Work Out is a reality television series on Bravo. The show was centered around Jackie Warner, owner of a gym and spa in Beverly Hills, California. It features many of the trainers who work for Warner, aspects of the gym and its clients and Jackie's other fitness ventures, and also covers aspects of Warner's private life, such as her openly lesbian dating and romantic life. The third and last season of Work Out aired from April 15 to June 10, 2008.
In 2003 fitness expert Jackie Warner opened Sky Sport and Spa. On July 19, 2006, the Bravo network aired the first episode of Work Out (developed following Jackie's appearance on Jonathan Antin's Bravo reality series Blow Out). The show follows the day-to-day routine of Jackie and shows all of the drama that goes on behind the scenes in keeping a business afloat, while juggling her own personal life, as well as dealing with the personal issues of those who work for her as trainers.

Rebecca Lynn Cardon (born June 10, 1975) is an film and television actress, personal trainer, and product spokesperson. She has appeared on several reality-TV shows.
Cardon grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. and began acting age five in television commercials. Cardon set a national bench press record at age 17 for her weight class of 105 pounds and age category of 17-to-19-year-olds when she lifted 135 pounds. After graduating from Norfolk Academy, she attended George Mason University, receiving a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in theater.
Cardon received second billing for a role in Nice Pants, a 2001 twelve minute short film directed by Michael Ansbach. In 2004-05 she was a contestant on the sixth season of the CBS television series The Amazing Race, finishing in 3rd place with her then boyfriend Adam Malis.TV Guide reported that Cardon and Mallis were favored to win, but that frequent arguments between the two "seemed to hold them back throughout the contest." Also in 2005 she appeared on one episode of the E! reality series Kill Reality, a series that followed filming of the film The Scorned, with its cast of former reality show participants.
Jackie Warner (born August 17, 1968 in Fairborn, Ohio) is an American fitness trainer best known for her participation in Work Out, a Bravo TV reality show. She owns Sky Sport and Spa, a gym and spa in Beverly Hills, California.
Warner moved to California at the age of 18. She has worked as a model, actor, and a script coordinator for Warner Brothers, eventually writing and selling her own scripts. Warner is currently a professional personal trainer.
Athletic from an early age, Warner played inter-collegiate soccer and softball, and has been a lifelong equestrian competitor.
Warner is a lesbian and her show has chronicled her relationships with four different women. After her last relationship with Brianna deteriorated, Warner stated on the show that she wouldn't be dating women so much younger than herself anymore. On the show, she regularly sees a therapist to discuss relationship and other problems. In an earlier season of the show, Warner made a pilgrimage back to her hometown in Ohio and visited her father's grave. She revealed on the show that her father had suffered from mental illness and had committed suicide years earlier.
