Nitin (नितिन) is a first name in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal that means moral or ethical in Sanskrit.
Nitin comes from the Sanskrit Root called as Nitya. Nitya means "order" or "regulatedness". In the Vishnu Sahasranaama (1000 Divine Names of Lord Vishnu) Nitya is one of the names of Vishnu. Nitin is also a common Marathi name, commonly found in Maharashtra.
Nityaaya Namaha Anityaaya namaha means "Order and disorder is nothing but Vishnu."
The darshanaas (the Laws of Vedas) speak about the Cosmos as Nitya as it follows a regulated mode of expression and evolution.
Nitin means that which exists in the regulated order. The energy aspect of the Lord which is called his maya or sakthi is the one that exists in the Lord and his creation. So Nitin is the energy aspect of the Lord and it is popular among the Vaishnavites to keep this name. (Vaishnavism is not a trait that belongs to caste but to the mode of worship relating to Vishnu.)
Some people[who?] believe that Nitin is derived from "Niti" which means strategy in Sanskrit.

Most of the students' time is spent in college, then in coaching classes, and finally they return home to stern parents who want them to complete their homework and ensure they secure good marks and become doctors, engineers, and IAS officers. Some even go to the extent of forcing their children to take up Science instead of Arts - killing whatever talent and initiative their children may have. Unable to handle the pressure as well as convince his parents to let him take arts - Navneet Singh kills himself. Devastated by his death, his friends approach Advocate Sanjay to sue not only Navneet's but also their respective parents. The Police refuse to register a complaint, and Sanjay files this matter in a Trial Court naming the parents as well as the Government of India as defendants. Many other students approach him and add themselves as plaintiffs- bringing the total to over one Lakh nine thousand. The argument from the Government is that this is a personal issue, strongly supported by parents who assert that they only want a better future for their children. With the media and politicians taking an interest in this scenario - the debate taking place is how will an already overburdened and openly corrupt judicial system - that has matters pending for decades - will address - leave alone resolve - this issue within the students' lifetime.

Holding nothing back, I give it all then more, til' nothing's left.
To be or not to be, to create destiny, or fall infinitely
Inside of me, all my fears, they strive for life and drain my soul.
Hopes, and dreams, in sleep, til' my
Blood can flow into new veins.
Then my stagnant dreams reborn again, "begin the progression"
Seasons pass and faces age, the passing time, makes cold their fires.
Stand and fall and laugh and cry or leave this world without a trace.
To be or not to be, to create destiny, or fall infinitely
Inside of me, all my hopes, strive for life, they drain my soul.
Hopes, and dreams, awake, can my
Blood now flow into new veins.
From a dreams cruel lie I now awake, "time of change"
Frequencies in song help liberate.
Stagnant dreams forever trapped inside.
Stagnant progression, an elusive evolvement.
Progression hides in fields of change, elusive always taunting me.
Watch the fears they lie and hold you back
The price is time and always paid in death.
Stagnant progression, an elusive evolvement.
