too much." But as the world struggles through a financial crisis and the globe-trotting elite continue to grow wealthier, there's not much evidence they have their communities interests at heart.

On the morning of December 22, 2005, Matt Long was cycling to work in the early morning when he was struck by and sucked under a 20-ton bus making an illegal turn. The injuries he sustained pushed him within inches of his life. Miraculously, more than 40 operations and months later, Matt was able to start his recovery. In spite of the severity of his injuries, Matt found the psychological consequences of the accident nearly as hard to process. He would no longer be able to compete at the highest level.
In the 18 months before the accident, he had competed in more than 20 events including several triathlons and marathons and had qualified for running's most prestigious race, the Boston Marathon.
After the accident, his doctor told him he'd be lucky if he could even walk without a cane.
The Long Run is an emotional and incredibly honest story about Matt's determination to fight through fear, despair, loneliness, and intense physical and psychological pain to regain the life he once had. The book chronicles Matt's road to recovery as he teaches himself to walk again and, a mere three years later, to run in the 2008 New York City Marathon. We start out at Downtown Platform at Brooklyn Bridge (via City Hall Loop) and go all the way to the Bronx. *Service operated local to Hunts Point, then Express after to E. 177th St, due to an odd issue at Middletown Road. Normally EXP starts at Third Ave.
