Music is an art form and cultural activity whose medium is sound and silence. The common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics (loudness and softness), and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture (which are sometimes termed the "color" of a musical sound). Different styles or types of music may emphasize, de-emphasize or omit some of these elements. Music is performed with a vast range of instruments and with vocal techniques ranging from singing to rapping, and there are solely instrumental pieces, solely vocal pieces and pieces that combine singing and instruments. The word derives from Greek μουσική (mousike; "art of the Muses"). In its most general form, the activities describing music as an art form include the production of works of music (songs, tunes, symphonies, and so on), the criticism of music, the study of the history of music, and the aesthetic examination of music. Ancient Greek and Indian philosophers defined music as tones ordered horizontally as melodies and vertically as harmonies. Common sayings such as "the harmony of the spheres" and "it is music to my ears" point to the notion that music is often ordered and pleasant to listen to. However, 20th-century composer John Cage thought that any sound can be music, saying, for example, "There is no noise, only sound."
Santos, originally Portuguese or Spanish for Saints (singular Santo), is a common surname of Christian origin in Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries and the Philippines. Sometimes it can be the final part of a given name, generally preceded by the particle dos (mostly in Portugal and Galicia) or de los (mostly in Spain) (of the, meaning of the Saints, as in Miguel dos Santos, Michael of the Saints). There are also other Iberian grammatical forms that are De Santo, De Santos, Del Santo, Santi, Santis, Santiz, Senti, Sentis and others. It is a name associated with a great number of different people:
"This Music" is the debut studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Celia Pavey. It was released in July 2013 and peaked at number 14 on the ARIA Charts.
In 2013 Celia Pavey auditioned for The Voice Australia and was mentored by Delta Goodrem. In June she was proclaimed as the second runner up behind Harrison Craig and Luke Kennedy. She was signed to Universal Music Australia immediately following the show and recorded an album featuring songs Pavey had performed on the show along with 'a couple of extras'.
Believe M was released as the first official single from the album on 5 July but failed to impact on the chart.
In an interview with Cream in August 2013 Pavey responded to the question of recording original material; "It was good fun doing covers, and cover work is really good for artists to practise, but I was really excited to get one of my own compositions on there. And I can’t wait to do more of that."
A staff writer at News.com.au gave the album 3 out of 5 stars, saying "Her "Scarborough Fair" is enchanting and her incredible version of Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock" would surely have got her a record deal with our without a hit TV show. " They were more critical of "Xanadu" saying she's "sucking all the fun out of [it]" The concluded saying they hoped Pavey would 'see the world' and make the album she wants to make.
"To Me" is a song written by Mike Reid and Mack David, and recorded by American country music artists Lee Greenwood and Barbara Mandrell as a duet. It was released in July 1984 as the first single from the album Meant for Each Other. The song reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.

When over in Ireland (Kerry) seeing friends in Killorglin, we were told that we had to go up to see the low mountains and see Pat and John. Who live on there own in a farm of about 150 arcs in Treammanaggtt/Glenbeigh. They are both 81 and are twins and they have never married. When we arrived bringing beer and whisky they proceeded to make us HOT TODDYS which blew your brains out. Pat then played us for us on a Accordion, and we would like you all to see and hear them. They are fantastic people.
Music done on a PIC16F628A. I programmed this NES-like music on a controller we made for a 4x4 keyboard. Everything works on interrupts, so the music plays while pressing keys and making other sounds.

Well, this is an upload not striclty about a synthesizer, but it combines 2 of my passions: Making flight-videos and making music. The music was done with my PC3. Recorded manually into my DAW, Drumloops from the DAW. The sounds I used are (as far as I remember): Duke EP (tweaked), Quadra Pad, Dreamy Piano, Brassy Lead, P-Bass, a subbass at the end (don´t remember the name) and a Strat from the KORE. Everything you hear is straight out of the PC3, no pushing or FX added, just some slight stereo stretching and Compressor (Loudness) while mastering. Yes there is not much happenig in the music, but it´s exactly how I wanted it, support the mood of the movie. I even had to strech a part afterwards to fit the length of the scenes. While I was throwing this music together (yesterday evening) aga...
