Their Baltimore Ravens Under Armor Performance Center is the premier facility of it's kind, a 200,000 square foot crown jewel. It has everything..... basically what you'd expect from organization that has been part of the NFL fabric for decades.Team General Manager and Hall of Famer, Ozzie Newsome, has assembled a team and coaching staff that continually contends at the league's highest levels. So, today's video takes an in-depth look at the Ravens' Strength & Conditioning Program. It's headed by one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the business, someone who's been training NFL players for 29 years. Bob Rogucki. A Head NFL Strength Coach for over twenty years, and now in his sixth year in Baltimore, Rogucki has been working with some of the NFL's most elite players, and earned a Super Bowl Championship ring with the squad last season. With Rogucki, is Assistant Strength Coach Juney Barnett, a thirty three year old coach with only bright future ahead! He knows how to implement the training regimen to its fullest.... knowing when to push the players...and when to back off a bit. There's a fine line. Barnett knows it.
