Here we are talking about the era when the dominance of Hinduism and Buddhism was so much over the Afghan region that people used to worship Ganesha and Shiva. There were hundreds of Hindu temples that were later destroyed by the Ghazni.

⚫ 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 (of hindu shahi dynasty) envisioned threat from neighbouring 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁 (Tajikistan, west Iran & north afghan)
⚫ 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 attacked their capital city of Ghazni in the reign of 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗸𝘁𝗴𝗶𝗻 (father of Mahmud ghazani).

🟢 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗺𝘂𝗱 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗶 his name is enlisted among 𝗧𝗼𝗽 100 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 of world, who lost no battles.
The narration that ghazani was attacker and attacked 17 times has no place in books of history.

Kabul Shahi
The Kabul Shahi dynasties also called Shahiya ruled the Kabul Valley (in eastern Afghanistan) and the old province of Gandhara (northern Pakistan and Kashmir) during the Classical Period of India from the decline of the Kushan Empire in the 3rd century to the early 9th century. They are split into two eras the Buddhist-Shahis and the later Hindu-Shahis with the change-over occurring around 870.
When Xuanzang visited the region early in the 7th century, the Kabul region was ruled by a Kshatriya king, who is identified as the Shahi Khingal, and whose name has been found in an inscription found in Gardez.
These Hindu kings of Kabul and Gandhara may have had links to some ruling families in neighboring Kashmir and other areas to the east. The Shahis were rulers of predominantly Buddhist and Hindu populations and were thus patrons of numerous faiths, and various artifacts and coins from their rule have been found that display their multicultural domain. The last Shahi emperors Jayapala, Anandapala and Tirlochanpala fought the Muslim Turk Ghaznavids of Ghazna and were gradually defeated. Their remaining army were eventually exiled into northern India.

There were hundreds of Hindu temples that were later destroyed by the Ghazni.

Here we are talking about the era when the dominance of Hinduism and Buddhism was so much over the Afghan region that people used to worship Ganesha and Shiva. There were hundreds of Hindu temples that were later destroyed by the Ghazni.

⚫ 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 (of hindu shahi dynasty) envisioned threat from neighbouring 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁 (Tajikistan, west Iran & north afghan)
⚫ 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮 attacked their capital city of Ghazni in the reign of 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗸𝘁𝗴𝗶𝗻 (father of Mahmud ghazani).
⚫ 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮, however, was defeated, and he was forced to pay an indemnity to 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗸𝘁𝗴𝗶𝗻

🟢 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗺𝘂𝗱 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗶 his name is enlisted among 𝗧𝗼𝗽 100 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 of world, who lost no battles.
The narration that ghazani was attacker and attacked 17 times has no place in books of history.

We have more then 21 Temples in Pakistan on salt Range same shape same architecture thats called Kashmiri Architecture 19 are still erected . 1# Nadana Fort Temples where albairuni Mark Radius of Earth there are 2 Temples . 2 # Melot fort Temples very close to Katas Ras same architecture with 2 Temples . 3 # Anmb Shrief Temples same style there are also 2 temples its close to soon scaser Valley 4# Talgang very close to one more temple belong to Hindu shahi near Talagang North west Punjab 5 # Marhi Indus on bank of Indus River small city called Marhi Indus on old Marhi Indus side 1 temple ruins still erected . 6# Bilot Fort Temples were total 9 or 10 but still 7 we can see 2 just bases its Bilot fort Temples not Kafir Kot Temples 7 # Kafir Kot Temples there are total 2 temples between hills its far away more then 30 Km toward western side from Bilot Fort Temples . Its all about Hindu shahi Temples total 19 Temples still erected after 1200 to 13 00 years no one destroying its our National Heritage hope we will do some thing for preserving but its very difficult same material same stone same media of construction .

Kabul Shahi
The Kabul Shahi dynasties also called Shahiya ruled the Kabul Valley (in eastern Afghanistan) and the old province of Gandhara (northern Pakistan and Kashmir) during the Classical Period of India from the decline of the Kushan Empire in the 3rd century to the early 9th century. They are split into two eras the Buddhist-Shahis and the later Hindu-Shahis with the change-over occurring around 870.
When Xuanzang visited the region early in the 7th century, the Kabul region was ruled by a Kshatriya king, who is identified as the Shahi Khingal, and whose name has been found in an inscription found in Gardez.
These Hindu kings of Kabul and Gandhara may have had links to some ruling families in neighboring Kashmir and other areas to the east. The Shahis were rulers of predominantly Buddhist and Hindu populations and were thus patrons of numerous faiths, and various artifacts and coins from their rule have been found that display their multicultural domain. The last Shahi emperors Jayapala, Anandapala and Tirlochanpala fought the Muslim Turk Ghaznavids of Ghazna and were gradually defeated. Their remaining army were eventually exiled into northern India.
